Friendly staff. Super expensive prices. Value fr money zero. They brag of quality ingredients which is non sense. The ingredients are just the same that a common man buys at a grocery store.

Exactly what you'd expect if you'd been to a Boston Pizza before.

Average food, decent service. There's lots of choices, it's family friendly and the bar is great.

I was torn on this rating between giving a 5 or 3. I decided it was a 4 because the manager did give us a free pitcher of lemonade.otherwise it would've been a 3. It was my grad and when we got there to celebrate, they told us it would be a 30 mins wait so, I asked if we could go on the terrace. The little boy helping the host said no problem and he went to unlock it for us. The kitchen manager came to greet us and gave us a lemonade pitcher on the house. Not long after the dining room manager came to see us and said she'd find us a table right away because there were empty tables inside. We went in and it took forever for the waitress to come see us but, that was acceptable as the place was full. We placed our order about half an hour before the rest of our party arrived. We got our food not long after their arrival. However it took forever for the waitress to come take their order. What was even more disappointing is that it took forever for them to get their food so, I had my son share his pizza with my nephew. I'd have to tell you don't order the jambalaya there. Because even after the eternity for the rest of the party to be served it took over half an hour before my sister got her jambalaya. It's always the case when you order the jambalaya. My sister always orders this and it always reaches over half an hour after everyone else's food. Unless you don't mind to wait and see the others eat in front of you and have them wait an eternity after they have finished eating for you to eat. Once we were done, the rest of the party left and, we stayed so that I can order fried pickles and cactus potatoes for take out since I had given my potatoes to the kids. It took forever. In between ordering them and receiving them it took at least half an hour and, by then the restaurant was empty. There was us and a table of young adults that were just ordering alcoholic beverages. The wait was way too long considering the restaurant was empty. I went to find out if I could at least pay while we waited.question of saving time. The waitress said sorry it's taking so long but they wanted to make sure your pickles are ready at the same time as the potatoes. When ordering the food I made a point of telling the waitress to pls put it in a plastic take out dish for it not to get soggy. When I got home the pickles were in the plastic container. However they were completely soggy because someone thought it'd be smart to put salad under them so, I winded up having to put them in the air fryer. The cactus potatoes (they're kind of like homemade chips) were completely burnt. I wonder how that happened. If I was told it was taking longer cause they wanted to make sure the pickles would be ready at the same time. I'm no chef but, someone should've stopped cooking the potatoes once they started getting too crispy and burnt.

Restaurant presque vide à l'arrivée et tout de même 15 minutes d'attente pour se faire placer, 1 heure d'attente pour se faire servir 2 petites pizzas presque froides.
Servi par Sabrina E.qui avait un service arrogant et argumentatif. C'était notre dernière visite dans cet établissement.

It's a good place for a quick bite. Has Big TV screens to watch sports/fights. Has a bar area. Food is good, but the quality isn't as good as it was before. Also, the prices got a bit higher. Overall, nice place.

C’était une réservation de groupe et l’expérience était disons mauvaise, on a manqué de serveur, la soirée débute avec une serveuse pour 40 personnes, 1 heure pour recevoir les drink et les serveuses ne connaissaient pas les recettes de certains drink sur le menu: (, a la livraison des repas c’était le carfarnaum, mais les repas étaient bons… Et on a manqué de pizza, plus de pâtes de disponible.

Terrible service (long waits & rude waitress)
Terrible food (drink was gross, ribs were still cold from being previously frozen, kids cheeseburger was burnt)

Malheureusement, le service était affreusement long. La serveuse n'est pas venu une seule foia nous demander s'il manquait quelque chose. Nous avons du demander a une personne qui servait les assiettes (pour aider) pour avoir nos ustensiles et un verre d'eau. Très déçu.

Très déçu.repas reçu froid et le poulet était beaucoup cuit.et que dire du service, il n’y avait presque personne et ça été très long. Je ne recommande pas.

Went on Saturday evening and the service was just, not there. Took 40 minutes for a waitress to come see us to take our order. They were out of pretty much every kind of food, appetizers, ingredients, etc.and it looks like there were only 2-3 people manning the front. Didn't prevent them from chilling, talking with each other, etc.

It's almost as if Boston Pizza was planning to kill that location shortly (read: close it) and didn't really care about what happens here.

I had read some comments back then (2-3 weeks) ago about the lack of service, long wait times, etc.and it looks like it wasn't a joke. You can read the same thing in the last reviews here.

All in all, wouldn't recommend going there for the time being. Let Boston Pizza work on the image/reputation (assuming they won't kill off that location like I suspect) before giving it another try.

Notre serveuse, Élodie a été une personne formidable et agréable. Son service à la clientèle est au-delà du 5 étoiles. C’est une jeune fille souriante et rayonnante. C’est le type de serveuse que l’on souhaite avoir à chaque sortie dans un restaurant.

Nous avons du attendre longtemps avant d'être servi. Le plancher était super sale, les pieds te restaient collilés au plancher. J'aurais aimé voir la propreté de la cuisine.

I don't even know where to start.
We made a reservation for a birthday dinner. We show up and our reservation isn't in their book. They begrudgingly throw tables together for us. One of the chairs is broken. They leave us sitting for over 10 minutes without menus, until we asked specifically for them. We ordered drinks, they tasted like flavored water, had to send them back. The appetizer dishes were never cleared from the table, Ordered individual pizza, they bring the wrong size. Never once did our waitress check on us without us begging for her attention, When trying to flag down a waitress we were gestured the index finger once, they when she passed again, we got the classic eye roll. One of our meals didn't come until almost everybody was done eating! Let's be clear the restaurant is half empty so this isn't and issue of being understaffed. I've never felt so discouraged after a night out, especially for the prices. Please do not take your family here for any special occasions, they will be ruined!

Definitely do not recommend.
I completely understand that people have off days & service can suffer due to lack of staff, or a variety of other reasons, but this was not that.

Started with waiting 45+ minutes for our food (1 main each, 2 people. Chicken Parmesan & The Big Dipper), while those around us who arrived after us had alreadybeen served and were eating).

Then, when our food arrived, it was fridge cold. No exaggeration.
The pasta (that came with the chicken parm) along with the mashed potatoes & the 'steak sandwich' (from The Big Dipper).
While we waited for our waitress to let her know, someone asked if we'd like our drinks refilled. My husband hadn't finished his drink yet, but said yes & asked for another one. The bus boy/ server then tried to take the drink out of my husband's hand. When my husband said he'd be finishing the drink he had too, the server left & never came back.

When we advised our waitress about our food being cold she offered to heat up the parmesan but advised my husband that - and I quote;
"The mashed potatoes? Ya, I'm not surprised. They come frozen".
But they never offered to warm up his meal or offered any kind of replacement/ solution. (Not only was his meal cold, there were only two very thin pieces of actual meat in the "steak sandwich" - see picture)

And lastly, we didn't even get to eat together! I ended up having to wait yet again to get my food back after it was apparently warmed up (it was still cold by the time I got it back). So much so that my husband had time to finish his meal. (I asked him to eat, as I didnt want his food getting any colder & yes, he offered me some of his in the meantime, lol)

Anyway, would unfortunately not recommend & will not be going back again.

this feedback & that of others posted here should be sufficient enough & speak for itself.

On s'est fait revirer de bord. Il était 19h et on nous a dit qu'il attendait un groupe et que la cuisine allait bientôt fermer donc on pouvait pas commander pour emporter.
Je me demande bien ce que le fameux "groupe" on bien pu manger vu que la cuisine fermait bientôt et qu'ils n'étaient toujours pas arrivés.

Un jeune homme nous a servi et honnêtement il nous a donner un service de première classe! Très satisfait

I am so, so disappointed. My husband and I drove all the way from DDO and arrived here at exactly 9: 30 pm today. We checked the time they closed, Google said 12: 00 am. So we said great. As we pulled up, there were 2 cars in the parking lot and the restaurant looked dark. When we approached the door, a young woman came out first and told us that the restaurant was closed and we could instead go to the bar on the other side of the street. When we asked why they were closed as the hours mentioned midnight, she said the kitchen was understaffed and they decided to close the kitchen at 9 pm. And that once they had more staff, they would be able to close at 11 pm. (Not midnight, as per Google).

Needless to say, we were very disappointed with the whole situation. I'm not sure if the management is aware of this or not, but at the very least, the hours of business should be updated.we drove half an hour only be turned away at the door.

BP was my fave restaurant back in Toronto, so seeing it here brought back good memories. Until tonight. I don't think I'll be going back. Sorry, Zero stars.

La dernière fois que je suis venu il y a à peu près un an ils étaient en retard pour une commande qu'on avait fait mais ils ont décidé de donner en retour une grosse poutine. Chaque fois c'est une grande ambiance et la bouffe est succulente!

I ordered the chicken pizza and I told them I need spicy but it was too sweet and tasteless. I asked for thin crust and it was too thick I’ll never recommend it to anyone…

Tout d'abord pas de personne pour nous accueilir à la reception, on a dû attendre plusieurs minutes.
Service très lent et on était seulement deux clients.
On a commandé les nachos sont arrivé après plus que 45 min + la qualité de la bouffe s'est beaucoup dégradée. Ça prend un gérant sérieux pour remettre tout en ordre.

Asked the first person, said thats how it is.asked a second server, said they have only swiss cheese in store for the whole week by mistake from head office!

La nourriture laisse grandement à désirer. Ce n'est pas horrible, mais loin d'être super. Je ne retournerai pas, et je ne recommande pas à mes amis et famille.

La pauvre serveuse était seule dû au manque de personnels, mais elle y est arrivée et je lui lève mon chapeau.
La nourriture valait l'attente.

Do not order the Calimari. It was dry and greasy with very little meat. Ordered salt and pepper wings. They literally came crusted in salt, they were inedible. They took them back and refried them in an attempt to remove some of the salt.it did not help. They credited the wings 40% but should have been 100%. I would never eat here again. Hopefully their pizza is better.

Family of five and one of us found a hair in our pizza. It was really embedded into it and thankfully noticed prior to eating. The waitress was never around, so by the time she came around it was time to pay and leave. We weren’t charged the pizza but that was it! No apology or anything! This is the second time we have been to this location and there is always a smell also, perhaps the carpets? We did give this a more positive review about a year back, but won’t go back because of this incident and lack of customer service.

Edit update: after receiving the response below I was given a $20 voucher to this same location. We replied that we are not locals and reside in the GTA in Ontario. No response and the poor service continues.

The staffs did their best.but.
It was sunday, around 6pm.not a busy time.
All the table were waiting at least 40 minutes to get their orders (I was looking at the screens of the coming orders in the kitchen).
No manager available, only young waiters and one or two of them were assigned as supervisors.
The food was not even good. It was just Pasta! And the sauce tasted really bad!

One of my favorite places. Just love the food and friendly staff. Prices are reasonable and they have a special on a beer and burger that is fantastic! Can't wait to go back.

I went here a couple of years back and the service was good and the food was excellent. I went back because the kids asked for it. We ordered a little bit of everything and what a disappointing meal. The ribs were cold and the fries were like they sat in the oven over night. The French onion soup is normally supposed to be like1000 degrees but this was cold in the middle and warm on the outside- definitely reheated in a microwave. The baked ravioli was compared to cheap no name brand ravioli. The super spaghetti was also not good. My kid got a plate of wet spaghetti and a cup of sauce to pour on- also cold. The chicken and mushroom Alfredo was disgusting. It was cold/hard noodles and the sauce was too liquidy. I felt sick the whole night and my boy also said his tummy is hurting all night. What a pure dissatisfaction. On top of that it took an hour and 15 mins to get our food. The waitress never came and asked us how's our food. (Probably cause she knows it tastes so bad) I also heard other customers complaining that the food wasn't good or it wasn't the same sauce. I normally don't write such long reviews but I just had to. All I heard the whole night from everyone was how bad a meal that was and how disappointed everyone was.we got a discount because it took so long but the bill was still 115$. Honestly, I'm not just saying this because I'm so mad the restaurant served us such bad food but I wouldn't even give the leftovers to my dog.you need to clean up your restaurant Boston pizza. It makes sense why there was only 3 people inside on a weekend at 7pm.

J'avais réservé pour 12 personnes a 2 semaines d'avis, nous sommes arrivés il n'avait pas ma réservation, il nous ont fait une place finalement, très mauvais service, ça pris 20 minutes avant qu'on vienne nous voir pour commander des drinks, pour ce qui est du repas, assiette non garnis et quantité très petite, après le repas le buzz Boy a débarrasser la table jusqu'à la moitie de la table et n'ait jamais revenue c'est nous qui avons débarrasser et mis le tout sur une table vide voisine, il a fallu qu'on alerte la serveuse pour café et desserts elle ne revenait pas nous voir, en tant qu, organisatrice du groupe je suis très déçue

Ils ont la moitié du menu de disponible à leur resto. J’ai dû me contenter de commander de la boulette de viande avec mon spaghetti. Ils m’ont livré les boulettes froides et à moitié cuites. Très déçu.

Hawaiian? Il est où le jambon? J’ai pas de jambon sur tout les pointes de pizza wow mais 2 pizza sont comme ça, vraiment décevant…… ça comme été garocher et c’est arriver froid

2e fois qu'on vient et le service est toujours aussi lent et la nourriture ne vaut pas la peine. La salade est noyée dans la vinaigrette, j'enlève 1cm de gras sur mes ribs et les quantités ne valent pas le prix.

Food was OK. My waitress brought my drinks, some other waiter took my food order, then only brought me half my order. Had to wait another 10-15 minutes for the other half of my order.

Then got my bill before we were even done, felt kind of rushed.didn't ask if we wanted desserts or anything. Weird experience.

Super bon service, nous sommes aller le 24 décembre à 17h00, ils fermaient à 19h. Le service à été impecable et la nourriture excellente. Pas la première fois que nous y allons et certainement pas la dernière!

Waitresses were cool but food preparation was so slow, and I worked a twelve hour shift that day, best part of the restaurant, was the beautiful attentive waitresses.

Ce soir, nos soupes sont arrivée complètement renversé dans le sac. Une soupe à l'oignon gâché! Nos pâtes étaient sur le dessu et les soupes dans le fond du sac. Résultat, le bouillon était complètement vidé et ce qui en restait. était froid. À 12$ la soupe.très decu du service de ce soir!

Visite lors du samedi 6 novembre 2021, galettes de burger congelés quand c’est mal saisi sur le grill (grisâtre) ça passe pas pour la 3e étoiles.

Les frites n était pas chaude la dernière fois que je suis allé pareil et ce n'est pas la faute de la serveuse le service était rapide.

Very baaaaaad food! I ordered a cauliflower crust pizza and I had to ask if it was a mistake! Looks like a box pizza, not well done and far away like a regular cauliflower crust.never ever come back!

We always have a good services when we go! The podos wings are so good they feel like huge nuggets! I highly recommend the huge chocolate cheesecake dessert ouff!

I hate to give such a low rating. I have eaten here a number of times and had a great experience. First cleanliness. The bathrooms have always been a problem at this location. I have always passed it off because this location has always been crazy busy. Last night was not. Also coming out of lockdown where hygiene is hyper important, the state was inexcusable. My meal was good. I ordered the jambalaya fettuccini. It arrived without advertised shrimp. The serving staff were not informed that the restaurant was out of shrimp. They really should have known and asked if I want something different. The server was good and gave my half off. Otherwise the meal was good. Unfortunately the problem didn't stop there. My partner discovered broken ceramic mixed in with her meal. There we small sharp pieces. That is potentially dangerous and scary. I understand that things like this can happen, but combined with the other challenges the restaurant faced that night, I really question the management of the location and how standards are being monitored. I do want to point out that the serving staff were top notch though. They did everything they could to accommodate us.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. Placed an order tonight for pick up the food was so disgusting.my sandwich bread was so soggy and I dont know why but its was all watery inside.what a waste of $40! Never ordering from there again had to throw it out I couldn't even eat it.beyond disappointed

Pretty expensive for very mediocre food. Nothing was exceptional or worthy of the price tag. And, service was pretty awful by any standards. The place was almost completely empty yet it took forever to get the drinks we ordered and then again to get our food order. We won't be coming back here

As unfortunate as it was I really tried to like this restaurant. Service was horrible and really slow, and the food mediocre at best.
I ordered a simple wing meal with two different sauces, one BBQ and the other Thai. Received BBQ and Honey garlic. Waitress tried to convince me that it was really what I ordered however the honey flavors just kept coming through. Arguing with her quickly became futile.
The only fast service was when I asked for the bill.
Its really to bad, I would have liked to make Boston Pizza a regular hang out, but with the attitudes and ridiculous service its just an experience in frustration.

Service was slow, we had 3 different waitresses. My husband's smoked meat sandwich was soggy because they placed the pickle on top of it. He did leave a suggestion with our last waitress. My chicken, pecan salad was very good.

You can't beat the deals when they have them.however, there are always problems when we go.
The bills are always wrong, the service is extremely slow. There is definitely not enough staff on busy nights. I've witnessed this a lot recently.
Our chicken wings came out warm. Not cold, but not hot. We waited almost 45 minutes to be served water and our drinks before our meal.
Not fun when you come with kids.
Anyways, we probably won't be going back, but again, if you can tolerate the bad, the deals are great.

It's Saturday, I get it. But 50 minutes to sit down well I can clearly see 2 tables available (no chairs but there are plenty outside. It's winter, Think outside the box!).

Once we sit down it took approximately 15 minutes to be served, nobody knew if the wings special was still active, and we ended up ordering them with the woman who brought our water since our waiter hadn't even returned to tell us yes or no in over 10 minutes.

Good came pretty quickly but they forgot ustensiles, Once et got up to finally find out waiter he seemed to delegate to one of the girls. Took a while but they arrived.

Good food and great pizza.

Reality not sure how they run the entire service team over there but seems really badly organized, 1 person takes orders, Another person brings water, Another picks up, Another brings the machine to pay. No continuity and so no relationship with the staff, therefore you don't know who to ask if you need something!

Service was bad. Food took very long and waitress was not attentive. Food was not that great. I’m not sure why but waitress did not bother saying thank you and good bye once we were done.she just walked away.maybe she was having a bad day.

Good food. Service a little slow. Thank god we went early. When we checked out it was a good sized lineup at the door. 90 minutes to get a poutine app and 1 dinner each. But.it was good. I will return next time I'm in town.

Ce n'était pas ma 1re fois nous sommes entrés pour aller souper un jeudi tout le monde courait après une souris. Nous sommes restés assis à notre table près de 20 minutes sans nous faire demander quelque chose à boire ou même nous offrir un verre d'eau. Nous avons donc quitté.

Food is amazing. On a busy night it is very loud. Also kind of disorganized as if the waitresses would need more help. Food can take a while before it gets to your table but as i said, it is so good it makes up for the rest.

A very busy night and my plate was sent to another table in error. Everyone at my table of 15 was served. The waitress was extremely apologetic and I was told immediately that my meal was on the house. Despite the mistake, it was well handled. Thank you.

How on earth could a website be so bad. It's unusable. Period. There's not much to go on about its just horrendous, a 13 year old can make a better functioning site, takes 30 mins to order a fkn pizza and 10 to actually make it, absolutely ridiculous.

Great family restaurant with a good deflection on the kids menu! This had become a regular spot for our family and of young kids

Quality is not the same as it use to be. Price is too high for the food you get. You can't switch coffee or tea for a soft drink on the table d'hôte like most restaurents do.

Commandé un club il m'est arrivé un pain au fromage emplit de sauce qui n'avait rien d'un club. J'ai commandé 1 bière qui m'a coûtée plus de 10$ et le service etait pas fameux total de ma facture 32$ pour un diner. Alors je me demande si ça valait même une étoile

BP was had a steady drop in value for some time now. Nostiglia brought us here, but it won't bring us back.

For the price, the food is average. Don't get me wrong, it is good, just not extraordinary. Service is good and ambience is nice.

Worst service ever. Nobody was there to greet us when we walked in. Finally a staff member who was leaving told us to just pick a spot to sit. The kids didn’t get a kids menu or get a colouring sheet. We had to ask for a high chair and booster seat. The pizza was made wrong and we still had to pay for it. Nobody came to check on us at all. No offers for a refill, no one asked how we were doing, we were just ignored. Never going to Boston Pizza again. Thanks to Kylee.

Quand nous sommes alles, le service etait lent. Notre serveuse passait son temps a parler avec ses amis a une autre table. Notre pizza etait trop cuite, nos drinks etaient pas bons. Et les salles de bain etaient malpropres! J'aime Boston Pizza, mais celui-ci de loin. Peut etre que le service serait mieux si ce ne serait pas des adolescents qui servent. Meme encore.

Malheureusement je dois faire un review avec 1 étoile, ce n'est pas la faute de la serveuse mais pas du tout. Le restaurent était occupé a environ 70% et ça prit plus de 1 heure et 20 minutes pour avoir nos assiettes 4 repas adultes qui était 3 salades et une assiette avec un wrap et rondelle d'oignon + 4 petits repas pour enfant. L'air climatisé était dans le tapis (tellement trop froide) propreté des toilettes et de la salle à manger était à désiré et le staff faisait ce qu'il pouvait mais malheureusement a 101$ 2 adultes et 2 enfants avec une bière et un verre de vin avec pourboire pour ça. Je vais jamais à la belle province et je pense que j'en aurais plus mon argent. Vraiment plate de faire ce genre de review avec tout ca jai passé de 2 heures et demi dans un restaurent à geler et attendre pour tout (service long, le manger, dessert et facture)

Repas très savoureux et grosse portion, je n'aurais pas été capable de prendre une entrée avant mon plat de pâtes. Service courtois et rapide.

Médiocre 2 grand cheveux dans ma pizza que J ai du retourner et que dire du drink marguarita au prix exorbitants pour le peu de quantité dans le verre les jeunes serveuses devraient s attachée les cheveux ça aiderait peut-être

Les pâtes sont bonnes et la pizza de mon épouse également, mais le service est correct sans plus et c'est long avant d'avoir son repas, une fois commander.
