Broderies Montréal

I have made a request for an estimate and never received an answer and the phone won't be answered. Do they want any business or are they already out of business?

Ne pas faire confiance à cette commerce broderie Montréal. Je ne recommande pas.
Pour 1e fois j apporte 51 différentes vêtements pour faire broder, avec le propriétaire Marc André racine il accepte le broder après plusieurs semaines et me faire déplacer 4 fois en dernière minute de livraison de travail il a dit viens cherché vous vetmen je décide de ne pas fait, agir comme des enfants, J'ai présenter pour cherché mes vêtements sans présenter au comptoir et caché en arrière, me vetmens manqué, je lui réclamer sans réponse logique?

I ordered 50 custom patches. Their prices are fair, and they were extremely helpful every step of the way. I wholeheartedly recommend them and will definitely come back for all my embroidery needs!

I was looking at getting my company logo made on to some iron on patches.their suggested price list starts at roughly $1.12 each for the quantity I was interested in.
I received an email offering a price of $3 plus per patch. I explained other service providers offered to make the same patches for half the price. What made theirs worth the higher price.
I was told they made theirs in Canada while the others ordered them from China.
I explained the other providers made their products here in Quebec and Ontario.
Then I was told that this was better for me because they were loosing money.

Not only did their rep Marc André Racine avoid answering my questions but he made negative assumptions about his competition instead of boosting his own product. I personally didn't feel this was very professional.

When I said I would gladly do business elsewhere due to what seemed to be negative comments about the competition, I immediately received a response more or less telling me "we've been in business for 40 years so it's cool". The other provider isn't making money at the price they've offered me and their markup is 10% so he can't compete with the price I've been offered.

All I was looking for was, our product is made here in Montreal, and what materials they use that make their product so good. But instead I got negative feedback about the other provider that was never named.

Lucky most of their sales are online, I don't see anyone wanting to work with this guy regularly.

Broderies Montréal are fabulous! Elizabeth and Lucie are pleasant and professional, and their work is always perfect.and on time! I hope to be doing business with them for many years to come.
