The best pizza and gelato I had in a while! Very nice atmosphere and very friendly staff! Definitely will go back soon and will be our special place

I was pleasantly surprised with the service, the food and the ambiance of this place! We were warmly welcomed by the hostess upon arrival who took our coats and hung them herself. We then got a place at the bar because there was no table available. I usually do not like high chair but these were supper comfortable (we stayed here about 3 hours). Then despite the restaurant being so busy, we were greeted right away by our waitress Genevieve who was super welcoming. They gave us a complimentary bread for starter and it was delicious with olive oil that you can add to taste. We order 2 entrees and a pizza, the entrees got delivered together and almost as soon as we were done we got our pizza. Perhaps the BEST PIZZA IN TOWN! Everything about it tasted delicious even the crust. We finished off with a coffee and dessert. The whole time we were there the service was impeccable! I remember dropping my napkin and I didn’t even notice until someone from the staff handed me a new one after picking mine from the floor! I absolutely wowed by this place! It felt like being in a high end restaurant. 100% recommend

Restaurant spécial le proprio a fait venir de l'Italie les tuiles de son four à bois je crois que c est de Napoli. Situé dans le milieu du resto les pizzas qui sortent de ce four sont justes differentes. Il faut les goûter pour comprendre. Moi c est pizza tomates double basilic mmmm mmmm mmmm et un bon vin rouge. L ambiance à des allures européennes. On se sent bien! Allez y!

A wonderful meal in a timely manner-Italian food done right.

Entrees consisted of a plate of calamari and prosciutto with burrata. The calamari was well portioned, fresh and well seasoned; the tomato sauce that came with it was light and flavourful-absolutely excellent. The prosciutto and burrata was also delightful; it had chew with no sinew.

Our main course consisted of two pizzas: one with burrata, tomato sauce and basal, the other with rapini, sausage, and mozzarella. Both were cooked to perfection; the usual error of overloading the bottom of the pizza with flour to avoid sticking in the oven was not present-the chefs clearly know what they are doing! Crust was light, crispy on the outside, and had a good, flakey chew. Flavours were very much on point, and well salted. The rapini and sausage pizza was on the dry side as there was no sauce, but olive oil was provided and ameliorated the dish.

The deserts consisted of a meringue and an ice cream; I found the ice-cream to be slightly underwhelming-it was somewhat solid when I was expecting a soft and light texture, though the flavours were certainly there. The meringue, on the other hand, was out of this world. Light, sweet, and well portioned.

One other note: I ordered an espresso (as I often do) and was blown away by the quality. At every other restaurant I have ever dined, the espresso is always burnt and watered down. Though it was somewhat thin, and the "schiuma" not quite formed, the coffee itself was sweet, and slightly bitter, as it should be. While not the best espresso in the city (you will need to suffer an Italian bar for one of those), this was far an away the best espresso I have ever had at a restaurant. I ordered a second to be sure I was not mistaken, and was not disappointed!

Overall, with tax and tip, our bill came to just over 200$-well worth the money.

Amazing place, lovely atmosphere and fantastic service. Food was freshly made, good portions for the price. Waiting staff was super friendly and very informative. We took the recommended entrees of the day, calamari, Capriciosse and Provola pizza. Peach desert was amazing. Definitely recommend, will visit again!

The service was very good, I had gnocchi and they were delicious, I can tell they were homemade and the tomato sauce was one of the best I ever had. Pizza was good too, although I prefer it more on the crunchy side, the ingredients are top and the wood oven did the rest. Recommended.

I went 2 nights in a row on a recent business trip and I am looking forward to going back!

J'ai essayer la pizza chez Bottega de Laval et j'ai bien aimé, j'ai été servis par Francesco et il m'a tres bien expliqué la table du jour en detail qui semblai tres bonne mais pour tester la place il fallait que j'essai la pizza margherita et elle a tres bien passer le test, je vais surement retourner pour essayer autre chose maintenant.

Les pizzas sont très bonnes, les produits sont de qualités, ce sont de vraies pizzas italiennes. Les olives sont délicieuses également. Au niveau de l'ambiance, a l'intérieur beaucoup de bruit et les tables sont très proches. A l'extérieur c'est un peu plus agréable.
J'ai trouvé le service très aimable mais un peu trop présent au cours du repas. Et l'autre bémol je dirai que c'était l'eau qui n'était pas fraîche, même pas mise au réfrigérateur ou même avec des glaçons, c'est un peu dommage, surtout quand il fait très chaud. Je vous conseille de réserver pour être sûr d'avoir une place. Je recommande ce restaurant si vous voulez une bonne pizza.

Notre meilleur resto italien! Toutes les pizzas sont bonnes (mention spéciale pour la funghi et le tronchetto!). Ce sont de vrais bonnes pizzas italiennes et la croûte est juste parfaite. Et je ne peux pas me passer d'un arancino en entrée (je demande un petit plat de sauce tomate en extra!). Nous sommes clients depuis une quinzaine d'années à Montréal, incluant quelques visites à Laval, nous recommandons vivement, vous ne serez pas déçu!

Awesome pizza. One of the best in the city. Love the weekly specials. This is definitely a place I will continue to frequent. Must try.

I have eaten Bottega pizza before but never at the Laval location. I got a chance to eat more than just the pizza (which is always delicious), but a good amount of many other dishes and it was all phenomenal. The atmosphere of the restaurant was only bettered by the incredible and kind staff. An incredibly authentic Italian experience I can't wait to go back again. HIGHLY recommend!

Les tables sont trop proches les unes des autres, c'est un fait. Mais ne vous attardez pas sur ce point parce que la cuisine est vraiment très raffinée! Je conseille notamment les spéciaux du jour, des plats vraiment délicieux.

D’abord, si vous êtes déjà allé en Italie, vous retrouverez le goût de pizza et de pâtes fraîches et authentiques de là-bas.

Ensuite, si vous n’y êtes jamais allé, voici l’occasion parfaite de vivre une expérience culinaire typiquement italienne.

À savoir:

1.les pâtes à pizza et les pâtes en sauces sont faites sur place, et ça se goûte! Vraiment délicieux.

2. Un menu de Mocktails est aussi offert si ce n’est pas une soirée pour boire de l’alcool. Ou pour les enfants qui veulent faire « comme les grands ».

3. Il faut demander le pain, car il n’est pas servis automatiquement. MAIS! Quel pain! WoW, un pain style foccacia moelleux fait aussi sur place, demandez-le avec une entrée et trempez-le dans la délicieuse huile d’olive offerte.

Finalement, nous étions un groupe de 20 personnes et le service de 2 serveuses a été très apprécié. Le rythme du souper, un jeudi soir, s’est très bien déroulé.

Un gâteau chocolat et noix a été apportée pour le groupe, goût maison, peu sucré et très bien pour terminer le repas.
N’hésitez donc pas à fêter en groupe en réservant quelques semaines à l’avance.
