Terrible Service, if you set up a delivery date online know that the date you set is an "estimate date" and really they will change the date to match their own convenience without calling or emailing you to notify. I had to delay moving into an apartment because the delivery of my bed was delayed without my knowledge which cost me several night of hotel bills and forces me to take a day off work instead of receiving my furniture on the weekend like I had planned over a month ago, I found out the night before the move was supposed to happen and only because I called them myself. I also had to reschedule several appointments and will now only be getting internet set up at the end of the month instead of when I move in. When I called to complain and ask for compensation they said there's nothing they can do because they just work there and there was no one else I could speak to. Absolutely pathetic, they don't care about their customers at all, will never be shopping with the brick again.

Joe B, the salesman to go see! I've been to the Brick many times in the past, but I must say that I've never come across as polite, courteous, knowledgeable, and personable of a salesman as Joe! We came to shop for a mattress, and Joe gave us wonderful suggestions! We gave him our budget, and he went above and beyond to find us the perfect mattress for us! In fact, although there were mattress listed at over 3000$, he still did a little more digging and found us a beautyrest black signature collection mattress at half of the listed price! More than just that, he did his level best to give us further discounts on pillows! All without hesitation, and with the greatest pleasure to help and serve his clients! Need I say more? Joe is definitely my number 1 pick at the Brick in Kirkland, and I'll definitely be returning to see him when I decide to buy more appliances and furniture!

I'm honestly blown away at Joe's personality. He's not trying to push a sale, he's understanding of your situation and is always looking to find what's right for you and as if he was in your shoes. Though he wears the title of a salesman, he approaches you and treats you as if you were a long time friend.

Joe B is #1 in my books! Highly highly recommended, I would give him 1000 stars if I could!

But don't bank on my review, why don't you go and see him for yourself? I'm sure you won't be disappointed!

Very poor service waiting time so long and when it finally comes it does not come in good condition When we went to get our money back or get something else instead of it then they talk about terms & conditions but before they won’t tell you about it.

I tried buying a dishwasher online for their store they took my money and told me it would be delivered on this day. The day came and no dishwasher i tried calling the store no answer on the 5th time they answered and transferred me back and forth to finally tell me the machine is not in stocks we will get it in 6 months. False advertising they don't even deserve one star. I don't remember anyone buying anything from the Brick they lie take your money and give you terrible service never again don't shop at the BRICK.

I bought a Samsung gas oven with an additional $500 insurance coverage. One of the knobs just broke and I called customer support. They told me I wasn't covered I told them they were mistaken. They didn't believe me and supposedly they dont keep copies of customers insurance policies. I asked them to please send me a copy of the invoice. They never did. I called back again to ask for a second time for the invoice, and again they did not send the invoice. They also gave me a fake number to call to retrieve my insurance policy.

I had to go in person to the store, where everything was taken care of in literally 2 minutes. The store gets 5 stars (the one in Kirkland) but the online customer service was horrendous! Hence the poor rating.

It was super unpleasant experience to me. I would give less stars if possible. I bought patio furniture on July 23, and I liked the vases which matched patio furniture well, so I asked to buy together. But the sales didn't inform me this patio sets also has other color which I prefer. Then I found online on my own then I request to change it, so the vases weren't matched anymore. Next couple days, I went to the store to return this vases within 7 days, but the customer service told me I couldn't return for all decorative stuff. I thought it didn't make any sense, then I insisted in showing the policy of 7 days return on Brick official website, the manager who is lack of empathy and finally mentioned this sells as As-is, which is a exception. This is unfair and misleading because the sales never told me this was final sale. I am a loyal customer of Brick and bought thousands of dollars products, which my record could be checked, but I experienced the issue of returning like $49 vases, which is ludicrous. I really really really disappointed and will never recommend this store and go back.

VERY POOR customer service, the team does NOT care about the clients’ feelings at all. One lady at the customer service counter, tall and big, raised her voice at me saying that “raising the voice makes no difference to me. ” She herself did what she does not like. I will NEVER come to this Brick again and will share my negative experience with the West Islanders.

When buying at this store, they obviously made ZERO mention that they have basically NO return or exchange policy like basically every other reasonable furniture store. We called the store after noticing our mattress (still sealed in the plastic bag) was a bit too large for our room; their response "too bad, so sad". Could we speak to a manager? "Nope". We were told to sleep on it for 21 days, after that they'd "consider" an exchange. Their delivery people also outright lied to us saying we had 48hrs to return it-clearly to get us to sign the delivery papers. I will never, ever even consider purchasing from the Brick again. Avoid this scam of a store at all costs.

Bought a double bed including footboard, headboard, and rails. Delivery person stated had 30 days to return if any issues. Opened boxes 3 days later and headboard was broken. Filed claim as recommended and received no response. Called after 14 days - was informed that they could do nothing about the broken headboard other than offer a credit representing ~1/3 of its cost. Also, would not consider return or refund on the other pieces - which are useless without the headboard. Salesperson Nicolas was good on original sale - but 0 stars on everything after they took my $. Extremely disappointed.

They were not able to get the bedspread into the house. So they left the rest of the bed and left. A couple of hours later, my father decided that it was useless to just have a partial bed and that therefore he was not gonna take anything. NOTHING HAD BEEN TOUCHED OR OPENED. Bricks refused to take back and reimburse. The manager said "it's against their policy to take back if something has been delivered. " Needless to say I was chocked and absolutely shocked! Beware of that sneaky and disgusting policy. I'll tell everyone about it. The manager said "he didn't care". Very professional indeed! Makes me wonder if he really is a hired manager or an arrogant owner.

Good selection of furniture, I think you get what you pay for in here in terms of quality, the cheap stuff is cheaply made, there doesn't appear to be any high end furniture, mode range furniture reasonable quality, but worth looking closely before you buy. Their sale is definitely good value with the half price offers, although I do wonder how if the pre sale prices are artificially high so 50% off look a little better than it really is if you compare to other retailers.

Had the great pleasure of dealing with Normand Chapdelaine at the Brick this week. Very nice person at first, easily would recommend any appliance, always positive about all of them. However, when he called to invite me to a VIP event, he was very rude. I told him that I only needed the appliances in a few months, and he said he could only reserve 1 week in advance. So, I said that I wasn't ready to make a purchase if he couldn't confirm that I would receive them on time and that I would be happy to come back at a later date when he could reserve them.

He told me, "you're gonna regret that decision, " like a slimy salesman. Honestly, I'm very sorry I can't contribute to your quota this month, sir. I can't believe how much pain I'm in because I DIDN'T give you a bunch of commission. When will I ever recover.

Don't go here.

My husband and I came in to purchase a modular sofa and king mattress. We were served by Adil Hitrane and couldn't be happier with the exceptional service he provided us with. He was honest, patient and answered all of our questions. He made sure we got the best mattress at the best deal. Also, a few days later, our modular sofa lowered in price and he made sure we were refunded the difference. If you plan on visiting The Brick in Kirkland, ask for Adil, you will not be disappointed. Le service après vente est à revoir! Tout d'abord, j'ai reçu le sofa, en morceaux, plusieurs des troux n'étaient pas percés. Ensuite, à la livraison, on me dit que je vais recevoir le kit de protection, par la poste, puis, finalement, je dois aller le chercher sur place. Rendu sur place, mon conjoint se fait demander d'aller voir le service à la clientele, le service lui demande d'aller dehors, pour finalement se rendre compte qu'il doit se rendre complètement à l'arrière du magasin. Rendu derrière, il sonne, attend 5 min, personne ne répond, il décide de quitter. En partant, quelqu'un lui ouvre, il ne semble pas savoir de quoi il parle, mais prend la feuille pour aller chercher le produit. Après 10 min d'attente à la pluie, mon coinjoint décide de quitter, puis finalement le gars sort avec le kit de protection, celui-ci est déjà ouvert.
Je ne recommande à personne, plus jamais on y retournera.

Bought a table and realized there was an obvious manufacturing defect (one of the leg of the table is not cut in the same way than the 3 other one.) we are dealing with very arrogant "customer support" in just trying to get our new table to have all 4 of its legs.so far we failed and they said it might be weeks until they can do anything about it.

I'm very disappointed in the way I was grated today. I came in knowing what I want And all the sales person were in a corner on a couch talking too each other. I approched them and asked for help they all looked at each other trying too figure out who's going too help me like if I was bothering them. One guy decided too come and I could feel like I was annoying him. I showed him the table that I saw online that wanted too purchase. No smile nothing he showed me and I said I want too purshase it. He ask for my information wich was fine and I payed as soon as I finished paying he left and went back where all the other sales person where having a chat.
I just purshased a 1000 dinning set. I came prepared and new what I wanted. He didn't ask if I needed something else or anything. This just makes me not want too go there anymore. Very disappointing.

We went to purchase a new mattress. Our sales rep, Nicolas s, was fantastic. He was knowledgeable polite friendly and not pushy in the least. He seemed to want to be sure we had the right mattress, not necessarily the most expensive one.

I have purchased an LG fridge at the Brick in Kirkland in 2018. It keeps breaking down. You must call your warranty company "King and State" and they send someone in about a week's time. Since September 2018, the fridge has broken down three times. This third time, I want a new fridge (no repair/ full refund /according to their lemon policy). So I called to claim their refund policy. They currently send their service calls to another company that can only fix the fridge and not replace the fridge. So I requested a repair while I wait for a full replacement and all of a sudden a repairman can come tomorrow? The other two times we had to wait a full week! I am shocked. I bought a fridge from Sears 26 years ago that is in my basement and it has never been serviced once! I will never recommend and will never buy from The Brick again. Stay away, waste of your time and money.

Very problematic service! My mother paid in person and they did not deliver the merchandise, we couldn't call as no one answers, we wrote several emails, the one reply was "please call the store". We finally decided to report the transaction and then The brick charged us twice, without our permission.luckily, our credit card company took care of the fraudulent transaction.

No one called me and when I made a phone call to the store got told that it got pushed to July.

TOTAL DISAPOINTMENT!
Received a sofa and love-seat in October 2020, one back pillow zipper was broken so i could see linning unsewn and all green filling coming out, so I opened the other back pillows and found all 5 on 5 pillows with same bad quality, all of them unsewn lining and all green filling fiber out!
There was green filling fiber all over the sofa and love seat. I took pictures and send right away a claim.they first said they would send us new pillows. After 1 1/2 month we called many times to be told they will replace the whole set.we only received them on march 4th and guess what? All with same bad quality! All 5 pillows with same problem.we refused them of course, I have been calling since then, I first was told the supervisor will call me back, i called back many times with no answers and left 2 messages and no reply!
DO NOT BUY FROM BRICK!

Pour commencer, je tiens à dire que je déteste magasiner pour des meubles/électros avec des vendeurs achalants et nons-professionnels. J'ai visité facilement 6 magasins pour comparer et acheter des divans et celui qui était mon coup de coeur a été chez Brick à Kirkland avec Mouna spécifiquement. Mouna a offert un service incomparable aux autres endroits et jamais nous ne nous sommes sentis sous pression. Mouna, tu as changé ma mauvaise perception stéréotypée des vendeurs hahaha!

Pire service de tous les bricks et de loin
jai demande a une vendeuse pour parler au gérant 5 reprise et la dame a dit le gérant peux rien faire pour un article qui était le même a st Bruno mais 100$ de moins elle na jamais voulu le demande.très déçu j adore magasine chez bricks mais le samedi les gens qui y travail ne le font pas passion mais par obligation et ça ce ressent dans service j'aurai mit 0 étoile mais il y pas cette option.

Worst customer service I've encountered in a while. Had to fight for a callback 2 months after purchasing, paying off and not receiving a product only to hear the supplier being blamed and taking no ownership of the problem. In the months the supplier "messed up" I was unable to get a hold of anyone at the store, no one contacts me and the online chat was down so I had to resort to Facebook and even then I was given the run around all week. On something I bought in the end of November which was scheduled for delivery on the 14th of December, i have no product, no refund and only today, the 5th of February did someone call me back after using colorful language. Judging from the reviews, it's common practice. Go elsewhere if you can and save yourself the trouble of dealing with such an unprofessional organization.

My visit to the Brick Kirkland was very focused - all major appliances, a new bedroom set and a BBQ. My sales rep was Mouna, and she was simply lovely! She showed me all the models I wanted to see in person - was clear in answering all my questions - and even advised it would her personally to call and follow up prior to my delivery. Mouna provided amazing service today! Thank you! Now let's hope the Brick delivery process goes just as smoothly.

Extrêmement décu du service de livraison. Ils ont refusés de prendre mes anciens électros parce que je ai laissé devant la porte de garage (c'était dans le but de faciliter le ramassage). Je ne me suis pas amusé à aller chercher de la scrap pour la déposer devant le garage. C'était les électros qui étaient installés dans la maison. Que j'ai mis dans le garage la fin de semaine et que j'ai sorti pour faciliter le ramassage.
J'ai regardé ma facture et cette règle farfelue n'est spécifiée nulle part dans la facture.
J'ai discuté avec le service à la clientèle et rien à faire. Ils ne reviendront pas chercher les anciens électros qui ont passés 30 minutes à l'extérieur de la maison. Franchement!
Je dois acheter une autre laveuse, sécheuse, poele, réfrigérateur et je sais à quel endroit je ne VAIS PAS aller les acheter!

If I can give a ZERO I would! Never ever again will i be buying anything from the brick and will also advise my friends and family as well. I made a warranty claim for my sofas pre covid. It's going to be almost a year. I tried calling and emailing through the brick page for MONTHS! NEVER heard back until about 3 weeks ago. Finally got my options and went into the store to choose. No sales resp was willing tp help. Finally asked one of them to help but she wasnt helpful and was forcing the sale. I told her I wanted to do my research to verify if the sectional would fit in my house and confirm. I went in to the store that week Wednesday after work and spoke to manger since I didn't want to the sale rep to loose her sale. I asked if he can give me a better price for my replacement as i was paying more and had to wait this long. The manager refused to keep 2 meters distance. He kept coming close to my face as i went back. TREAT me like garbage and was very RUDE, made insulting comments. I wanted to complete the order and just get it over with but the manager refused. He didn't let me purchase my order. Since my credit is with this store, i cannot go to another location to make my purchase. I finally got the details of the regional manager Simon P. Ive left him messages and even emailed him. Its going to be a week and still haven't heard back from him! I just want to use my credit and get it over with.

Very disappointed in the lack of communication and service. Bought a bed 2 weeks ago. Didn't get exactly what I wanted but settled for a model they assured me was in stock since others were back ordered. Only days later did they claim that a piece is missing and delivery would be delayed. By reading other comments this seems like a common business practice for this company. My bed still has not been delivered and multiple calls and emails go unanswered. How does customer service not even acknowledge an email? The most frustrating part is that you can't even get in touch with someone willing to fix the problem. I surely won't be buying anything from them again and suspect I will have an equally difficult time getting a refund.

EDIT **So it has been over a month now. Regular calls and emails still go unanswered. To get any response at all I had to literally redial the store for 10 mins. Initially they just kept hanging up but eventually an angry employee finally picked up the phone and screamed at me to stop calling. I guess this worked since I got a callback a few hours later and got them to agree to partially refund me to get the rest of my items delivered. Refund was promised within 48 hours.

So I gave up on my initial purchase and am now going through their equally long refund process. I was told over 2 weeks ago that the refund would be done and still nothing. Unbelievable.

EDIT#2** It probably shouldn't surprise me at this point but this issue is still not fixed after multiple requests.

After finally getting customer service to acknowledge they owe me a refund they promised to fix the issue with 3-5 business days. It is now almost 2 weeks later and still no further action. Really? Your accounting department needs 2 weeks to look into the matter?

I hesitate to use the word "fraud" with such a large company, but I have to wonder how many customers are owed refunds that are conveniently being "forgotten".

Alright, although employee very scared of customer. But i respect that fact that they keep distance and following all the health guidelines rules. Most of the items is back ordered. The only benefit for you to go to the store is to see the item if ur lucky and one is available on the floor
