Missed up place during lunch hour. The kitchen and cashier staff are confused and it's seems the whole team relied only on one experienced poor guy who has to jump between different places and multitasking to do stuff while the rest of them look lost. Even it was not that much busy

This is the absolute BEST Boustan in Quebec, and I have tried many of them!

Their food is always extremely consistently amazing, tasty and fresh, from the meats, to the salads, to the potatoes, etc.

Please do yourself a favor and give them your business, you won't regret it!

I highly recommend the mixed plate/bowl (beef/chicken) :)

Good food, good ambiance, but the hot sauce isn't as spicy as the first time I discovered this place.

My brother in law ordered a trio. The lady behind the counter was patiently waiting for him to decide, explained what was included. It was a pleasant experience. They're planning on going back next week.

This was my first and last time here. The man who is making the sandwich had a disrespectful attitude. I was waiting for him to get served because he was not at the counter. When he came to the counter, he served 2 people who came after me; he didn’t even look at me although I was first in line. When it was my turn, he already dressed my sandwich and asked me if I wanted it « spicy ». He didn’t even ask me what I wanted in the sandwich and he never apologized for skipping me. The Boustan at Fairview is way better and has a friendlier service.

The food is good but they have reduced the quantity. Less quantity of food for chicken plates as well as chicken sandwiches. For sure the chicken sandwich trio is not sufficient for one person.

Great staff. Food usually very good to excellent (sometimes, but rarely, only ok, mainly due to portion size inconsistencies) Had one very bad experience with bad food and head office passed the buck and blamed the restaurant copacker who prepares the meat (who knew their meat is done off premises). It is no fun to pay $30 buck for a dinner for wife and myself and then end up not eating the meat because of quality control issues.the salt level was revolting.inedible

Granted this has only happened once, but it would have been appreciated if they addressed it.i still go. But not as often. I guess basha and marathon and amir have benefited.

Tried to order online it did not work. I tried few times. I called the store the girl said I could ordre by phone. She started by taking my phone number and the adress and than she said I'll be back in a second. She kept me on hold 20minutes and she hang up. I was calling from work! I called again. She said yes we're busy, no sorry, nothing. Again she said hold on 2 sec. I waited another 10mn and I hang up. I calld and asked for the manager. She suddunly had time to listen and said she can t pass him he is busy. I asked if busyis serving customers, I am one! She took my order with so many mistakes making me repeat so many times. I told her I am ordering for someone else and I want to pay with my card. She said ok and she hang up without taking the card number! I called her and explained again what I wanted. She took the card number, never my name or expiry date.and said I ll ask the manager, and hang up! Obviously no delivery was made! I called an hour later and she said we can t make a payment by phone! I aked why she didn t call me and of course she said she called twice and there was no answer! No one called me!

More than horrible.disgusting food.abnormal fats in shawarma.we told them and that said that’s normal.we are vomiting since yesterday because of this disgusting food. I don’t know where can I make a complain!

Good middle eastern food. Would be better if in addition to pita, an option of Laffa is provided as well.

Terrible service, overpriced, and just not good food. Everytime I come to this location, they find a way to mess up the order. They never apologize or offer to make things better. I strongly don't recommend this place. Certainly not going to this place again!

Like all Boustan restaurants, the food is great and the staff are very nice. My order was ready in two minutes.

I make detours to go to this particular Boustan. The chicken is very tasty. The lady at the cash is the sweetest! Very polite and good manners. The phone rang and asked for my permission before picking it up. Bravo:) et Merci!

Worst experience ever. Very disappointed at the way they treat their clients. Food is tasty but very rude and ignorant customer service. I will never go back here.

Hit or miss, either really good or really bad. My last visit had no shawarma meat in the sandwich which disappointed me it was a sandwich full of toppings. Ridiculous

To be honest. The food was bad in general the potatoes are oily and not salted from the inside you can soak the potatoes in water and salt the potatoes absorb the salt. And with oil, you will kill someone one day. The rice is well cooked but oiled a lot. The chicken is a little dry. But not in its flavour. Meat shawarma in the sandwich is very little compared to the salad appetizer that fills the teak sandwich and is not worth the price. Shawarma meat is dry and oily and tasteless. The salad was fresh.the appetizers could be better. Finally, you have a special package, but you forgot to put spoons and forks. I had to eat with my hands in the middle of nowhere.

Highly recommended this location! The food is fresh, delicious with good portion. I had made a rush group order to be ready at noon. The staffs are very kind and very professional. With limited preparation time, they had delivered the orders on time.

I waited an hour and a half for my food. I live 7 minutes away. Once I finally received my food it was cold. Really not impressed.

Great food, however unacceptable behavior from the employee preparing the food on the front counter. He was very rude to the two ladies next to me simply because he couldn't hear them.

Used to love this place, been eating there since it opened but over the last 2 years I've noticed a considerable downtrend in meat quality yet the prices are constantly rising, which is understandable given covid and the economic downturn, but dropping the quality of meat (and burned potatoes) has ruined this place for me, back to amir or pitaouk I guess: <

The staff at this location is always friendly and hard working.like any restaurant they are sometimes quality control issues.especially portion size variances from order to order.

Overall the good has outweighed the bad.but my last order order kind of tilted the scales.the meat was so overly salted (beef, with an extra serving of beef, so that's a lot of meat).

that my wife and I ended up throwing half the meal in the garbage.

It will be a while before I order at boustan again.

This will now make me explore other options in my west island area.let's see if I can find a new favorite to replace the old one that has faded of late.time to finally give Basha a try!

I love Boustan, the food is very good at this location but they keep raising the price every month. Those aren't small raises either, recently the mixed plate went from 16,89$ to 17,99$, the extra beef/chicken went from 3$ to 5$. The quality/serving portion stays the same. Soon it will become very expensive to eat there sadly, but you got to try it.

The line was crazy long when we went, and the food was alright. Nothing to write home about. I definitely prefer Amir for the food.

Qualité non constante. J'y suis allé une dizaine de fois et c'est bon une et mauvais l'autre. Il y a deux jours, l'assiette shish taouk était sans goût et les morceaux de poulets avaient des morceaux durs qui ont "chippé" une de mes dents. La personne qui m'accompagnait a eu la même chose mais ses dents ont heureusement été épargnées. Dommage que ce soit inconstant car quand c'est bon, c'est bon.

I have been here several times. The Food is not bad, however, the level of customer service is sub standard. Clients who physically go to the location are made to wait while the staff is giving more priority to online orders. I have also had to make a habit of verifying the order before I leave. Several times my order was missing items and one time I got to my residence only to find out a whole Pita Sandwich was not in the bag. The clincher was seeing the worker who is cutting the meat of of the cooker, NOT WEARING ANY GLOVES OR MASK! Last time I will never eat here again.

I have to say that my family and I enjoy the food all the time and what really sets them apart is how they handled a small problem we had with an order. I would recommend this restaurant for its delicious food and great customer service.

It used to be a 5 stars restaurant but they have notoriously reduced the portions.

Its crazy how much better this location is to the one just 5 minutes away on st jean. Everything always taste fresh here friendly service too unlike the one on st jean.
