Définitivement le pire service possible à la clientèle. J’étais presque 20 minutes avant de trouver quelqu’un pour m’aider. Puis, il est disparu tout simplement sous prétexte d’aller voir s’il trouvait ma taille. J’ai quitté! Je n’avais plus du te ps à perdre. Vaux mieux aller à la succursale de Centre Ville ou bien au Premium Outlet.

I have been shopping at browns Rockland for YEARS buying shoes for the whole family and always been very happy. Recently, I have had 2 disturbing incidents with a new employee who I believe is the new store manager there (I remember his name but will not disclose here). On two different occasions, the employee did not miss the chance to be absolutely disrespectful and humiliating. The first time was when I tried returning my sons shoes that my mother had got for him as a gift 4 days before. He never ever wore the pair of shoes, only tried them on at home and had a very hard time getting his foot in which clearly validates he was not able to wear them. The manager insisted that those shoes were worn “in the car” pointing at invisible scuffs on the shoes (THEY LOOKED AND WERE BRAND NEW). I insisted that they weren’t but he called me a liar and continued on with his “worn in the car” scenario (HELLO, My son only tried them on for a split second at home, safe to say he didn’t go out with them!) but he was extremely intimidating and nothing you could tell him would change his mind. I was able to return the shoes, but the experience of that day will surely be remembered. I had someone in front of me shaping my ideas. Nothing I could say was valid for him.

The second occasion was when I went to purchase The new Ugg plastic protectors. It seemed like it was new stock in the store and that they weren’t exactly sure of their location in the back store. Once they found them, the salesman had them put on the cash and opened 3 boxes to see what size would fit my Ugg (S, M or L). I want to precisely bring to your attention that i haven’t even been in the store for 10 minutes! (It was a calm morning). Suddenly, the same manager comes and tells me “sorry mam but like you need to get going, we need the cash, are you buying these? ” I promise it had not been more then 15 minutes I walked into the store. I was so shocked I couldn’t even think. I just left everything and walked out. When I turned my back, I saw him whispering in the cashiers ear while both looking at me. I am not here for a discount code or any sort. I want to express how dehumanized i was!
Shame on that manager. Clearly, companies are desperate for employees. I wouldn’t hire him even as a trash collector.

Update: I’d like to acknowledge that Browns promptly addressed my concerns. Their gesture of reaching out with a call and offering a discount was truly appreciated

I visited the store today aiming to buy a pair of short beige UGGs but was also open to grey and green colors. While the store didn't have the beige color in stock, which was understandable, the consultant brought me a high-top model in green, despite my specifying that I was only interested in the short style. He did bring a grey pair in the style I wanted, but his attitude left much to be desired.

Upon my polite clarification about wanting only short UGGs, he rolled his eyes and seemed visibly irritated. What made the experience particularly unsettling was his condescending pat on my husband's shoulder, as if to say, 'I feel sorry for you. '

During checkout, he showed my husband, not ME—the customer—, that they simply didn’t have the green short UGGs, which further contributed to the feeling of dismissiveness.

I was straightforward about my preferences and made a purchase within 15 minutes of entering the store. Despite this, I was met with a lack of basic courtesy and an attitude that felt borderline sexist.

Would not recommend if you're looking for respectful and attentive customer service.

I went twice and both times were a horrible experience for me
The staff were rude and unhelpfull.
I won't step a foot in that place ever again
If I had the choice to not give any stars or even better to give minus 10 stars I would've done it

Le magasin a beaucoup de choix mais le service et peut du n’importe quoi.
La situation vécue je confirme une pointure avec le vendeur mais je reçois pas la bonne taille dsl c est du n’importe quoi

Une véritable catastrophe le service à la clientèle! Des gens hautains qui prennent de haut la clientèle. Aucune Amabilité, aucun service, quand tu demandes un conseil ils répondent froidement et ne veulent en aucun cas prendre le temps avec les clients. A éviter je ne les recommande absolument pas! Si je pouvais leur donner 0 étoiles je le ferais sans hésiter!

Over priced, high pressure sales, sales staff not very friendly. Not a fan of this store, but they had what I needed for a Christmas gift.

Je suis venu pour acheter un model de bottes pour l’hiver et il n’avait pas ma taille. Une autre paire de bottes me plaisait alors je les ai aussi essayé mais dans une autre couleur car ils n’avaient pas non plus ma taille.

Étant donné que la paire de chaussure était 300$, je me suis dit que il fallait que je réfléchisse avant d’acheter et de les commender en ligne. C’est mon choix non?

Je me suis fait remballer par votre employé en me disant qu’elle était commissionné et que ca ne faisait pas son affaire que je ne les achete pas.

Honte à vous et votre façon de vendre vos produits. Nous ne sommes pas obligé d’acheter surtout quand c’est coûteux comme ca. Je ne reviendrai plus chez vous car votre service est seulement basé sur la compétition et non le “SERVICE”, c’est irrespectueux de faire sentir mal un client de ne pas acheter chez vous.

DISGUSTING!
recently bought shoes Browns.after wearing, black spots remain on the skin.and in addition, the paint formed strange spots on the nails!
I’m shocked! It’s AWFUL! EXTRA LOW QUALITY

An extra I checked a shoe and found a hole on soles (see the picks). And it’s less than for 1 month, I’m super disappointed.

Never have i ever witnessed such a bad customer service experience, a guy there looked at us carelessly said no word when we asked for a pair of shoes, handed them and left. While paying, he showed his face again holding care spray, said some words and mentioned he sold us the boots to the cashier and vanished.

I Returned the shoes and would never consider visiting the store again.

Comme plusieurs commentaires précédents le disent, je confirme que le service est nul. Le client est un déchet.

Le « produit » se vend dans n'importe quel magasin. Alors le client achète bien plus un service que le produit uniquement. Comme je n'ai pas un service de qualité dans ce magasin, je vais ailleurs - point barre.

Bought a shoe in browns ste catherine with a friend’s card as I forgot my wallet. When i got home i realized they didn’t apply the 25% discount. I called them to explained the situation and ask if its possible to do a refund on a different card as i do not wish to ask my friend to come with me. They said it was fine. Instead, I decided to go to a store closer to my place and the store manager Tony literally told me to go to st Catherine for the adjustment lol it seems he was ready for a fight when i didn’t even come there to discuss anything but rather even buy other shoes (tried a few on) and didn’t like it. I told him he can call st catherine store, he’s response was, i don’t know why you want me to call them if they told you to go there then go there so they will do a price adjustment. Can you believe this? The same boutique! I’m not even asking for a refund but a price adjustment of 25% that is owed to me. This pair of shoe cost $295 plus tax and i get this “supposedly manager” not even trying to help out. Great job Tony, in any case I wish you a wonderful end of year. You seem to need alot of love in your life.

Je suis partie vendredi fou pour rabais 25% je choisis des bottes au dessous 25% comme la photos mais non ça pas de rabais on a écrit selon les modèles sélectionnés j'ai payé le prix complet (complement tricheur)

Si j’avais la possibilité de laisser 0 étoile je l’aurais fait tant le service après vente et pourri et nul.je vous conseille tous d’éviter cet endroit tellement ils sont attirés que par le profit. Essayez de retourner un article comme ce fut mon cas et ils vous traiteront comme des criminels. Je répète encore, endroit à éviter! Personnel arrogant, ne respectant même pas leur propre politique pourtant inscrite noir sur blanc sur la facture.je n’y retournerai plus jamais de ma vie!

Vous enfreignez la loi en inscrivant automatiquement tous vos clients recevant leur facture en ligne à votre infolettre. La loi C-28 est très claire à ce sujet. J'avais expressément demandé à ne pas recevoir d'infolettre lorsque la caissière a noté mon courriel. On m'a bien indiqué que je ne recevrai rien d'autre que ma facture. Cela semble anodin mais si toutes les boutiques feraient de même, nous serions rapidement envahie de ces publicités. Merci de changer votre politique. D'ici là, j'ai adressé une plainte formelle.
