I thought I found my favourite store to shop for high quality and beautiful jackets such as Mackage until I got the recent one, which was defective. Once the staff (Lori) knew it was defective. He would not accept any exchange or refunds. It's not easy to get resolved by the customer care department from Mackage either. You can wait for months and months and no responses. I had to say bye to this store forever. They have lost a big shopper like me.

Ordered a shoe book Nov 27,2023 online with conformation. Emailed them Dec 12,2023 and got reply saying they are very sorry that they could not fulfill order. I had to contact them for the bad news or they probably would not have contacted me.

"30-DAY REFUND" POLICY is not a true refund
They keep the money and give you a credit, but they do not disclose this policy even when asked. SO BE VERY CARFULL, YOU DO NOT GET A REFUND DESPITE WHAT IS WRITTEN ON THE WEBSITE AND SAIS BY THE CASHIER.

I don’t know how is offline store operating, but online experience is awful. They are using some sort of the cheap, low quality delivery and courrier services, which I had my worst experience with.

Boutique itself is not helpful at all, did not reply to my last email. There is no customer service number, you can only contact them by email, which they are not answering to.

Save yourself some nerves and do not buy here.

Première fois chez TAG.

Je me suis procuré un leather jacket Parajumpers Alf avec 30% d'escompte et le jour suivant ce même jacket est venu à rabais à 40%.
J'ai communiqué avec le personnel sur place et on m'a donné le choix entre une note de crédit ou un remboursement pour la différence de 10%.

Bought Uggs on their site and they claim to have a price match guarantee however they did not honor this and when I received the item it was $50 more than the sticker on the box. They told me to return for a full refund but then I would have to pay for shipping so it wasn’t worth it. Would not shop here again! They are a third party reseller and I noticed the uggs are now $100 more than the sticker price.

Sales people are super helpful and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this store if you're looking for a designer coat. Their stuff is gorgeous!

Reviews were kind of all over the place for this website so I was a little apprehensive about placing an order. It’s a Canadian site and I am in southern US. All I can tell you is that my order was placed on line and arrived within two days with no tax or shipping. And the order was at a considerable savings from any other site that I researched. Pretty amazing really!

I recently purchased a SAM Jacket from the store and it turns out not a satisfied experience. Before sale service was fast and you could get response very quick and once you finalized the payment, the respond took several days. The jacket I purchased was the last piece and I was told it was a return piece but never tried by other customers and it was rejected and returned to store and I made the purchase based on what I was told since due to Covid-19, I really don't want to risk purchasing a tried and returned piece. The staff firmly told me it wasn't tried and parcel wasn't open even. However, when I got the jacket it was obviously tried by others and left strong perfume on the clothes. The store denied and firmly suggesting it wasn't a tried and returned piece but can't provide any proof. Disappointed with untruthful response.

I've purchased two jackets from Boutique Tag and I will continue to do so. Both times my experience was easy and the response via email was always prompt. They have really good selection of good brands, fast shipping, and easy returns/exchange. I did a exchange for a different size and I was pleasantly surprised how fast and easy it was. Bought 4 parkas/jackets from Boutique Tag (all online) this year and my impressions are that they are a great company overall. The prices during their sales were the best I could find anywhere, and shipping was not just free but very fast from Montreal to my Toronto home. Customer service response times were hit or miss (sometimes taking 2-3 days for a reply and others within minutes), and I found out correspondence with them through Facebook was a lot faster than email.

Their 5% flat tax compared to typical 13% Ontario HST is a nice perk as well, especially when you're spending quite a bit to buy some of their more expensive jackets. One annoying thing was when I purchased a MK parka that dropped by more than $100 in price just days after I bought it, but they did credit me the difference with store credit and I had already got it on sale in that instance so I was satisfied.

I also had an issue with a coat I had purchased as the lining on one of the pockets wasn't sewn to the rest of the coat (due to a manufacturer's defect that was at no fault of their own), and they promptly sent me a shipping label to send it back to them for replacement which I give them big props for. With minor caveats, I would overall say Boutique Tag's value proposition can't be beat and I'll probably only be buying any future winter jackets from them.

I have been shopping in this store for almost 8 years now. The staff are very warm and friendly. They take time to make sure you spend every dollar of your money on something that fits you well and you love.
They have amazing collection of unique products, very well chosen.

Got two Nobis parkas from here. Had a issue with the sizing for one of them, and Avery was very responsible and helpful in the exchange process. Shipping is super fast too! I can see myself shopping here every year! Thank you!

This review is based on my personal experiences after multiple purchases throughout the past 3 years

I made a purchase in March for a Moose Knuckle for $522 after tax and paid with $422 Credit Card and $100 on a Gift Card (GC). They had a new sale in April for Nobis in which I decided to “exchange” my MK for the Nobis and pay the difference out of pocket via Credit Card. The Nobis went on sale for $680 after tax. Prior to making the purchase, I contacted customer service via email and spoke with Avery. I advised that if I returned my MK sale jacket and receive a store credit to buy the Nobis jacket, the Nobis would probably be sold out because it was 50% off. I offered to buy the Nobis now for $680 with my Credit Card and then receive my $522 MK jacket refund in full to my credit card afterwards. The difference here would’ve been an extra $160 out of pocket. The alternative here would have been to return my MK jacket first for a $522 store credit and then buy the $680 Nobis jacket using the full $522 store credit, which would still result in $160 being paid out of pocket. The difference is if I did the latter, the Nobis would’ve probably sold out.

Avery confirmed via email that she would “do this for me” (See attached screenshot). I also spoke to Lior, who I asked if I would get credited the full $522 back onto my Credit Card and he states “correct, back to your original method of payment”. I then explained my concerns about potentially getting store credit and he confirms the total to refund is $522.38. (See attached screenshot). This sounds to me like they would refund me in full ($522) to my credit card however on the day the refund was processed, they only refunded me $422 and stated the $100 couldn’t be refunded to my card as it was not an original payment. All this even after two people from the company confirmed twice that I would get the $522/full amount back onto my Credit Card

They also don’t respond to emails within 3 hours as their website claims. I emailed them in regards to this issue on May 1 and I did not receive a response until May 6. I responded to their email on May 6 and did not receive a response until May 8 AFTER I sent a follow up email on May 8.

As they didn’t want to refund me the $100 to my PayPal, I thought I’d use my $100 GC for something around $100 on their site as I didn’t intend to make anymore future purchases with them. After placing the order on May 5, Lior emailed me on May 6 and asked me if I wanted to keep this order. I advised that if they don’t plan to refund me the $100 to my PayPal as previously agreed upon, then I do want to keep the order, but he can cancel the order if he plans to refund me $100 to my PayPal. He finally responds on May 8 and doesn’t address the issue of refunding me the $100 to my PayPal and proceeds to tell me that the item I ordered is now on backorder so he cancelled the order. This is very suspicious, considering just 2 days ago he asked if I wanted to keep the order (Any regular person here would assume that means they have the item in stock). If it was really out of stock now, it would’ve been out of stock 2 days ago when he emailed me and he wouldn’t have asked if I wanted to keep the order. He would have told me on May 6 that it was out of stock (Since they claim they ship new orders daily) rather than wait until May 8 to tell me it was “on backorder”. This was just a blatant lie to not honour my $100 credit on the gift card. Absolute robbery at this point.

This review is just a warning to others based on my personal experiences. They will be nice and respond swiftly when you are looking to purchase something but if you are inquiring about an issue and expect a swift response and good customer service, good luck. If they ever give you store credit/refunds on a gift card, good luck using that credit as you run the risk of having your order cancelled due to the “item being out of stock. ”

If this is how they treat returning customers, I can’t imagine how they treat brand new customers. Buyer Beware.

Wow! What can I say? You can find amazing deals on their website. They shipped my order the same day at their expense and received it 2 days after. It was very well packaged and I really love that they provided a garment bag. Overall my experience was wonderful. Can't wait 'til my next transaction with this beautiful company. Keep it up.:)

Do not buy from here!
Ordered 2 pair of Ugg boots from this store in February! Boots were shipped out but not to my address! Contacted them and they told me that it seems fraudulent and told me to deal with my bank! Called Canada Post and they even told me the store made a claim and received a payment for the items!

The place to shop for name brand with better pricing. Why shop directly from brand name official website when you can get them here for more reasonable price? Their customer service is great too. My order were out of stock they emailed right away and offer me other choices.

This is my first purchase at this website. I found the coat I just bought is sold at more discount. I sent the customer service a few emails trying to get the price adjustment but didn't get any reply from them. I tried to chat online with the customer service about the price adjustment but I just got an automatic reply saying that they're busy and cannot reply me now. I waited and then I got a reply saying that if I want to purchase something they are happy to help me. I asked if I can just get the price adjustment and they just sent me an automatic replay again saying they're busy. I'm very disappointed and I will never purchase from this website again!

I contacted the customer service for more questions the matching price from other store onlines. There are a few agents I was chatting on live chat. They gave me different amounts I was confused so I paid fully I also asked for exchange or full refund and the jacket was shipped out to me. I saw the boxing day promotion I had sent a few emails and nothing to hear so I went to live chat in regards of promotion I requested for. They made vague so I asked to contact me back because I wanted to return it and get money back. They said only store credit and exchange. I have been waiting to hear back from them for 2 weeks. They definitely ignored my emails. I went to bank for dispute to get my money back. A month 2 weeks later they sent me the unprofessional email suddenly bec of money was returned to me. They called me fraud. Wow. They ignored my emails too long which I was completely feeling ripped off as they stole my money. I was not happy with customer services and some people are not honest. I was afraid what kind of employees are in this business. The business is closing up if they have showed a unprofessionally job and behavior theft the customers money. They treated me so rude. I will report to.

I spent weeks picking out a specific coat (a Canadian brand), only to be told that the company wouldn't ship outside Canada or the continental US. On a whim, I decided to give it one last try and found the exact coat on Boutique TAG, in my size. It was also less than half of the cost of the brand's website. I thought it was too good to be true, but lo and behold, it arrived on my doorstep 30 minutes ago (two days after getting a shipping notification), and it's perfect. I had an incredibly positive experience with Boutique TAG and would not hesitate to use them again!

I just want to say that boutique Tag really deserves each good review that has previously been written. Excellent customer service, prices and if you need someone to help you find the best coat for you, do not hesitate to rely on the team (rue Ste Catherine, Montréal). They know their products and have a great taste. I've never been disappointed. Thank you boutique Tag!

Great experience!

Went in during a sale, they showed me different coats and I chose the one I wanted.

They didn't have the exact one in stock, so they gave me the discount that they had in store, and shipped it to the US for me within 3 days!

Brilliant website. Ordered a moose knuckles jacket and got it sent to England. No problem with anything, it arrived within 3 days. Had to pay taxes and fees but was definitely worth it as they weren’t to much. The customer service is out of this world, the best I have ever had with really quick responses and helpful. The jacket was also legit and the best quality. It was on a hanger and a garment bag with it. I will definitely be buying more things from here. If you need a website with cheap designer clothes and want guaranteed authenticity this is the website for you! No problem shipping to the uk with updates every step of the way!
