Bring old owners back.this location has gone extremely downhill.from the chicken quality, portions and service.

C’est le seul bon restaurant ouvert tard le soir dans le secteur Vaudreuil. Surtout, le service est excellent!

Old management was excellent and food was consistent in quality every order. We ordered often.

Last order was completely different and we received two bowls which were nearly entirely rice. I looked online and see others commenting on management having changed.

With two creations our total was $85. The cost of the bowls would have been $1-$2.

I have been a Boustan faithful going back to the Crescent location for over 15 years. Was happy to see a Boustan when i moved to Vaudreuil a few years ago. That has all changed with new owners/administration. Prices are too high now and quality has gone downhill. Ordered a chicken and a beef pita yesterday and came home with 2 pitas full of coleslaw and almost no meat. Paying more and getting less is not a good recipe for success. This is not this first time this happens since new owners took over. Won't be going back with other options in the area.

An easy 5 star. I was impressed by the high quality of the food and service here. The shawarma chicken was fresh and flavourful and the potatoes were my favourite! The service was welcoming and the setting was very clean. One of the best Boustan’s I’ve been to. Can’t wait to come back!

Love the look of their new menus, way easier to order and clear options.

Quality is consistent, however this location is a little sloppy with cross contaminating their meats, they don’t use separate tongs/tools so heads up.

Boustan is one of my favourite chains. I’ve been to many locations and this Vaudreuil location is definitely the best one. Always super organized, well managed and the food is fresh/clean!

Frais et délicieux. Leurs brochettes vegan sont incroyables, à s’en méprendre pour de la viande.

This was an amazing establishment very well run and great customer service! Definitely be coming here soon.

Just recently tried Boustan and food was very good. The portions were generous, and the service was fantastic. Would definitely come back again.

Food, service and atmosphere is wonderful. My family and I eat here at least once a week and always walk away satisfied. Lately we enjoy buying their chicken in a 1 kilo - nice quick dinner with a salad and leaves leftovers for a delicious lunch. They go above and beyond to take care of you - a happy loyal customer.

This is the best boustan ive been to. Excellent service and delicious food. Always fresh. Portions are way better than any other franchise. I always choose to drive to this place even though theres a boustan walking distance from my house. Definitely recommend!

Giving 4 stars for having to deal with their awful neighboring business across the lot Scotiabank, who tells their customers to go across the street to Boustan when asked to use the bathroom. Soctiabank's own customers. Waiting there for an appointment. They imply that in order to use a bathroom to go across the lot to Boustan. Hint: Boustan doesn't allow this and why should they have to field Scotiabank's customers who need the bathroom? Scotiabank pawns off their customer's to Boustan. Boustan should give them hell. Rightfully so. See my 1 star review for their neighbor Scotia. Despite the unfairness, my partner was told he couldn't use their bathroom, which would have been very helpful, as he has a disability (UC) that depends on access to the bathroom, and the only reason I can't give a full 5 stars (it would have been kind). But ultimately blame Scotia. They are the ones who made it sound like going to Boustan was the answer to his request for using the bathroom.

Boustan use to be my best food choice, but today Got the two chicken bowl, chicken is very very dry and small pieces, throw half of bowl in garbage /not the good quality, service is a joke. Not gonna go back again,

Most important is no employees are wear hat or hair net? Touching the food without gloves then touch everywhere (wall / tablet / cloth / phone)

I Was impressed with Boustan. The staff were polite and seemed happy to serve you. The food was very good and I bought different wraps for a few friends who also liked the food. I'd much rather get a chicken or falafel wrap with small homestyle sides from here than from the large fast food franchises out there.

That was the worst beef shawarma I've had in my life. Worst boustan in Quebec. They leave the meat already cut up sitting there all day. The entire sandwich was cold and unflavorfull. Very disappointing.

I forgot my handbag after a great meal at Boustan Vaudreuil. They were waiting for me to come back to pick it up, as soon as I open the door they had a reassured expression on their faces. What a great duo! There is still honest people out there, thanks Johanne

Went there on sat for 2 wraps, the tall guy making them is acting like he is doing me favor, on top of that, wraps were put on grill for less then 5 second each side then wrapped up, wasnt even toasted/crispy like it usually is and it tasted no way near what it usualyl does.if quality isnt maintained, shwarmaz which is down the street will soon take all boustan customers.

Used to love this place and was an extremely loyal customer ordering all the time with Ubereats. We decided to go in today for our order and received the absolute worst customer service that my wife and I have ever experienced. All employees were rude and actually agressive, throwing the food.

Will not be returning, takes years to build a customer base, and only seconds to destroy it.

This two star is for food. I love falafel wrap and garlic potatoes. But now ill not go at this location anymore. The guy who made my wrap he touch pita without gloves and then he was waiting for falafel to heat up mean time he is using phone and then he didn't sanitize or wash his hand before he make my wrap. Not hygienic at all. Employees do not welcoming any customers. At the counter girl wasnt happy even though i gave 2$ tip no merci nothing. Horrible service.

Fantastic owners and employees! They let us move all the tables around to fit out big group of 22 people. Very fast workers, we all got our food in a timely manner. Definitely recommend

Advised very little hummus, garlic and hot sauce. And the guy puts anything but little… shwarma was soggy. Smh. Little dosent mean put the normal amount. Ruined my dinner…. Threw out both wraps.

Best Lebanese fast food around! Great staff and delicious food. Ordering online and picking up is a huge time saver as the place can get busy.

Definetly not the best boustan i have tried, the food is ok, apart from serving very small portions, the customer service is aweful, everytime i try them i end up having bad service.

Very bad experience, i ordered beef pitas the bread was too crispy, took a bite of the sandwich and all the pita fell apart worst experience never experienced this issue elsewhere.will never go back

Food is good but depending on who is there to serve you! As if there 2 managers when the good one is there the portion is normal and the amount of sauce is fair.when the other one takes charge its another story he tried to cut corners wherever he can and when you do ask for what you usually gets for your money he says extra extra lol anyway Portion not always the same and double check yr order all the time.but food is decent

Ordered by phone for pick up, wasn’t ready when I arrived, besides being unfriendly they forgot to put the garlic sauce in one of our orders! Won’t go back for a good while.

Bought a chicken shawarma, chicken bochette platter, and kafta kebab platter today.

All the food was burnt (including the pita bread). This was the worst experience of my life. Didn’t expect such low quality from these guys. Not going to order from here ever again! I don’t recommend anyone this place at all.

This branch is pretty nice compared to other Boustan locations.fast service and closing shift guy is generous and add extra onions or turnips when i asked without being rude or stingy about it.also, they wear gloves yey during pandemic that’s a must.not like the amir on the other side where they prepare food without any gloves even after answering the phone.

The beef brochette are terrible. The meat is hard, can't eat it. I always ask for medium rare and still the meat is hard. Not going back.

I'd like the people running this place to try and eat these kebabs they charged us for. I ordered three different items and they were all burnt. This is not the first time this has happened either - the last time I let it go as a one-off but this is pushing it too far. Not recommending this place to anyone - nor going here again.

Best fast food in the Vaudreuil area.
Have visited multiple times and apart from one mistaken order with another client's plate I have never been disappointed. Very pleased with plates size and meats are always cooked just right. Keep it up, have been recommending you to everyone I know.

This place is very clean and the staff is very nice. I had asked for hot peppers in my sandwich and they did not have that day, however they took the time to write a note with my order to apologize.

Food is always fresh and a great value.

Excellent service each time I go! I just wish the cashier who is handling money would wash her hands or sanitize more often since she is also handing food.

We enjoy the food here. The chicken shawarma is phenomenal but we've had a few meals with dry beef. We always stick to the chicken platters now and haven't been disappointed since. The portions are great and we're often left with some leftovers.
The employees are also nice and work very quickly. Overall a good experience ordering/picking up from here.

I had bad experience twice.
Orders are not complete

1st time I ordered a beef shawarma plate and I got a very little quantity of meat on the plate.
In comparison with similar
2nd time was today, I ordered a plate all dressed with extra pickles.
I got no tomatoes no pickles.
Service was good and fast though.

I've been there multiple times since it opened. The service was always good, smiling employees and simply a good atmosphere. The food is always good and fresh.

I always order from amir.but this time my friend told me to try bostan.sorry guys but amir is much better at least they have chiken nbr 1 and good quantity and the price more expensive then amir never again

Ordered today and was really not impressed. The food was dry and overly sweet - tasted nothing like the usual chicken shawarma. The chicken was dark grey and looked like hamburger. Such a waste.

Always good always fresh and great service. Much better than any other Boustan.

I dont know why this place gets such great reviews. Amir is way better. The chicken here is greasy and lots of grissle. The garlic sauce isn't good at all. The potatoes were ok, the salad part was gross and they don't give you pita with your shish touk platter. Or at least they gave me none. Will not be back. I gave it 2 stars because it was edible, just not good.

One of the best places that offer Mediterranean cuisine. I've been to several Lebanese restaurants, but this particular Boustan has its way of standing out from other places. The food is always fresh and tasty, the prices are affordable, the employees are warm and very welcoming and lastly the place is clean and illuminated, which provides customers with a good atmosphere. This place undoubtedly works in its favor. I really enjoyed my experience.

Finally a good place to eat in Vaudreuil. I normally don't write reviews for fast food. However this place stands out. It is clean, friendly service, and much better than the other middle eastern restaurants out there, I've had the mix plate, shishtaouk pita soooo tasty and juicy! For those that love salads you won't be disappointed with the variety of salads, try out the mango salad so refreshing!
