You cant even call them and speak to a human, its just a robot message that barely speaks comprehensive english, all i wanted was to know if something was in stock before i drove half an hour.

Having said that, the employee are very kind.

Such a great place to go for a variety of plants, pots, soil and other mediums I cannot find anywhere else. Also the pot selection is shockingly massive which is amazing. Def recommend.

Tro cher, pas de service. 45 minutes à la caisse pour scanner chacun des pots individuellement. Comme si on allait les voler. Arrogance et commentaires déplacés de la propriétaire, bris de plantes en les manipulant à la caisse et plus. Après une facture de 500 $ et me faire dire qu'on ne voulait de ma clientèle, je n'y mettrai plus jamais les pied. A vous de voir si vous appréciez ce genre de service.

A great place to get the plants and garden supplies. Customer service is very good.

An excellent place for cacti and succulents, in particular for the large sizes that most nurseries don't carry. They also carry a large selection of gardening materials and firewood.

The positives are that the place was pretty clean in terms of dust/floors and the outdoor garden area was a good size. The indoor tropical section had -some- good prices. They also had better selection for carnivorous plants in comparison to other garden centres I've visited. The negatives far outweigh the positives for this place though. It took 10-15 minutes for anyone to even greet us. The selection of potting media was rather small. The tropical plants had thrips and fungus gnats. As I said there were some good prices but most were at market price or even higher in some cases. The wait to actually checkout was long despite it being one person ahead with minimal items and the cashier seemed to be absolutely hating her life. I don't think we even received the discount for any of our outdoor plants that were clearly 25% off.

So the place could have been worse, but not by much. I don't see myself shopping here again.

Prix trop cher. Et cette manie à la caisse de vérifier de manière trop véhémente les chariots comme si les clients étaient des voleurs potentiels m'exaspère au plus haut point. Très difficile de tomber sur des employés à part à la caisse.

Good place to buy thing for your garden, or to buy trees more expense than other store but they have more varieties

They have a large selection of plants. It's hard to navigate around. Small walk ways, plus it's a maze. Hard to find what your looking for. Disappointed at the lake of native plants.

I just toughtit would be a place with more gardening choices as it's the store specialty. Also, the store staffs didn't seem as knowledgeable as I'd like

Nous tentons d'encourager les commerces québécois et c'est pourquoi je suis allée acheter plusieurs arbustes, fleurs et engrais chez Cloutier. Malheureusement, le service à la clientèle laisse grandement à désirer. J'ai demandé trois fois des conseils et c'est à peine si on a répondu à mes questions.
C'est dommage pour eux, car l'été prochain j'irai encourager une autre pépinière.

Aucun service, le personnel était plutôt bête et ne voulait pas vraiment aider. De plus leur prix sont très chers, il y a toujours des erreurs de prix entre le prix affiché et celui à la caisse. J'ai attendu en ligne 20 min et quand c'était à mon tour on m'a dit que je n'étais pas dans la bonne ligne. Il n'y avait aucune indication a cet effet. J'ai refait la ligne de côté et attendu un autre 20 min et ma grande surprise une dame est passée sans problème dans la ligne que j'étais en moins de 2 min.c'est la dernière fois que j'y vais! C'est la moitié prix pour la même chose chez Canadien Tire! Tous ceux que je connais qui sont allés la dans les 2 dernières semaines ont été très déçus! Ils en ont beaucoup perdu et ne mérite pas notre clientèle.

Very nice place with lots of plant varieties. Garden and flower plants very good quality. Every plant we ever bought for our backyard garden grew. Best place on gatineau, staff are very helpful and professional. We have been going therefor many years

It seems some of their plants are mostly in bad shape. The customer services is so-so. I didn't work for the, but I worked in that domain and it seem they do not help their customer and some are not friendly either. Some are rude, some are friendly, some just don't want to help at all.

Like I said, I've work in that domain and it seems some of them do not know what they're doing.
