Very good resteraunt. Waitress was very polite and the food was extremly I have no complaints and i would definitely recommend this to you.

Great food! Mediterranean and meateor pizza super good! However, they apparently forgot the beverages.we had to insist a couple times to two different waitresses. Other than that, it was very good.

Le pizza me paraît un peu cher de côté rapport qualité prix …vous pouvez sûrement avoir un rapport mieux sur les 2 côtés …ll n’y a pas suffisamment de végétariens comme son nom l’indique

C’était très bon! Un de mes restaurants préférés! J’y reviens sûrement bientôt, c’était merveilleux

Nous arrivons dimanche soir à 20: 15 pour 3 personnes. La fille à l’entrée nous dit qu’elle va demander si la cuisine est fermé. Elle revient avec sa collègue qui dit à voix Haute ‘’ Je me gene pas, ca va me faire un grand plaisir de leur dire que c’est fermé. Ça m’amuse. ’’ Grand manque de professionnalisme de cette employé et qui nous fait savoir que la cuisine est fermé depuis 15minutes. Cuisine qui ferme à 8: 00pm mais l’heure de fermeture est indiqué pour 22: 00. C’est finit Boston Pizza pour nous.

Had given 4 stars I the past but have to change to 1!
The food was very bad in taste, the waitress was asked to wipe down the table because where we were placed had food from the previous customers and she said left to get the food and didn't wipe the table. I understand short staffed during the pandemic, but leaving the table dirty is definitely a no go. When arriving at the front to be seated, we waited 5 minuets before anyone even came to the front.

Les serveuses étaient aux petits soins. C'était très agréable. J'ai pris une méditerranéenne individuelle et c'était vraiment la bonne quantité pour une personne.

Pire service à vie. En attente devant le comptoir l'employé arrive sert ceux après nous les places sur la terrasse réalise qu'on est toujours là a attendre. Ah désolé plus de place sur la terrasse. Nope ce fut la dernière fois je me faisais niaise a cette endroit

This Boston Pizza must be booked straight for patio seating, but we were seated indoors straight away. The food was a bit slow to come out, but I liked to see the way they spaced out the interior to provide social distancing. I ordered one of their summer special drinks, a rose sangria smash pitcher, and it was really average. I would go so far as to say the drink was bad. It was watered down and weak, tasted like beer. On the other hand, the pizza was phenomenal. I got the Mediterranean, individual size, and it was very tasty and piping warm. Highly recommend that pizza, but I would say to skip the drinks.

The service was alright could have been better. Not to organized, the pizza burger was interesting. They seated people so close together I find.

Our first time there. We did not have a reservation. Good environment, good service, affordable prices, well located and delivery meal.

La pizza et tres bien, cela fait beaucoup de bien enfin se voir entre amis, les serveuses jolie et professionnel

I went today to get a salad that I always loved there. Crispy Chicken Pecan salad. I was so disappointed. The salad was soggy, the chicken was not crispy and it was missing the chopped egg. And with tip I paid $23+ i won't go again.

My kids love to get pizza from here to celebrate birthdays and other major events. Never dissatisfied.

Excellent exceptional customer service, the food was very very delicious, fresh and tasty, I highly recommend for visiting and have great experience.

Certains des plats take out sont intéressants mais pour certains autres plus commun c'est souvent plus avantageux ailleurs. Quand même bon normalement.

Lunch rush. The waitress couldn't handle the 8 tables in the whole restaurant. Got my order wrong twice.

The wings here are excellent and I recommend the cheesecake with chocolate sauce e for dessert as well!)

Reserved here for my birthday, called 2 days ahead just to be safe, just to find out that there was no reservation under my name once i got there.was very disappointed as we were a group of 10 people, it would’ve been difficult to go somewhere else last minute.thankfully we got a table after a while but still ruined my mood.the food ended up being decent nothing special especially for the price.very expensive food.also, the manager was a little rude towards the beginning as if he was blaming us for not having made a reservation while i did make one.

I really was surprised with the food and the service at Boston Pizza in Lasalle! I'm very picky with pizza, but their pizza was sooo delicious! Big thank you to Melissa B for her tips and ideas on which food would be the best in our case! I will get back there for sure!

Used to be a decent spot, service has been on a steady decline but we still come in as it’s local. On the bar side Audrey seemed to be upset that we were seated in her section, she asked that we be moved but was told no, we awkwardly sat down. When she greeted us she attempted to move us again by asking if we wanted to sit on the other side randomly. When we decided to leave she said “parfaite”. She’s a detriment to your business. We Won’t be spending money here anymore. We were 4 people in our 30’s expecting another 6 people for dinner and drinks. (demographics are important when understanding lost revenue data points).

Went there with my wife and ordered the below:
- 16 pcs chicken wings (half of it was hot and fresh, the other half wasn’t)
- Veggie Nachos (they didn’t put the usual amount of cheese and the jalapeño wasn’t fresh)
- Onion rings (was very good)
- New York cheese cake (was the worst one I ever had guaranteed!) I had this cake in a different BP location (Niagara branch) and it was way better.
- Sangria drink (good)
- Pina colada (very good)
We were served by Tatiana, she was so helpful, sweet and friendly and that’s why I’m giving the 3 stars!

Good location, with a nice ambient but the service is not really good! You need to wait a lot to get service and the waiter is not nice at all! The food is good tho

We have had nothing but consistently good food, reliable service! Whether it's this location or one of the others we have eaten at over the years.

This is an amazing Boston Pizza location. When your server keeps giving your kids so much attention you know you came to a place where customer service is a priority. The food is delicious. We were a big group and had pizza and pasta. Everything was sooooo good. A special tip: go for dessert! Everyone left feeling we were eating a meal prepared in heaven!

Place très chic, très different aux autres pizzerias! Donc si vous voulez manger de la pizza en restant classe c'est le choix d'or

If you plan on ordering online delivery, keep in mind the food will probably end up arriving cold or has been prepared hours before.

The pasta sauce was all dried up. The cheese bread was cold and our pizza was cold and hard.

The only good thing here was the salad! If I had a chance I would order just 3 salads for the price of my order.

Very disappointed

Just a typical chain restaurant. As a pizza lover, this was nothing great, surprising given their specialty. Thick, dry dough, with very basic sauce and toppings like they were stored in quantity from Sysco. I was very disappointed, even for a large chain it tasted mass produced. I had hoped the crust would be different than what I get from the fast food delivery places, and the sauce would be unique. But no.

At least they had basic spaghetti to satisfy the child with us.

The waitresses are by far the sweetest! I love this place because my friend and I are obsessed with their strawberry Daiquiris! The place is clean, the music isn't too loud and the food is good.

The service was a bit slow even though there were only 2 other couples there. The food was ok, the bourbon poutine was bland. However the Royal Hawaiian was delicious. Clean spot, with a nice patio outside. Would go again for sure.

I like the food, but seems like 60-40 that they can't do deliveries. Its annoying, if its not available update the site or say so, don't give me a delivery time then call 10 mins later to tell me there is no delivery today.
I must say though the staff is very courteous and apologetic about the issue

Nous avons souvent été manger à ce restaurant en groupe avec des gens qui ont vraiment des goûts et variés (dont certains qui ont des intolérances au gluten) et à chaque fois tout le monde à été satisfait de ce qu'il a mangé et les employés sont très gentils, chaleureux et serviable, on a aussi des bons moments avec eux! Une belle ambiance familiale quoi! Bravo

J'ai beaucoup apprécié l'ambiance et la rapidité du service. Le choix du menu est aussi intéressant.

Service extrèmement lent malgré un resto peu achalandé. Mauvaise consommation servie, on m'offre de la garder tout en m'offrant aussi ce que j'ai commandé. Mais la serveuse me revient plus tard en me disant qu'ils en ont plus. Et elle me facture la consommation que je ne voulais pas. Très décevant

Excelent Lasagna, and the best Spaguettis Alfredo i have Everest tried. Pizzas are awesome, deserts are delicious and the service were always asking if we needed something. Felt really nice to spend the evening with my family there.

Food was disappointing. Especially the spaghetti. Expensive as well. Wife vows not wanting to go back.

The pizza is not bad. This is the second time I've been and had a salad and was not impressed. The chicken was tough and chewy and the lettuce was not very fresh. If you go, definitely order a pizza.
