Super Result! Ops Director Keven was quick to respond to our query and recommend a treatment system that would resolve our concerns - based on provided aesthetic analysis. He defined our problem and proposed a system within hours.

Turnaround time was short. From the moment we agreed to the system to installation was ~1 week. Installers Eric and Karl arrived as promised, were very professional, installed the equipment - taking into consideration our needs - tested and explained how to operate it. Virtually no intervention required on our part other than to confirm the systems auto features are functioning as designed.

We did go out for competitive quotes and found recommendations that provided complicated chemical addition systems or softeners for significantly more $$. These typically required bulk material handling and/or storage.
Boyer et fils support their recommendation and are ready to assist when/where needed. No maintenance contract is suggested or required. There will be a need to augment pH adjusting material in the future, but the frequency is expected to be low - based on our water consumption.

We went from rust stained fixtures and metallic tasting water to clear, clean, refreshing water from the tap, that no longer threatens our appliances and can be consumed directly…. Could not be happier!

Excellente expérience chaque fois que je fais affaire avec Boyer et fils. Personnel extrêmement gentil, courtois, professionnel et compétent. Service rapide et efficace. Chaque fois que j'ai eu besoin, ils sont venus le jour même et ont réglé mon problème. Ils font très attention pour ne pas salir les planchers dans la maison. Je les recommande chaudement.

Great and prompt quality service. Charles was ready to help me with process of my application of permit by examining my soil test report also a rapid soumission. The waiting line is till next year that shows how good they are.
