J'étais dans une mission de m'acheter des bottine longue.
La vendeuse Chenalle-Lee m'a donnée un service 5 étoiles ️ elle n'a jamais abandonnée jusqu'à tant que je trouve la bonne paire! Et on a enfin trouver! Elle a faite ma journée merci beaucoup! Belle ambiance! Super belle bottes en amour!

I had a little problem but the manager was à diamonds! She really took care of my situation and been there for me! Thank you girl

Terrible customer service and customer experience. My boots broke in the middle of the sole and they can't do anything cause the photos and the credit card statement is not enough to show that you bought the boots you have. Have that in mind before buying anything with them.

I’ve bought shoes here before and they’ve been of great quality. However, the service is a hit and miss. I had to return shoes and the tall girl with tattoos was sympathetic and gave clear instructions for calling the help line. The black girl was helpful as well. When I came back another day to process the return, the cashier (short Asian girl) was rude and dismissive, not just to me, but to the other people in line too. Despite getting $50 back, I left feeling disgusted. These kinds of people should never be working customer service. Love the brand, but will be avoiding this store. 2 stars are for the 2 girls that were helpful.

I came to pick up an online order and it was not fitting, they ordered the same size! You guys made a mistake in my order! Why is nobody answering the phone? It's been 10times I'm calling and nobody's answering!

Horrible service. The manager was so arrogant and straight up rude. Never shopping there again.

Nous étions près de 10 personnes et elles étaient que deux pour nous répondre. Bravo à ses deux jeunes femmes qui ont fait preuve d'un incroyable service à la clientèle. J'ai acheté ses bottes pour seulement 30$!
