Pour les plantes, je n'ai pas pu acheter ce que je voulais car il n'en restait plus. Donc je ne pourrai me prononcer sur leurs qualités. Ce qui me désole vraiment, c'est la mention sur net: ne pas appeler pour demander des informations sur le stock.ils sont vraiment situés très loins donc moi personnellement j'arrive de loin je ne trouve pas ce que je voulais! Grande déception. J'ai envoyé un émail pour demander préalablement avant de me déplacer pour une prochaine fois mais ça ne sera pas fiable car le temps de réponse est grand.vraiment dommage qu'autant de personnel et impossible d'organiser un service relation client.les autres pépinières te répondent sur téléphone! Bref

J'adore. Un peu cher, les employés ne sont pas les plus sympathiques mais c'est un beau commerce avec beaucoup de choix.

Une serre immense remplie de belles choses. Que l'on recherche des plantes exotiques, des légumes, des agrumes ou des arbres, il y en a pour tous les goûts. Il y a aussi une grande diversité de pots et cache-pots. C'est parmi les meilleures serres à Laval et les environs.

Pépinière gigantesque. Beaucoup de choix. Prix abordables. De bons speciaux durant l’été et l’automne. Je conseille cette place.

Quite simply one of the best plant nurseries i've ever been to.

I mostly get perennials, bulbs, seeds, and herbs here. The variety available here is unmatched. I've found several varieties of coriander, mint, and basil, as well as wormwood, lovage, bay leaf, Fenugreek, rue, and eucalyptus.

Plants and bulbs are always vigorous and transplant well.

I live in Ottawa, but prefer to buy my plants here when I travel to the Montreal area.

Nice house plant selection, half the staff is friendly the other half would rather you don’t talk to them and their plants are full of spider mites every time I go. Beware! They are quite the headache when it comes to getting rid of them once they’ve made their way into your home. Still giving them 3 stars since they have a nice variety of plants.

J’adore cette pépinière et j’ai toujours eux un bon service, très rapide à la caisse et prenne soin quand elles emballe les plantes! Ont trouve de tout, et même des surprise qu’on s’attend pas à voir la!

Un syngonium infesté de thrips, une succulente trop arrosée morte le lendemain et un seneco mont blanc dont la terre n'a jamais séché depuis l'arrosage en magasin. J'ai perdu mon argent!

Un endroit merveilleux et bien rangé qui vous offre de nombreuses options.et je suis l'un de ses clients réguliers et j'ai planté de nombreuses plantes dans mon jardin arrière et c'est devenu merveilleux grâce aux conseils des superviseurs des départements des plantes qui n'ont pas lésiner sur me fournir leur expérience et leurs conseils.

We went there today. Got there at 5: 35 pm. We were looking for someone to help us outside for 20 minutes, no-one to be found. Finally we found someone in the store who pointed at the employee who would help us. When we approached him he half ignored us and packed his bags and lunch box to leave. We mentioned we have been trying to find someone to help us for 20 minutes. He said "well come back another day, store is closing in 5 min"'. Then he went on a rant about how he's been on his feet all day and he's too tired to help us. Then we asked if we could at least know if they had the tree we wanted so we wouldn't come back for nothing. He didn't even answer and walked away. So with 5 minutes to spare, we were looking around, and he yelled at us saying we better get back or he will close the door on us.while there were many other customers outside shopping as well.

It's a little ironic to come complain that he's standing on his feet all day working in the nice weather to a healthcare worker who works countless hours a day with covid patients with not a minute to take for lunch or to sit down, behind a mask and full PPE.by the time I get home most days the store is closed. So I hurried up and tried to finish early today to make it on time.

Not only is the employee at fault for being so rude and disrespectful, but the store should have more employees to cover the large outdoor area, if he is indeed telling the truth that he's working alone.

Bottom line, maybe good products, but how would I know if I stayed almost 30 min in the store just to get yelled at.

Edit: I had already contacted the merchant BEFORE posting my review and they didn't ask for photos or offer any solution. Edit 2: I emailed them at their request below and NO RESPONSE. Shameful customer service!

It seems like a nice garden center, but I'm so disappointed that many of the 10+ plants I bought were infested with pests which can easily spread to other plants, causing an infestation. They don't offer any kind of guarantee, return or exchange for this. To me, it makes more sense to shop somewhere that stands behind what they sell.

The photos in their circular also aren't representative of the plants in the store. I made a special 70km trip for a plant in a beautiful, rustic ceramic pot, only to find it was the same plant/white pot combo being sold for less at Rona and Réno-Dépôt!

Great varied selection of plants, small trees, pots, and all needed in the garden. I'd recommend the not so crowded hours. Friendly staff. Both huge exterior and interior spaces.

Good selection of plant and herb. Long line on weekend. The staff should be more strict to customer cutting in line to pay. I been standing over 20 min to pay and I see staff letting other customer cut in and pay.

The experience of shopping there is like going to a Walmart in the bizarro world. The fruit tree department knows nothing about their own stock and don't even try to help you find anything. But they will enjoy a nice 20-minute chat with customers that they know. And you just wait to find out that they still don't know anything.

Belle place mais c'est un peu étroit. J'ai rencontré 2 employées pour un bougainvillae mais elles ne les connaissent pas, pourtant c'est une plante ordinaire. Mais bravo pour les sortes de succulents!

Nice place, the prices are slightly higher than other places. But good place to find all what you are looking for.

Magnifique endroit et choix de plantes. Les seules bémols; les paniers a l'extérieur ne sont pas nettoyés. Aucun employés à l'extérieur qui fait le contrôle de ceux qui sont rapportés et ceux que nous devons prendre pour entrer dans la pépinière. Et à la caisse après le paiement, on doit nous même emballés nos plantes. J'ai fait plusieurs pépinières que je remarque ce manque de service.

Je vous recommande fortement de regarder les prix à la caisse! Le propriétaire sachant très bien la loi sur la protection du consommateur concernant les acticles scanner plus cher que le prix indiqué n'a pas voulu appliquer la loi qui spécifie que tout commerçant ce doit de rembourser leurs clients d'une valeur égale ou maximale de 10 dollars sur erreur scanner à l'avantage du commerçant. Si au moins il n'avait pas eu l'air d'être au dessus de la loi! Il na pas voulu entendre raison, j'encourage pas les voleurs qui viennent sucer l'argent des pauvres citoyens qui gratte leurs fond de tiroir pour mettre un peu de couleur dans leurs vie ces temps-ci la protection du consommateur existe et un jour avec les accumulations de plaintes, l'amende va être bien plus salé que l'argent fait sur le pauvre citoyen.

Nous achetons toujours nos vivaces annuelles et tout pour le jardin au début printemps spécial à surveiller dans la circulaire. Bien que ne vivant plus à Laval nous continuerons à y aller

Propre, beaucoup de chose, employé courtois et t'offre des conseils pour pouvoir bien réussir la transplantation et pouvoir les garder après l'hiver. J'ai adoré visiter cet endroit.

Incapable d'avoir un prix sur de la pierre de schiste à la tonne ou à la demi tonne, attente de 40 min. Faute de staff compétent!

I went to this store yesterday with my wife. She needed help and although I rang the bell at the area designed for assistance, 4 employees came pass me and told me that they called someone to help. After almost an hour, I decided to leave. I come to the store maybe 4 to 5 times a summer, but only because my wife needs to ensure that she gets help (shes handicap and can not lift anything). Yesterday, not only did we not get any assistance while in store, I had to load bags of dirt we bought outside into car.

In general more expensive than its competitor across the road and less helpful. I often stand in line for a long time here and feel like noone really cares whether you like it or not except other clients.

I've been coming to this store for the past 5 years. Over the last year, I must have spent at least a couple of thousands of dollars. Yesterday and today, I spent 300$. I came back today to get more flowers and dirt. On my way back to the car, I noticed that the price for the dirt was lower than what I had been charged for. I then went back to the cashier and told her. She asked for a price check and the clerk confirmed that I was right. She refunded me my purchases (for today and yesterday), and charged me back for the right amount. I checked the Price Accuracy Policy on the Quebec's Government website and told the cashier about it. She said she didn't know about the policy and called her manager. He took my invoices and went to check the price. After waiting for 10 minutes, I went outside. The manager gave the invoices to the clerk who had checked the price the first time without coming to me. The clerk just handed me my invoices without saying anything. I then told him about the Policy. He said that he will only give me one item for free even though I have 2 invoices on 2 different dates. I was so upset by their lack of customer service that I told him to forget it and to train his staff. I buy with principles and support businesses with good ethics and business practices. I will no longer buy from this store. This will be my new Policy.

Excellent service ici par contre la tourbe vous devez bien la regarder car certains rouleaux etaient secs lorsqu'ils ont été livrés

Very good inventory, reasonable prices and store organization, the staff is another story. They will ignore you, walk away and pretend you are not there politely waiting to speak with them, while hanging out talking to each other. Management would benefit from spending more time training them on customer contact and interaction.

Customer service is very bad, liars. I bought a pearl asiatic with warranty 1 year but I planted the tree only 3 weeks.all the leaf of the tree fell down, it's dead. I called customers service, they said you take the photo with invoice goto shop to change the other tree. But When I came the shop, a guy looking for many way to refuse, not enable water, It's hot, the tree was shocked etc, wait one year to exchange.they didn't return or exchange although I have warranty. I bought more than $1000 for the tree, engrains in this shop. It's very bad service after sale. If there are zero star I will give zero star for this shop.

If I could put zero star.i will for sure""" Some people are nice when they start a business. Nice prices, helpful, kind, truthful, etc. But as soon as the business picks up, they show their real face which is Rude, arrogant, racists, LIARS and all they care about is to screw you and take your money. This place is full of cheaters. If you don't know much about botanic, they will falsely advise you so they sell you what makes them the big profit or to get rid of unsold stock.

Very nice place, you can find almost anything you need for your yard. Employees are very helpful and nice, however some exterior staff (not the ones working inside the place) need some additional training, as they don't have answers some times to your needs and refer you back to ask inside. Not a big deal but worth mentioning. I highly recommend this location!

Grand choix de plantes toutes plus belles les unes que les autres. Des nouveautés à chaque année. Fines herbes et légumes très variés. Et le personnel est compétent et sympathique: vous pouvez amener une photo et ils sauront vous conseiller. De gros rabais de circulaires à ne pas manquer.

Un regal pour les yeux ou vous trouvez tout ce qu'il vous faut et a bon prix. Conseils d'experts et plantes rares font de cet endroit une destination incontournable.

C'est grand, c'est un plaisir de se promener parmi toute cette variété de plantes. Mais qu'est ce que c'est cher!
