I went yesterday to this place to buy a gift card for a kid’s birthday. And I faced with full disrespect and nationalism from an old lady at the cashier. My question: if you don’t respect people and hate them so much do you need to work in customer service? As soon as I paid and transaction past through, I was only then only told it’s final sale. Which is a responsibility of the worker say it before the client purchase. So I told her: I would appreciate next time if you say it before client buys something like everywhere it is. But lady considers her place so unique against the QC and Canada law, so she became agressive in a second and accused me, a client that it’s my responsibility to check the labels in the back of the product. Very disappointed, by service, by attitude, by aggression of the lady in front of my little son. I speak French but it’s not perfect. Making face in front of me the way I talk, and as soon as I left with my son, she was laughing behind my back.

Très mauvais service. Tu appelle deux jours d'avance pour demander une livraison et la journée que c'est supposé être tu ne reçoit rien de la journée. Quand tu rappelle pour demander qu'es qui s'est passé on te dit que ta prescription n'avais pas été préparée! Franchement. Pas très professionnel.

Very very bad experience. It's sad i had to give one star as zero stars is not a choice. We will be making a complaint to the order of pharmacists for the unethical behaviour by the pharmacist who intentionally humiliated us publicly in front of customers. He was willing to yell for all to hear that our predicament was 'our problem'. We went to another pharmacy and what this Brunet pharmacist was claiming to us regarding our prescription was wrong. Jean Coutu was very happy to serve us professionally. We will never set foot in this place ever again, it is by far the worst experience I have ever witnessed in my life. There is no reason for a person of his age to act and speak in such an unprofessional deliberately rude and offensive manner to customers, on top of that being incorrect in his assumptions. A true disservice to clientele and no human empathy whatsoever. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Pharmacien.n. Es et comptoir des prescriptions: ce que j'apprécie surtout, c'est la remise de feuillets de référence incluant l'usage traditionnel, les posologies, les possibles effets secondaires, les comportements idéaux à adopter, les coordonnées etc.et le suivi téléphonique. Dès qu'il y a un doute, les pharmacien.n. Es appellent à domicile pour doublement vérifier et adoptent une posture pédagogique pour expliquer le fonctionnement d'un médicament et ses effets sur l'organisme.

Tout le personnel est très accueillant et prêt à vous aider. La pharmacienne à pris le temps de répondre à toutes mes questions et la caissière était très souriante.
