Brasserie Le Manoir Pointe-Claire

La nourriture est médiocre et l'ambiance correcte. Les serveuses nécessites pas à rendre les clients coupables s'ils ne donnent pas un bon pourboire malgré que le service était inexistant.

J'étais là pour la fête d'une amie et j'avais entendu des bons commentaires sur la place, mais on'a tous été déçu de l'endroit. On s'est tout de même amusée entre nous jusqu'à l'arrivée de la serveuse qui ma insulter et fait sentir coupable d'être pauvre.

But how as a Brasserie, do you run out of beer on tap? Stella? Nope? Three different beers asked for, supposedly on tap, were not available.

Brunch with friends; love this place, great terrace had the fish and chips, Greek salad very good, the breakfast with sausages, all delicious great service.

Canadians don't have intellectual capacity to offer one slice of white bread and one slice of brown bread.

Went for breakfast and it was amazing.
Classic breakfast standard. Eggs bennie very very good. Endless coffee.
Have been there multiple times for other meals over the years and it's a hit or miss.good beer. But for breakfast - I highly recommend as a non crowded option with the big open atmosphere. Also a nice terrasse if weather permits.

Met up with 20 people we have t seen for 40 years at a brasserie that we haven’t been to in 30 years. We had great food and FANTASTIC service from BODEN, our waiter. He was excellent and such a good sport because we kept changing seats. I would definitely recommend the new and improved Le Manoir!

J'ai mangé leur foie de veau, c'était excellent et cuit avec oignons, bacon et une bonne sauce.

Service was terrible and slow, I ordered doré with potato, it came with fries instead. I asked the waitress to change, she said "fries are made with potatos" (she thought I didnt know that fries are made with potato?), such a ridiculous answer. And, she kept arguing with me, said to them, potato means fries. She finally changed with discontent. If "to them", potato means fries, dhow come she could change to baked potato in 5 mins.she didn't wanted to change, just told me directly instead of giving me the ridiculous answer. Btw, the fish was tasteless.

The service was really good waitress was nice the atmosphere pretty quiet we went outside Teresas enjoyable I ordered a BLT and the portion unfortunately was a little small so it’s kind of disappointing with the food but I’ve been there other times and the food was fine so I think the price point is pretty decent

Only been for Breakfast it the Breakfast is great! Huge portions and good food for a good price. Never seems too busy whenever I go around 10ish in the morning.

If you every want to have a great tasting breakfast, come to Le Manoir, it was delicious! Quick and friendly service.

Honestly, horrible service and manager doesn't know how to run a business. Close at 12 rather than 1 which is what their sign says. Waiter told us we were better off buying a pitcher of beer at 11: 45 and started pressuring us to leave at 12, once he finally brought us our drinks. They clearly do not care about guests wellbeing and solely care about what they are leaving with in their pockets. Worst restaurant/bar service in a very long while. Not impressed and will not be returning.

One of my favorite Resto / Bar Sport in the West island. Alot of Screens all over the place and AMAZING Food!

Changed for the worse. I've been going here for years and it has been going downhill slowly since the pandemic. Last night was the worst. The lasagna changed and the sauce was cheap and they put pepperoni in it and green pepper. It made me sick later on. The service was terrible. The waiter never came back to remove our plates, ask if we wanted anything else and we had to ask for napkins and cutlery. We waited 45 minutes to get our check after asking for it! It was busy but not overly and there was a good amount of staff. I finally had to go tell the manager that we are going to leave without paying if we don't get our bill. I won't be going back unless it changes for the better. Oh yeah, one of the screens was out on the big TV on the wall too.

Friendly welcoming service both from the hostess and our waitress. Our friend was in a wheelchair and they arranged tables and chairs to accommodate her.very helpful! Food good although couldn't get a thin crust pizza but still tasty. Sat outside and very pleasant. Enjoy the pub ambience, will definitely go again!

Lots of T. V.too look at all 4 corners and Excellent service by "Kitty" Karen the waitress. Reasonably good prices.

Not very busy - waiter claimed it was- waiter extremely clueless how to do anything.forgot utensils so are my salad 1/2 b4 he brought a fork, never brought 2nd round of drinks, never asked if we wanted anything else- forgot to bring bill till we stood up ready to leave- only then did the owner bellow out” get there bill”
Owner needs to be replaced- he no longer cares
