Brome is a fantastic Canadian company to deal with. I'm very pleased with their products and their customer service exceeds all expectations in today's world. Their feeders are definitely worth the money. I've owned 3 different types of their feeders for over 10+ years and they perform amazingly well in our climate. They've been attacked by local wildlife at various points and they still keep going! The quality of the workmanship and materials are top notch. And even when I've had various parts break or wear out, they stand by their promise to give lifetime support. Parts were sent out at no charge in a very timely manner. I honestly can't say enough good things about Brome. Keep up the good work! You represent Canada well.

All these years later they are STILL THE best bird feeders we've ever owned from THE best feeder company! They provide the most incredible customer service. We own four of these now and, over the years, have had a couple of them fall from a hook or get otherwise damaged. Each time, I've called Brome and they ship out, free of charge, the part (s) needed to repair the feeder. They are shockingly supportive of their customers. I cannot imagine ever buying another brand.

Meilleure entreprise au Québec! J’ai acheté 2 mangeoires Brome en 2005. Elles sont donc demeurées fonctionnelles pendant plus de 18 ans! Quand je les ai contactés récemment pour leur expliquer que les écureuils avaient fini par gruger l’aluminium des capuchons autour du crochet de suspension et que l’eau avait commencé à s’infiltrer dans le cylindre des graines, l’entreprise a honoré sa garantie sans broncher (même si je m’attendais honnêtement à débourser un p’tit quelque chose) et m’ont immédiatement livré deux capuchons neufs, sans frais de livraison. Service et produit inégalables compte tenu de la qualité du produit et et de la durée de l’investissement. Ces mêmes mangeoires semblent peut-être plutôt coûteuses à l’achat mais, croyez-moi, si vous répartissez le coût de cet achat sur 20 ans de services loyaux (…et plus) ça en vaut amplement la chandelle! Et c’est une fière entreprise de l’Estrie. Wow! N’hésitez pas!

Great service! Somehow I snapped some plastic support bars in my old peanut feeder while cleaning it. I called the company and within a few days, received the replacement part at no charge. So happy I contacted them.

Brome Bird Care offers the BEST customer service in the business. After nearly 3 years of heavy use, my Sq. Buster classic needed replacement due to a pretty smart squirrel who learned how to pop the lid and chew the plastic assembly. Super intellegent mutant squirrel I guess. Sent Jodi the photos and in the blink of an eye a replacement was sent. We also have a Legacy that is simply amazing and indestructible. Great products from a great company with A1 customer service. Service à la clientèle impeccable. Malgré le fait que les mangeoires soient anti écureuils, un écureuil a fait tombé la mangeoire et une des pièces est complètement disparue. J'ai signalé à la compagnie croyant devoir payer la pièce perdue mai je l'ai reçu gratuitement la semaine suivante!

I have owned a a SB Plus feeder for 15 years now, and it has worked perfectly, and held up well against a lot of weather and abuse. Finally, the clear cylinder gave up and cracked. I was contemplating just buying a new feeder, but decided to check with the manufacturer first. I was amazed that they stood behind their feeders for life, and would be shipping me a replacement cylinder for free, (not even charging me shipping). It arrived days later, and using their online videos I was able to swap the cylinders easily, and the feeder was good to go for another 15 years! I highly recommend this company for both the design, construction and operation of their feeders, but also their outstanding customer service!

I absolutely love Brome Bird Feeders. I have had mine for years and I have given them as gifts as well as highly recommended them to others. Only bad thing is everyone counts on me to clean theirs for them. I have gotten really good at it. LOL. On a few occasions I have needed parts and their customer service is the best. Love the lifetime warranty.

Excellent produits, solides, fait pour de longues années! J'en ai 4 et les écureuils ne peuvent pas atteindre les grains! Pour une fois je les trouvent utiles parce qu'ils doivent se résoudre à ramasser les grains qui tombent par terre.

I was cleaning my drawers and came across the receipt for the SquirrelBuster Legacy birdfeeder, dated Apr 2020. Since that date I have been using the birdfeeder without a single squirrel accessing it. This is remarkable since we have tons of them living in the woods around our house and no other feeder has been successful against the squirrel thieves! It has also fended off the large blackbirds that would otherwise empty a feeder in a day. Thanks for making such a unique product that works so well!
