I was looking for a white pair of running shoes and found the HOKA clifton 9 which were ideal for my feet. The sales lady offered me the *gel cleaner for all athletic footwear* and told me that its meant for *all around the shoe*. A week later, I had a small mud stain so I used the cleaning product as recommended by the salesperson. The gel manipulated the mesh fabric on top of my shoe and left a big dirty spot that did not want to come off. I went back to the store and asked for the manager and told him the story. He said I can exchange for a new pair but they were completely out of stock so I was left returning the shoes and getting my money back. The sales lady who sold me the shoes heard what has happened and with no empathy she just shrugged her shoulders with no words and no care, however, she seemed very tired, muddled and indolent so it may explain her carelessness. Overall, management was fair but beware of any sales pitch for cleaning products and how they are meant to be used.

Great choice of the latest in fashionable shoes and accessories. The prices are on the upper part of the scale.

Came for a pair that was out of stock in store. So I had to order and Nithya (who gave me the best customer service!) told me I’ll receive my order between December 28th and January 5th. Well I just checked my tracking delivery and it’s gonna be there, at my door tomorrow (2 days after I ordered), on December 22nd. Wow - good job guys! And Nithya, thank you for the great service!

Madina m'a donné un super service. C'est difficile pour moi de trouver des chaussures comfortables et classy. J'ai essayé 7 paires et certaines avec des grandeurs différentes. Elle a été très patiente, connaissait bien son stock et est toujours resté souriante et aimable. Hey boss give her a raise she deserves it.

Owner is amazing! He takes care of his clients. Went for a price match, which I was past the deadline by 15 days and he accommodated me. I would recommend this store to everyone!

Worst customer service. Was on hold and someone literally picked up the phone and hung up. Tried calling a few times after and kept answering and hanging up. I’ll bring my business elsewhere thx

Horrible store. Rude workers. They have no concept of customer service. They only want your money. The manager was completely useless in an attempt to talk about the despicable attitude I encountered when considering buying shoes. NEVER AGAIN. RUN AWAY.

Went in here the other day looking to buy a new pair of boots. We walked in and started looking at the options and the entire time the staff stayed behind the counter and just chatted with one another. Multiple times I looked back to see if anyone would come help me but I was just met with blank stares. I'm not sure if it's because we looked like students or were people of colour but I had a similar experience at B2 needless to say will not be buying shoes here again.
