Broken Headstock House Of Repairs

Poor customer service, 6 weeks waiting for tuning my Godin. Let a voice message during the long awaiting, never had a call back.
My guitar arrive at the shop playable and came back to me not playable with hawfull buzzing strings. I have to found another professional. I don't trust anymore Broken Headstock. Do not recommend this shop. Despite the reviews, something changed and not for the good. Unless you want to take a chance and wait 2 month.very very disappointing place.

Don't gamble with your guitar anywhere else in the city. Everyone here is an absolute pro. They transformed a guitar I've been playing for nearly 19 years into something feeling brand new with a completely pro setup, and were happy to educate me when I asked questions. No nonsense workmanship and really nice people too.

These guys are masters. I've never been more impressed with craftsmanship and attention to detail in my life. Every single guitar I own is going in for the broken headstock treatment I never thought my guitar could look and sound so good. The polished frets and dropped action make for an ease of play I frankly wouldn't believe if I wasn't experiencing it first hand. I'd give more stars if I could.do not hesitate to leave your instrument here, you will not regret it. Thanks guys will be back soon!

These guys do incredible work. Brought in an electric for a full and much needed tune up. It's now a beast. They basically brought it back from the dead and then some.

Hi Dan it's Samir and I love broken headstock to all people who want guitars, guitar repairs, accessories.you name it. They do it.but the greatest thing about broken headstocks' owner, is that he can always be hagled with reasonably well. He only deals in vintage stuff, I would far rather buy a guitar from dan (the owner) than by some mass produced guitar that comes of the line with several imperfections, and boxed for shipment. Dan won't sell you a guitar unless he's satisfied the guitar is set up properly, the neck, intonation, wireing, frets.it's all done by dan, (and what ever else needs doing)
