Is there any reason why your employees don’t wear any gloves and wipe their hands on their shirts and pants?
I always swear to never come back then I forget this is common here.

Très bonne bouffe, super service mais la musique qui coupe au 2 secondes et qui griche, c'est pas super agréable pour manger pendant 25 minutes.

Filthy unhygienic, they making food without gloves his nail very long and dirty, wow my gosh!

Fantastic crispy pita wrapped around my Shawarma (beef).
With delicious thinly sliced turnips and a delicious lettuce type coleslaw.
Need I say more? This was awesome!

First 2 times were amazing now the last delivery I asked for refund the sag sandwich was filled with only salad potatoes were cold old dry soup was smaller than last time no bread in plate how cheap they are less portions than last time asked for tabouleh got coleslawsalad no sauce never going there again

Usually this location is good but tonight my potatoes were soggy and almost no chicken in my shawarma very disappointed

They offer a promotion for chicken plate and then fill your plate full of rice and way less chicken than usual

When this place first opened here, it was amazing, but it must've switched ownership or something. Every time we order something is missing or there's barely anything in the container. We could deal with that if the quality was good though. But it isn't. The chicken for the shawarma is always mushy. Like ground chicken, not carved off chicken chunks. It's really gross. We decided never to order from there again.

Very bad experience! The guy making the sandwich picks up the meat from the pit and had to walk across the kitchen to slap it in the bread on the counter. He picks up the overflowing meat and puts it back in the sandwich. The bread broke, so he simply added another layer of bread to the same sandwich! I said, that's too much bread no? The girl acted like that's how it's done and just ignored my comment. No respect for the food or the people! They should learn how to make a sandwich with the saj bread before offering it! The shawarma meat was dry and cold. We were very disappointed. We're definitely not going back.

Worst food of my life! Threw my $40.00 and everything in the garbage! Just about an hour ago (Monday), was my first and last time ordering. Only thing fresh was the bread.

Pros: Place is new and clean. Service was very friendly. Generous size chicken sandwich.

Cons: the chicken was so dry, unbelievable. I was tired of chewing half way through.
And i swear i could taste some beef in my sandwich.

The place is ok. I guess being a new place and not having a lot of customers yet makes the chicken overcooked. I sincerely hope it will pass. I will give it another try in couple months and update my review.

Update: Place is clean, staff are friendly. Very generous portions. I recommend going during rush hours to ensure the meat is not overcooked. Changed my rating to 4 stars. Keep up the good work

The guys made me wait 15 min to place my order as they want to do their delivery orders, even when there was no one another to give order. Zero preference to the person who comes in to eat.
Pls change this attitude

Excellent customer service. One of the guys working tonight chased us down the street just to make sure we got the right to go order. We have never met an employee who cares this much for their customers. Get those guys a raise.

Shawerma tastes good. I found the chicken to be a bit sweet and the beef a bit sour. Overall it was tasty and lots of meet in the sandwich.

Rapport qualite prix cest ZERO: jai recu un pita brule et rempli dhuile, le livreur s'est impose un pourboire de 7$ sur une facture de 21$ car il avait plus de change? En plus on ne peut pas utiliser leur coupon 2 pitas pour 1 a la livraison donc fausse publicite. Nous commanderons chez les competiteurs qui sont plus honnetes et respectueux de leur clientele et cest bien dommage.

Quick service for a quick bite there is more meat than Amir, also its open late. Only thing is parking and if your are eating in the resto gets hot.

Food taste good, but I have to say Boustan sometimes has some real quality issues. One time the chicken they gave me had burnt pieces in it. When I was watching them cut the chicken I couldn't see completely clearly, but it seemed like they had cut big pieces of black stuff and mixed it in with chicken that wasn't burnt. I wasn't completely sure when I was at the restaurant because I couldn't see clearly, but when I got home with the food indeed there was a bunch of burnt chunks in my chicken. I know restaurants don't want to waste food and are trying to save money, but that doesn't mean you should give burnt food to your customer. If it wasn't for the quality issues I'd give a better rating. The taste is good and the prices are reasonable, but the quality issues really kill it for me. Because of that burnt food episode and other quality issues from time to time, I've simply stopped going to Boustan.

Typical Boustan here with a nice and clean eating area. My biggest issue was their lack of consideration for the environment. So much wasted plastic, paper and styrofoam. It broke my heart.

Please get ceramic plates and metal cutlery. It's 2019, we can't afford to waste this much anymore. Please be more forward thinking.

Food was much better than I had expected. The chicken shawarma was nice and crispy and the beef shawerma was flavourful. The beef and chicken brochettes were tasty on top of well made garlic potatoes and rice. Highly recommend.

J’ai commandé du Boustan environ 2-3 fois auparavant et à chacune de ces fois, l’expérience gustative dépassait mes attentes, mais aujourd’hui c’était une expérience hors du commun. Chaque bouchée était rempli de saveur, les morceaux de poulet étaient énormes, la sauce à l’ail était délectable et l’assiette était copieuse! J’ai tout mangé et j’en remangerais encore. Les employés qui ont participé à la création de cette assiette méritent une augmentation!

I wanted to try the boustan lachine so i called for a delivery.
As soon as i called, the guy asked me to wait for a moment (wich is ok)
And than put me on "hold" for about 10 minutes (it wasnt even "hold" they just put down the phone so i could hear everything that was going on in the kitchen)

I finaly hung up and called for a delivery at Amir.at least they took my order -_-

Great place to grab something to eat.
The only reason not 5 stars there's no parking!

But besides that, great food!
You'll enjoy eat, if you love big portion and if you're a meat eater

J'adore la nourriture de Boustan. Par contre, quand le restaurant se trouve à moins de 10 minutes de la maison, que tu appelles pour commander à 16h et que tu reçois ta commande 1h15 plus tard et que c'est froid, c'est décevant. Encore plus quand tu appelles au bout d'1h05 pour te faire dire que ça avait été mentionné que ça allait prendre 45 min - 1h (mais non rien n'avait été mentionné) et que ça ne semble pas les surprendre, et ne t'offre rien pour dédommager. Aussi, quand tu appelle, ils te fond attendre, quelqu'un d'autre prend la ligne et n'est aucunement au courant de ce que tu as déjà dit. BREF: Bonne nourriture mais froide et service à la clientèle médiocre!

Votre caissière fument a l'intérieur du restaurant sans respecter la règle du 9 mètres. Vos cuisinier ne portent pas de gants. Est pas très accueillants.ca je pense que question d'hygiène c'est très important pour la santé de vos clients

Tends to be a good experience if you go in and place your order. I live 400m from the restaurant and waited well over an hour for my food to be delivered. I wish I had just walked. Food is good, delivery not recommended.

Excellent service, bonne qualité prix, et ils parlent français, même en plein tempête de neige, le temps de livraison est raisonnable.

As much as i like to encourage local businesses in Ville St Pierre, inconsistent service make it that i will not come back. Went at 11 and i got clearly served the kebab from yesterday mixed with today. Hit or miss for waiting time sometimes i feel they cheap out on electricity and takes forever to warm up the pita sandwich. Cheap on ingredients. Avoid if possible until management takes action which could very well never happen.
