Très belle adresse, un service correct, les pizzas excellentes, petit bémol pour le spritz (beaucoup trop de glaçons).

I don’t often leave explanations with my food reviews but I feel this experience really warrants it since I only gave 1 star. We ordered one toasted garlic bread, one custom built pizza and one vegan pizza. The custom pizza looked absolutely beautiful on top but when I checked my boyfriend's pizza underneath it was completely black! He wouldn’t let me ask for a new one since he didn’t want to waste the beautiful ingredients on the top but this really didn’t look appetizing. I had the vegan one and the bottom was actually fine but the top was completely burnt with a million black spots - so unappetizing! I picked them off but by the time I was done doing that the food was cold! Then when I was done picking off the top of my pizza my boyfriend had finished half of the garlic bread and I started eating it. This also looked nice and tasted nice but the bottom was completely black! Burnt solid. Everyone was so nice and the restaurant vibe was great but the food was horrible! I didn’t want to ruin the experience by complaining but felt people should be warned of the quality of the food. Burnt or charred food is actually a carcinogen and should be avoided or eaten in small amounts if it cannot be avoided. This was beyond small amounts and I was extremely disappointed.

Tried the volcano Detroit style pizza which was heavenly! Amazing crust and perfect amount of cheese and generous toppings. Very unique.

Cheesy garlic bread was kinda ok. Needs a dipping sauce that's not included in the price, sadly.

Haven't been to this place in a couple of years (pre-COVID) so was excited to eat their pizza once again!

My lady friend always has a Margherita and I ordered the Butcher (Italian Sausage, Ham & Bacon). My pizza was somewhat overdone but quite edible.

Unfortunately my friend's pizza was extremely overdone to the point of being "burnt toast". (see photos).

Needless to say, it was another major disappointment to dining outside the home since COVID restrictions were relaxed.

Hello JD,

We have been patronizing your establishment for a few years and was always very satisfied with your pizzas.

Of course, that was pre-COVID days when we lived in the Plateau so it's a short trip via STM bus. However we're now living in St-Leonard and the trip took over one hour but we figured it would be worth it because of the high quality of your pizza.

In fact, my lady friend says your Margherita pizza is one of BEST she's ever eaten due to the crust which she knows it's because you use "00-flour".

That's why she was in shock and so disappointed to get this very burnt pizza. She noticed that everybody else's pizzas looked the same so she was reluctant to complain.

In hindsight and your comments, we should have brought this matter to Grace's attention.

Also, my sincere apology for the "lack of heat" remark (which I have since deleted from my original review). It was written in the "heat of the moment" (no pun intended).

So I've upgraded this review to 3-stars and hopefully the next time we come - it will be the usual "Five Star" experience like those prior visits to your pizzeria!

Worst service I have ever seen. 5 employees and roughly 5-6 customers inside, I placed my order and paid for it and was told to sit.
Almost an hour later and still no food and no one comes to see us. After going back to the cashier It turns out they never processed my order and who knows what they were planning to do with the money.
Non apologetic staff they didn’t even care a second or apologized for leaving us an hour waiting and not getting food in the end, whats worse is that their leader wanted to offer me a soda for this situation as if nothing happened.
Avoid this place as they don’t seem to care about their customers.

For the Best Pizzas in Downtown. Actually everything in their menu is Delicious. You can actually configure your pizzas the way you like them. The staff is very warm and welcoming. Quick service.

Very bad pizza, the dough was still raw. I talked to the worker and he didn’t offer to return my money I didn’t finish the pizza and left the place.bad customer service.

Pizza was burnt. Messed up everyone’s order and took over a half hour to receive. Workers running around completely disoriented as if it was all their first day. Needless to say definitely a failure on all fronts.

Super friendly staff, great wood-fired pizzas with a wide selection of bases and toppings, and really good value for your money. Highly recommend!

I don’t get the hype this place. Plenty of better authentic pizzas around the city and a bit overpriced for the taste and the portion. Staff was nice so I put up 3 stars

As a life long pizza lover, when I heard of a place that was offering a real Detroit style, I was sold.

I went there and had the deep dish detroit style with Pepperoni. I knew something was about to happen when I asked her about the baking time and she told me 6 minutes. I told myself ''you cannot cook a deep dish pizza in 6 minutes'', thats when she grabbed a thick loaf of bread.
Thats when I understood, they use pre-made bread.

I have nothing against this technique, if it enhanced or at least didnt diminish the quality of the food.

The bread itself was fantastic, it had golden crispy edges and it as fluffy enough. I cant complain about the cheese but it needed more cooking time as well as for the sauce, it was too bland it needed extra time to caramelize. The pepperoni were desperate to see some more eat, once again, the ingredients were not the problem, the idea of delivering this type of pizza in such short amount of time took a chunk out of the pizza in term of flavors. It honestly tasted and felt like a lunchable for adults with a premium price tag.

I wouldnt mind waiting 30-45 minutes for a fresh dough and for everything to cook together, I think its a very reasonable thing to ask.

I have to mention they have two beautiful wood oven, thats the reason why I will return to try they margherita.

We love this place and visit it every time we are here in Montreal.

Great place, the customer service was wonderful. Travis (I think his name was) was very patient and took our order specifics very carefully. Of course the pizza was delicious, the crust, the cheese, and the sauce. Perfect ratio

Pizza fraiches et authentiques. Des choix abondants avec des ingredients de qualités. Cela fait different des pizzas "americanisées".

We got food from brigade on two seperate occasions the pizza is good and it is well priced. The only inconsistency was the toppings, first time the pizza was loaded and second it was not. Regardless the food was good.

Great vegan pizza! Would not recommend their dairy cheese though at all. Try their vegan stuff or it’s just not worth it.

Salut a tous! J'ai commander une pizza poulet sauce BQQ, qui est arrivée.sans sauce BBQ. Pas ouf niveau goût. Je veux bien comprendre que la cuisson au feu de bois sois artisanal mais le dessous de ma pâte était carbonisé. Du coup le goût du brûlé prenait le dessus, c'est dommage.
On a aussi commandé des bâtonnets de nutella, pour le coup ceux-ci n'était pas assez cuit, mais ils ne sont pas radins sur la dose de nutella.ah, par contre les bouchées à l'ail sont un délice avec leur sauce Ranch, mais attendez vous à un bain d'huile.

Une pizza napolitaine à la hauteur de vos attentes. Familiale et décontracté cette pizzéria vous offrent des pizzas cuites au feu de bois et cuisiner avec les ingrédients les plus frais. Ma préféré, la Brooklyn avec son pépé et ses piments, ça donne du "kick" et on aime ça! Il font également une délicieuse pizza de style "Détroit" qui cette dernière beaucoup plus gourmande mais pleine de saveurs. Bravo!

Hands down one of the best places to grab a quick but delicious pizza in downtown Montréal! Really great value for the size and quality of the pizzas they make, and the staff is super friendly and hospitable. I also love the fact that you can really build your own pizza and customise it to be exactly what you're looking for. Definitely try out the Verde if you're a fan of pesto sauce like me:) Would definitely go again and recommend this place to everyone I know!

Pizza is always made fresh, of course. Employees are friendly and helpful as well. I’ve been here a handful of times and the service and food is consistent!

Terrible! Totally overpriced and not very good. I had a calzone that was basically 80% dough and a few pieces of ham, some bland tomato sauce and mozzarella cheese. $20!

You get to choses every single ingredients, they bake it in a fire oven, it's cheaper than a pepperoni and cheese pizza at most fast food chain counters, the staff is friendly, what else could you ask for?

Great food. Just don't get carried away and go crazy on the toppings. You will end up paying a fortune for a pizza.

The food is incredible and management is great. I had a mishap with service and the manager dealt with it right away. The topping selection for pizza is outstanding. Plenty of seating, great beers to choose from and delicious cannoli desserts.

Très bonne place au centre ville pour une pizza maison. Roulement de personnel donc certaines fois plus lentes que d'autres mais je recommande 1000 fois.

Un lieu au détour de la rue Ste-Catherine et la rue Stanley qui pourrait passer inaperçu tellement il est discret mais qui se révèle être un endroit agréable où déguster une bonne pizza cuite au feu de bois.
Il y a aussi d'autres variétés de mets italiens.

Even when the place is packed at lunch hour, I got all my questions answered and got my pizza pretty fast. And it was so good! Thin crust lovers should definitely give this place a try.

A delicious resto to go with your friends in between classes. You can tell they do it right here when their most basic dishes taste great.

April 18,2019 for lunch. Staff snd cashier ask us 4 times which pizza was ours.
Way undercooked the pizzas, pizza dough was undercooked and soggy 15 dollars for the worst pizza we ever had.

Good spot downtown with decent prices for the pizza. It’s quick and tasty but don’t expect a fancy restaurant. Great to for a quick bite, for lunch or to take out. Some reviewers complained about the staff; I found they were helpful sharing recommendations on what to eat and friendly.

The service is so bad I didn’t even get to try the food. When making my order they added ingredients I didn’t ask for and the response was: “it’s ok I didn’t put that much”. Umm what? !

This was the 1st time that I was here and I have to say it was a great experience. The staff was very friendly, the service was fast and the pizza was delicious. I loved the concept of them building your own pizza while they are asking you what toppings you would like. It's kinda like a Subway but a million times better! Très très belle place en tout cas pour moi.j'aime le concept. C'est un peu style subway.dans le sens se tu décide de ce que tu mets sur ta pizza.par contre je trouve ça très salé. Et si vous allez là assurez-vous de ne pas avoir de date après où simplement passer la soirée ailleurs car vous allez sentir fortement extrêmement la bouffe oui oui.donc une douche s'impose.

The first to start fast food high end pizza in the city! These guys just churn out pies all day! U stand in line choose your crust create your own with the million toppings they got or choose one of their flavours they throw it in the oven and within minutes your pizza is ready! Fresh great quality and the service is onpoint and the price doesn’t break the bank either!

Bonnes pizzas surtout La Burrata ou la reine qui ajoute le jambon de pays en plus. Les cannolis sont aussi très bons!
