Sans hésitation, Bridalane est la meilleure boutique de robes de mariée à Montréal, et de loin! Le choix et la qualité des robes sont exceptionnels et les prix plus que raisonnables. En outre, Lisa et Jeff m'ont offert un service très humain et ont toujours été à mon écoute. Je ne me suis jamais sentie pressée ou contrainte d'effectuer un achat imédiatement, et Lisa m'a donné une foule de conseils d'expert pour trouver la robe de mes rêves. Wedding dress shopping can be quite stressful but then i found Bridalane! Lisa was so easy to work with and so helpful. I never felt pressured or rushed. I had the best experience here. I was nervous to go through this process and Lisa made me feel so comfortable. She has a wonderful sense of humour, and she is so knowledgeable and professional. I was able to find my perfect dress there, and my jaw almost fell on the floor with how affordable it was. It shipped with time to spare, and it was just as much fun to pick it up and interact with the Bridalane team again. All the wedding dresses there are stunning. Could not recommend this place enough!

Had an amazing experience wedding dress shopping at Bridalane. Lisa is phenomenal, very helpful, very easygoing, extremely knowledgeable and just a pleasure to be around. It is a totally relaxed environment, no pressure- a big difference compared to other bridal stores we visited. Dresses are beautiful and good quality with a hard to beat price range. Such a great experience at Bridalane shopping for my wedding dress. The selection is AMAZING and you can see right way the quality of the dresses is really, really good. I loved that you can choose different colours for your dress and they didn't pressure me during my appointment, it really came down to two dresses that I really loved and they encouraged me to keep trying them both on so I could be 100% sure in my decision. Every bride should go to Bridalane!

What an absolute JOY this place was to visit! Jeff and Lisa were very friendly, laid back, no pressure sales and exceptionally accomodating. More so, they truly know their field. They were able to identify solutions to my concerns almost instantly. The support was very genuine.

As a plus sized bride, I visited some mainstreet stores after making my purchase here (mostly for fun) and was treated abysmally there. Here however, they were playful, kind and encouraging. They felt like old friends assisting in a big choice.

I found my dress almost instantly, and I sincerely can't wait to return to get it. I highly recommend this shop. Keep up the excellent work!

We went to several "boutique" wedding gown stores around Montreal but Bridalane was by far the best! The staff create a really relaxed, fun, no-pressure atmosphere and more importantly they really know their stuff! Found the most amazing wedding gown that I can't wait to wear. Thank you Bridalane!

I had a really great experience here. When we went in we weaved through a few corridors and it seemed a little unusual but in the end we were led to a room full of beautiful samples. The gentleman was fabulous and apologized that there were no women working today so someone would need to help me get the dresses on. My maid of honour helped. They were super accommodating for my budget and refused to let me leave with a dress I was unsure of. My bridal party was impressed with how caring and interested the worked was. He made some lovely choices and everything looked good. He was also super accommodating about putting on cap sleeves and panels. Although I did not find my dress (it was real close) I highly recommend them.

I had a phenomenal experience wedding dress shopping at Bridalane! I shopped at 6 different boutiques in Montreal, and my experience at Bridalane was unmatched. Lisa was a delight to work with; she was extremely knowledgeable, kind, down-to-earth, and patient, and made the experience stress-free and super enjoyable. The dresses were also beautiful and high-quality, and there was a ton of variety. Thrilled that I found my dream wedding dress but a little sad that the process is over! I found my perfect dress in 10 minutes. The employees were kind, non judgmental, and super helpful. They took good precautions against Covid-19, such as storing dresses for 48h and steaming them before putting them back on the floor.

Did nit buy my dress because the quality was lacking a bit. But it is a great place to respect your budget! I liked a $600 dress (A line; it was my second option). Check their website to see their dresses. The attention was very nice and personnel was not pushy at all! Definitely a place to visit if you are looking for your wedding dress.

My go to for the numerous times I’ve been a bridesmaid! Amazing quality dresses and prices compared to the high end stores!

Unbelievably disappointing. I've been looking for a specific dress and called them to see if they had it. I first spoke to Jeff who was an absolute pleasure to speak to and then called again a few weeks later and spoke to Lisa. She couldn't be any nicer either and said that she had several similar options for me so I immediately booked an appointment. I advised her that I'd be bringing my 8 month old baby along with me and that I may need more than an hour. She assured me that they were very flexible there and that it wouldn't be a problem if the appointment took more than an hour. When I arrived 10 minutes late because I couldn't find any parking. I was barely greeted by Lisa who seemed quite upset. I was immediately told that she had another appointment at 3pm and that we'd have to hurry up. As soon as we entered the fitting room.she immediately said that she had nothing that resembled what I was looking for. Not only was she telling me the opposite of what she had told me over the phone.but to top it off.she had the worst attitude and was acting like she had a better place to be. I told her that I had travelled a long way to be there, had been looking forward to my appointment and just wanted to leave at this point. My bridesmaid convinced me to stay and so I did. Her attitude slightly improved towards the end of the appointment.however it was truly the worst customer service I had ever experienced. I was so disappointed and I do NOT recommend going here if you're looking for a good experience dress shopping. I can't express how disappointing this appointment was for me. To top it all off.she lied about having a 3pm appointment and didn't offer me a private room (we saw one as we were leaving) when I asked where I could feed my baby. There was absolutely nobody else there and she could have easily helped me out. Instead she told me to go down to the lobby where I could find benches.and of course there weren't any! I strongly recommend to STAY AWAY! Wedding dress shopping should be a wonderful experience and every bride deserves that!

I purchased Tutto Bene bridesmaids dresses at my local bridal boutique and all the girls were really happy with the styles and fit of their dresses. Loved that they offer up to size 30!
