Absolutely beautiful store, they have lots of small and minimal sculptures and toys. If you’re a fan of the little prince, this is a great store for it. They have lots of postal cards, bags, music boxes and so much more beautiful stuff.

Adorable store! A good selection of Funko Pops and Loungefly items. Reasonably priced. A great assortment of other collections like le petit prince and Russian nesting dolls. A hidden gem in old Québec.

A great store and fabulous customer service. Great selections of figurines, puzzles, dishes, cars, and other collectibles of the famous Belgian Comic Book Tintin. Bought some Tintin figurines online which was great. Prices were reasonable as well. I liked the online web design a lot. The store owner, "Monique" was so generous, helpful, and kind. I recommend this store to everyone. Thank you, Monique.

Magnifique boutique où vous trouverez assurément des idées cadeaux pour petits et grands! Les employés sont hyper gentils, et ils acceptent même les chiens!

Mon garçon a prit sont courage a deux mains pour aller voir un objet prêt de la vitrine, il la fais tomber sur le coter en cherchant le prix. Mon fils est sortie toute triste sans rien dire, plus tard il ma dit quil c étais fait chicaner par la dame et qu' il était très mal a l aise et triste. Pourtant on voulais acheter mais never again.

I was really excited to bring my girls here to find a unique and lovely toy on our trip away. Unfortunately the store really isn’t set up for kids to be able to experience the amazing toys on offer. The nesting dolls are gorgeous, but so easy to knock off it’s terrifying, and many of the displays are fragile and at kid level. Also there was poor management of the Covid restrictions as my husband waited outside for capacity after being asked to, and subsequently more people were let in while he waited outside.

All in all I really really really wanted to love this store (I am a HUGE Tintin fan) and it has great potential, but I left feeling really let down by this experience.

Une petite boutique contenant de merveilleux produits, mais où on m’a aussi offert l’un des pires services à vie. J’aime découvrir des nouveaux endroits spécialisés en objets à collectionner, mais celle-ci va se limiter à une seule et unique visite pour ma part.

J'ai découvert cette boutique il y a deux ans et j'ai eu un gros coup de coeur pour celle-ci. Belle séries de poupées russes, des figurines et objets Tintin, Astérix et autres aussi, une belle diversité d'articles en tout genre, une boutique propre, bien décorée, invitante et du personnel gentil, je recommande d'aller y faire un tour, j'y vais parfois et j'achète)

J'ai découvert ce magasin cette semaine! J'ai commandé en ligne le 8 décembre et j'ai reçu ma commande en parfait état le 10 décembre:) Très bonne première impression de ce magasin. Je n"hésiterai pas à recommander.

Service pitoyable, ma fille à pris sont courage à deux mains et à demandé si un article était disponible en magasin. Elle est sortie en pleurant, le coeur gros. La dame lui a répondu d'une façon innacceptable, très très bête et un gros NON.

I bought 2 Matryoshka dolls from this business online. I was able to get free shipping and they were sent from Quebec to Calgary. One of the dolls had a sizable hole at the bottom. I contacted the owner Monique right away. She tried to persuade me this doll was fine; then she offered me a discount on it. She also said I could return it if I wanted. I asked for a shipping label and she directed me to send the doll C. O. D. Well, I haven't been impressed with the treatment I received since. Via email, I was reprimanded about how she had to now pick up the doll from the post office, how she had to pay a couple of extra dollars for shipping as I had recycled the original box and the package was slightly bigger, which I understood. To make a long story short to my harrowing experience, she did not refund me the expected full cost of my doll, instead opting to charge me shipping for 2 dolls separately. She also did not include gst return for my item. I lost money dealing with Brin de Folie and don't seem to have other recourse to resolving the matter. The principle of the matter is that the store owner did not bother to check and sent me a defective product in the first place, and I shouldn't have had to worry about getting a replacement or a full refund.feeling very disheartened.

Brin de Folie - Thank you for your comment to my post. I feel one must be clear and act with integrity. I do not feel happy and am sorry about the situation. The first 2 refunds were given back to me as you allowed me to get free shipping with a $75 plus purchase. The third refund was the one with deductions where you also did not add in the gst for my returned item. I feel you have not acted in good faith.
