Came here with my daughter. It was like a scene from midsommar. Im pretty sure my daughter joined this radical church//cult. 5/5 they gave me free pins.

Service terrible attention seulement 2 semaines pour échanger! Donc si on fait un cadeau d’avance impossible de changer, malgré le coût. Très dommage. Le personnel a besoin d’une bonne formation pour moins d’arrogance et dédain envers les clients. A part ça design simple sans logo, un peu cher mais mignon.

One of the employee’s had one of the worst attitude I have ever seen in customer service, she kept rolling her eyes at everyone, including me and when people where passing by her or when someone asked her a question. She also spoke to me in a very condescending way, when I asked where I needed to put the clothes that didn’t fit me. She should be fired she’s rude and disrespectful.

Les vêtements sont jolis mais trop chers. Contrairement à certains, je trouve que le service est acceptable mais c’est vrai qu’il arrive que les vendeuses soient "rude" ou qu’elles jugent les clients. Elle parlent même des fois dans le dos des clients. Ça ne m’est personnellement jamais arrivé est c’est donc pour cette raison que je note cette boutique 3 étoile.

QUEL MANQUE DE RESPECT. En arrivant à la caisse, l'employée ne semblait nullement contente de travailler pour l'entreprise. Le service était médiocre. Aucune formule de politesse de sa part. Snobisme et condescendance sont les valeurs de ce magasin. Non-respect du fait français. Les employés s'adressent uniquement en anglais au premier contact, même si je m'exprimais d'abord en français.

Dont know why people are hating.place is beautiful and workers are very kind! Usually very organized too?

Il y a tellement de beaux habits c'est incroyable! J'achète mes habits là bas. Tout le monde me reconnais!

Staff are rude and one girl at the cashier yesterday was sniffing, coughing, and sneezing a lot, and seemed like she was sick. Shocked a manger would let her come to work in that condition and she wasn’t even wearing a mask, just sneezing all over the place.

Me and my friend were shopping and we notice 2 workers following us.we were trying to buy items but these workers wouldnt stop following us.it was very disturbing and i was very scared.please stop following people because we are immigrants.i am very disappointed and i expected better from you.

I was being followed the whole time, they though we were stealing for no reason i spoke in another language and they made assumptions about us that we’re gonna steal. I am sick of the stereotypes about immigrant people! Never coming here again.

Worst employees ever.there was this girl who gave me an up and down look for asking if there was another colour for the item i wanted and she was trying on clothes instead of doing her job in the dressing room.

Dommage qu'il n'y ait que des tailles uniques, et très petites!

Le pire service à la clientèle que j’ai reçu. La vendeuse a la salle d’essaye ne m’a même pas adressée la parole et elle continue à parler avec sa collègue. Les employées ne font que parler. Aucun bonjour, bonne journée… A la caisse la caissière me fait de l’attitude car je demande le prix. Bref je ne recommande vraiment pas ce magasin.

Selection of clothing the past seasons has been a bit bland and dull, I prefer the drops from 2020-2021 but nothing the sales reps can do about that.
Customer service inexistant though, which is a plus I guess if you like to be left alone while shopping.

Les vendeuses sont simplement détestables, peut être est il temps d’en virer quelques unes, rarement vu un niveau aussi bas de savoir vivre.

The salesgirls are terrible, it might be time to fire some of them, rarely seen people with such a bad attitude.

Very bad experience for me. Was looking for my size and a worker came by me and asked me if I was okay, I replied and said I was just looking for my size. She had the audacity to tell me “I don’t think the pants would fit you”. Come on, are you serious. Also this place is just horrible because they only sell clothes for skinny girls. Workers are very unprofessional and rude, bunch of skinny white girls who use the store as their hangout spot.

A teen clothing store with incompetent white skinny teenagers' first-time retail job. The line was horribly long because they only let about 10 customers in during the pandemic. The girls that were "working" at the door weren't even doing their job; they kept socializing and eating instead of paying attention to how many customers were in and out. The fitting rooms are closed, yet people stayed well over 30 minutes while it is indicated at the window we're allowed up to 15 min. Tf is going on with this store? !? !? Edit (Jul 24) : They closed again since July 13 without any notice nor explanation. This place is rotten.

We arrived today but the store was boarded up and closed because of Covid No information was given on their website that it was closed.

This location is horrible. It seems so poorly managed compared to the other brandys and it looks more like a group of young girls hanging out than people who are supposedly working (friends first, customers second). So unprofessional and whoever was at the door was a mess. I waited in line for over an hour and was just as disappointed once I got in, the store was a disaster. The girl at the door told me I wouldn’t even get to go in due to what time they close but after arguing with her I was let in. Go to another location instead and don’t waste your time here.

I'm an older lady and went in to get something for my grand daughter. The young staff was very helpful and nice. No complaint.

Worst experience in a retail store ever! The employees are teenagers with sad unfriendly indifferent faces. We were in the store for well over 30 minutes and not once an employee made eye contact with us nor greeted us or asked if we needed help. And it was a quiet evening with a maximum of 8 customers! Even the employee at the changing room was just standing there for minutes on end.i didn’t even realize she was an employee.she was not working.she was just standing and waiting.
I even thought she was waiting for a friend.needless to say, I did her job and put the clothes we didn't want on the rack beside her and my daughter was the only one in the changing room and at one point was calling out for me. I was in the store a few meters away with my other daughter and the employee in the changing room did not come and get me or asked what she needed. And again.the store was quiet! We made a purchase and again treated in a very indifferent matter. She did not thank us! She mumbled “your welcome “! It truly ruined my evening especially being in Montreal on vacation. They need to hire other people than white crabby unthankful teenagers. I kept telling my daughters.when you get a job. You better never act like this! And why is the store a “one size fits all? !? ” Not very appropriate for teenager’s self confidence. The owner and manager need to do more training on basic customer service skills and perhaps hire other ethnicities.

Pour ma part, cette boutique m’a bien plu. Évidemment ce sont des vêtements one size pour les hauts qui ne font malheureusement pas à tous. Par contre l’ambiance de magasinage est agréable et rapide. Plusieurs trouvent les prix élevé pour la simplicité du vêtement mais si vous regardez bien, ce sont des vêtements fabriqué en Italie et non en chine comme la plupart des autres boutique. J’ai acheté une veste où ils on entoilé les coins de mes poches pour qu’elles se brisent moins facilement. Donc certes ce sont des prix élevé, mais ce n’est pas pour rien!

Decent clothing. Doesn’t compare to clothing variety and quality online. Employees are very disrespectful, judgemental and rude. Did not feel comfortable, it felt like i was a burden on all the employees. Got yelled at extremely loud by one of these employees for being in a change room with my TWIN by birth sister for not even 10 seconds. Given she wasn’t confident or comfortable coming out with these rude employees she wanted to show me in the change room. Never coming back. Very scaring and traumatic experience overall. (Toronto location is so much better)

My daughter loves it, but I detest this store. It caters to basic clone-girls afraid to make any statement with their wardrobe. Ideal location to drop $30 on an impossibly plain color thermal top that looks like an undershirt that got shrunk in the dryer. Their one size only concept is reprehensibly off-putting. Be size 4 and 5'3" to 5'6" or just don't even bother going in.

Les vêtements sont un peu chers, mais de très bonne qualité. Je mets deux étoiles because Worst staff ever. Je pensais qu’il y avait un groupe d’adolecente qui flânait pour finalement me rendre compte qu’il s’agissait du staff. La fille qui m’a servit au salles d’essayage fût la même qui m’a fait payé à la caisse. Gros air bête. Mais je pense qu’elle était juste écoeurée de tout faire toute seule alors qu’elles étaient environ 10 employés.

Cute store. Attractive to young girls. Whoever most of the clothes, if not all of them is one size. So if you not, short/medium height, slim to very slim, clothes won't fit you. My daughter ended up buying 2 shirts, but the experience was frustrating. I find it's ridiculous to have a store like this in this era. 2 stars for decoration, but that is it.

Pour ma part, je n'aime pas cette boutique. Mais, c'est très convoité par les adolescentes. Il y a toujours d'attente pour les cabines d'essages, pour payer à la caisse. Il y a aucun banc, siège pour patienter lors du magasinage de nos enfants. Dispendieux, mais bonne qualité.

J'ai adorée mon expérience! Trouver plus de 4 morceaux! J'y retournerai, parler anglais est un must avec les filles et en plus le one size c'est parfait, car tout te fait pas besoin de fouiller les grandeurs un beau style de saison et l'endroit par excellence pour les tops cet été. Il existe des magasins grandes tailles et puis enfin un magasin pour les petites tailles.it's the store i've been waiting for

I note that the Montreal store is closed as at January 2019 (for renovations.hmmmm.stire is boarded up and the sign has been removed). I have gift cards and do not know how to redeem them now. Would have been nice to be informed of the closure (for renovations.hmmmm) when I purchased my gift cards in December 2018!
