One of the WORST store in the area food is good but the service is the worst. Cashier kept me on waiting after attending my call for 10 minutes, can understand its busy but lied about my order saying the food is already made and dasher picked it and all. So for service the WORST. I would have rated zero for it but no option

Always welcomed by a warm smile by Leo and his team. Love the food, it’s always fresh and delicious. Really appreciate the consistency in maintaining their quality of food as well as customer service.

I'm a big fan of the Boustan chain, but I was deeply disappointed yesterday.
I ordered for pick-up and waited longer than it usually takes for delivery. But ok, maybe they were short staffed, and it was a busy time - staff were friendly and working very hard.
But the food was tasteless. My falafel were pretty much raw. Potatoes lacked seasoning like never before. The meats were good though and salads were fresh - just lacked seasoning. Even garlic mayo was not as magical as it usually is.

Ate there many times and will never again. 4 of us (not together) walked out because the guy at the counter was arrogant, loud and nasty

I used to go to Boustan everyday for a week. The stuff here is very welcoming and smiling every time. The food is delicious and clean.
Will come back to it once in Montreal for sure.

I have been a customer here since the store opened, the customer service is good, they always give me the plate as I want it mor weledding or mixt salade on the assiete santé, and the reception is always how are you, brother, how are you doing.

I like this Boustan store I usually buy my food from here after work but lately I’ve been seeing staff not wearing gloves when preparing the food. All them are friendly though.

Quick and satisfying. The staff is friendly and the food is really affordable. It's nice to have an inexpensive option with plant based options in the area.

This is my favorite Boustan in the city, I always take the beef Platter, the meat is juicy and perfectly seasoned, fresh salads and the people at the counter are always kind and happy.
Love the fact that is open until midnight.

Boustan Queen Mary is a great place to enjoy some tasty Lebanese cuisine. The staff is very friendly, polite, and helpful, also the premises is bright and extremely clean. My wife and I recently ordered for takeout the Beef Shawarma Plate which included rice, potatoes, coleslaw, and two sauces and the Healthy Plate which had marinated chicken and a choice of yummy salads. Both dishes were truly delicious and the portions were very generous. I will definitely be returning to Boustan for more appetizing Lebanese cooking.

Always super fresh, fast, clean restaurant, pleasant staff. Best Boustan in the city in my opinion. Gave 4 instead of 5 stars because I had to pay extra for spinach and cauliflower.

Consistently top quality. I’ve enjoyed coming to this location for the taste, the portions and the lovely, hard-working staff. You won’t be disappointed here.

Paid 5 dollars for extra chicken and got the same amount I would have gotten at other boustan restaurants. If I wasn't starved and exhausted I would go back and request a refund. Never going back here again. If you're reading this, go to the one on jean talon. The food is MUCH better and the portions are much bigger.

A few things went wrong on this particular visit. I will consider giving a better review if I ever go back.

Let me start by saying the food is at worst below average and at best great Lebanese. My problem is with the portion size and the prices you guys charge- 10 dollars for a saj kafta sandwich and it's the size of a tiny burrito? Same witu chicken shawarma sandwiches. The portions used to be twice as big. I get there's a pandemic and times are tough but that's just plain dishonest. Your food quality has gone on certain dishes from an authentic Lebanese experience to dubious. My chicken sandwich, tiny as it was, smelled really bad (and I grew up eating those) I had to toss it. I've never had that experience with any other Lebanese restaurant.

I will not support this chain again.

Probably the BEST Boustan I've had in Montréal! The chicken pita and the mix plate were very good: super generous on the sauce, chicken and meat were tender and fresh. Would highly recommend it!

I went in to pick up a quick sandwich. After waiting awhile I asked if that was my sandwich that had been sitting out for 10 minutes. The head ridiculous server tells me they are tired and don't deserve attitude. Sorry but you being tired is no excuse for me getting cold food and talking back when you screw up is attitude in itself. In the end I got a nice warm sandwich I did not order and a poor other customer got my cold food! Couldnt get the two orders they had right. Worst service ever and the cranky employee should take a nap.

Just received my order 20 minutes ago. My husband specifically requested NO HUMMUS for both platters. And guess what? Half hummus half garlic sauce in BOTH platters. Disgusting! Next time listen to the orders.

By far one of the best Boustan I went to. Leo was really friendly when I went to order and prepared it really fast. The food was BOMB and he blessed me too so shout to him. Highly recommended if you near the area!

Rude behaviour. They don’t put things in the order and say “ do whatever you can do”. Pathetic service.

Nouvelle succursale de Boustan depuis mars 2021. Les employés sont efficaces et sympathiques et la nourriture est excellente, comme dans les autres Boustan d’ailleurs. L’intérieur est moderne et les repas sont très abordables. Je suis maintenant un client régulier!

1st of all I've tried few Boustan's surrounding the area but trust me, this is the best one so far. Amazing quality of food, super well prepared & served with a smile. Owners & employees were easy to get into a small conversation while I was waiting for my meal, plus my gf enjoyed the freshness of the interior. Really clean & professional. Hands down, it's the best Shawarma spot!

Wow! This was by far the best Boustan sandwich I have ever had. Super fresh, really tasty, and not too greasy. Perfect sandwich, definitely will be ordering again.

I've tried other Boustan before but wasn't satisfied by the food. One day a friend told me that specifically this Boustan was worth to give it a shot again. As his recommendation, the food was simply delicious and delightful. Their meat is freshly cut (that is what makes it exceptional and the sauce is undescriptive. Definitively worth to give it shot, but careful, you might get hooked on this food forever ;)

WOW! J'ai adoré. Superbe et très professionnelle, ce qui est très rare dans ce genre de fast-food. Si vous y allez, je vous conseille l'assiette mixte qui contient un peu de tout.

Je vient tout juste de me prendre un pita au poulet et je me rappelle pas d avoir manger un pita si bon que ca. WOW vraiment exceptionel et les jeunehommes sont vraiment acceuillant. Quelque chose qu on de voit pas souvent dans un resto fast food. Merci 1000x je reviendrai.

Service incroyable. Je cherchais un endroit pour manger et j'ai vu le restaurant Boustan. Le restaurant vient d'ouvrir, tout a l'air moderne et neuf. Le personnel est sympathique, accueillant et très généreux dans leurs portions. Je suis très satisfaite par leur service. Le prix est également très abordable! Je recommande cet endroit.
