Using Brytor Demenagement Int"l was quite good.
Communication was adequate and response time was good.
In the end the goods arrived and all the boxes were in good condition.

I moved from Ottawa, ON to Moncton, NB in September. The agent who checked my goods was so kind and warm-hearted, and the staff who came on the day of the move were also kind and careful, quickly moving my stuffs to the moving car. Because the distance between Ottawa and Moncton was not close, I was able to receive my goods 3 weeks later. During that time, I had great psychological anxiety about my moving, but the customer representative‘s kind explanation and email put me at ease. On the day of finally receiving my stuffs, they carried my goods to my room, fixed the broken furniture, and helped me a lot with furniture placement. This person was also friendly and was able to receive my moving luggage with a smile. I want to say thank you once again. To all employees.

I can not say enough about how smooth and seamless this process was. From getting a quote to having my home packed to go. I booked an international move for a full house and it was done in 4 hours! This included packing furniture and last minute items. There were 6 workers in my house and they tackled it like pros. I will never have to look again for a moving company. Shout out to Mouhcine who answers my emails and calls within minutes and has not disappointed!

The worst experience with a moving company, I have so many issues that I have to list them:
1. Quotation: despite an agent of Brytor spent 2 hours checking our staff, and we approved the quiotation. The final invoice was increased because of the difference of the weight … you have to accept because they black mail you and if you don’t accept it they will no give you your belongings.
2. Packing: the packing was terrible, the team drunk all our beers in the fridge, they forgot items in the common space of the condominium that I had to brig to their facilities. No bubble paper for wrapping was used in any items evens in the glass items.
As result, all our furnitures were, all the mirrors were broken. Even the piano!
They put dumbbell over frágil things … glasses, painting etc … disaster experience.
They cut off on purpose the wire of a very expensive lamp and to package the lamp in two different packages.

3. One complete box missing! Unbelievable!

Mon employeur a sélectionné Brytor pour notre déménagement de Genève vers Montréal (ils étaient le déménageur qui recevait notre conteneur à l'arrivée à Montréal).

J'ai été très déçue de leur service. En montant notre sofa, les déménageurs ont fait 3 grosses égratignures très profondes sur le plancher de notre nouvelle maison. Cependent, ils refusent d'admettre que c'est eux qui les ont faits et ils refusent de payer pour la réparation. Après avoir parlé au service des réclamations, j'en comprends qu'ils opèrent sans assurance responsabilité professionnelle.

Sinon, le reste a somme tout bien fonctionné (bonne réactivité, livraison à l'heure, personnel courtois).

I am assigning a star because there is. Itching below. This company is to AVOID! We specifically asked for a closed quotation for a moving from Canada to US and they came to make a quote. Just when our things were to arrive, they ask for an increase on the moving costs of more than a 20%! So far we have not received our stuff and we will have to go for a legal claim to recuperate our things! Unbeleivable! Completely untrust and unprofessional behaviour!

Steer clear of Brytor International Moving. Faced with a choice between them and Armstrong Moving, I foolishly ignored other negative reviews and picked Brytor. A mistake I've been regretting since.

Here's why:

I was moving from Montreal to Oslo, limited to a 20ft container. Despite my persistent reminders about this constraint to Brytor, both to my contact and the packing crew. Their team, upon inspecting my belongings, gave me assurances about adequate space. I regularly checked in, ready with a list of non-essential items to drop if space became an issue. They brushed off my concerns, and we even started to add items.

To my dismay, after Brytor packed our belongings into two trucks and transferred them to their warehouse for container packing, they informed me the next day that three crucial items were left out. Despite offering alternatives of less important items to be left out, they insisted that it was too late, the container had already been packed and sealed.

Their 'solution'? Sending the items separately – at a ludicrous cost more than twice the items' value. When I asked for the items back, they wanted $200 for a mere 15-minute drive. Worse yet, the Norwegian moving company disclosed that Brytor had the audacity to charge them for packing and handling the 'extra' goods, even though my instructions about the 20ft container limit were unmistakable.

I believe Brytor is the kind of company that will do their outmost to squeeze you for an extra dollar. Do yourself a favor and keep your distance.

Brytor’s answer below is indicative of the type of interaction you will have with them. They will make false statements and accusations. They will take no responsibility for poor service, rather they will put the blame on you. All while trying to portray a customer centric image. They have done nothing to adress or resolve my concerns. I reiterate: Stay away.

Nous avions essentiellement des cartons et tout est arrivé en parfait état.

Awful experience. Moving from Ottawa to Buenos Aires we received the move with a lot of missing things and broken stuff. Somebody stole 2 bottles of whisky, videogames, and more. My daughter's bed and bookcase were broken. So disappointing!
The move was supposed to be done in 2 days but was done in 1 due to a storm, instead of moving the date they simply sent one or two extra guys and packed and loaded everything in one day. They came from Montreal so I suppose they didn't want to spend any money housing the crew more days in Ottawa. The consequences: missing and broken stuff. I do not recommend them.
