Dirty place with tiles missing or moving under feet, rude man with no brains or any human traits on the weekend, nobody working there has any socially acceptable skills, many immigrants who are also rude and have bad attitude, very neurotic strange low class environment.reflects downtown core.

Les trois quart des machines à laver sont hors service et celles qui fonctionnent sont d'un autre temps. Quand à l'homme a l'accueil, il était extrêmement désagréable, heureusement, il avait adopté un ton plus sympathique lorsqu'il s'agissait de la clientèle féminine.

I went here for my very first time every… the lady is rude and disrespectful the washer and dryers are mostly out of order… went to get some food and came back to my stuff out of the dry I asked her why she touched my stuff.she then started be rude and calling me disrespectful names the had the nerve to pick up the phone and act like she calling police all I wanted was to dry and fold my clothes

We need a real buanderie downtown, this place is some kind of money laundering business because it's definitely not legit

Very unfriendly supervisor and 50% of all machines are not working and have an out of order sign on it or work not properly. Bad experience! I won't go there anymore.

This is a laundromat. I respect those who had traumatic experiences here, but my experience was pretty much what you'd expect in a laundromat:

Put clothes, soap, and money in washing machine. Wait 25-30 minutes.

Transfer clothes to dryer. Put slightly too many quarters into dryer because it's annoying to get up every four minutes to check.

Fold clothes and leave.

There is a dispenser with detergent, bleach, Bounce sheets and fabric softener for $1 each. There's a change machine and places to fold your clothes.

Five stars because it's a laundromat and my clothes are clean now without my having to talk to any human beings. Would use again if my clothes get dirty in the area.

Good and cheap. It is advisable to bring coins of 1 dollar cad and 25 cents.
The staff is not very friendly. So avoid asking questions.
Washing machines cost 2 dollars (2 dollar coins), soap costs 1 dollar and the dryer each 4 minute cycle costs 25 cents.
For me I fulfilled the minimum necessary.
It is also in downtown Montreal.

I visited the place reluctantly enough after reading notorious reviews but I didn't have choice as the laundry in my building was recently torched.
Place was clean but there were no clear instructions to put the coins in machine so I approached the supervisor but he was not so helpful as expected, didn't even put effort to leave his chair and instruct.
There was a guy who picking up his clothes, I asked him and he was happy to help.
Otherwise laundry is cheaper here as compare to one in my appartment building.

**Note**: Bear in mind that Coin exchange machine there accepts notes or $1/$2 coins only and return $1 coins or cents
25 (can use at dryer). Don't insert any other coin like cents 50/25/10. A woman in front of me put some coins and machine dint return anything, she complained same to supervisor but he didn't bother. She kept yelling and left (lost $2).

Pire buanderie que j'ai vu de ma vie. Le proprio crie sur tout le monde, à l'air constament en collère et lorsque la machine pour le change ne m'as pas redonné le bon change, il me criait que c'était impossible et que j'avais mal vérifié et que sinon il pouvait rien faire.

If I had to choose between washing my clothes in a puddle or washing them here, I would choose the puddle.

The employees here are possibly some of the rudest and most aggressive people I have ever met in Montreal. They aways have a scowl on their face no matter what, they've been caught yelling at people and kicking people out on multiple occasions. There was one time that I had my feet propped up on something while I was waiting for my clothes and the woman came over and smacked my feet instead of just asking me to take them down. In addition, almost all of their machines are out of order and are never repaired. Their washing machines barely hold anything, and their dryers do not dry your clothes no matter how long you set it for. A couple of days ago I put a handful of my under garments in the dryer for an hour and they came out still wet. Avoid this place at all costs for your own sanity.

RUN! Don’t EVER come to this place. The tall man with grey hair that works here is really one of the most disrespectful humans I’ve ever crossed, and I’m a waitress, so you get the point.
Came a few times before and besides some negative stuff, kept coming because it was the only place that was close to me. But today was it. I got yelled at as if I wasn’t in front of him.
I rather wash my clothes in the tub.
Do yourself a favor and don’t come.

I genuinely haven’t seen a single customer go in and not get yelled at. The cops are called REGULARLY. Today, I watched an employee take a customers clothes out of a washing machine and throw them across the room while shouting obscenities. I was thrown out for scolding him for yelling at people. He’s been accused more than once of assaulting homeless people. All of the negative reviews seem to be referring to the same person, but he hasn’t been fired despite having violent outbursts. He yells at, threatens and throws out customers arbitrarily. He refuses to help anyone operate the machines, which are almost all broken. Instead of being helpful, he’ll wait until you make a mistake so that he can yell at you. I’d rather wash my clothes in the tub.

Tons of out of order machines, but otherwise the man working there was very helpful and polite to me, someone who had never used a public laundromat before. Besides that, I enjoyed the calming hum of the facility.

Endroit horrible! La dame m'a crié dessus pas mal de fois et jetait mes vêtements propre par terre, parce que je ne savais pas que la secheuse est en panne. Tout le monde a commencé de la regarder tellement elle était irrespectueuse envers moi. Franchement, je ne sais pas pourquoi elle travaille toujours là malgré les commentaires negatives de tout le monde

There is a super racist supervisor man.we are new refugee here and we didn't know how to use these washing machine because all machine was very old.and this is very normal to ask him for help.but even he didn't move from his chair.and he was so rude. I will never ever go there again! You become supervisor but you still not become a HUMAN!

Really pleased to have found this laundromat near our hotel - clean, and the lady who worked there was very helpful, explaining how the machines worked and what they cost.

Most of the dryer doesn’t work. Says out of order on the top. And the few of dryer they say works is a total scam.
Today I went for my laundry and used two of their dryers no. 38 and 39. I ran it for 45 mins for my general cotton clothes and found out that they are still as wet as they came out from wash.
When reported this to the manager. She replied “We can’t do anything about it. You should have went for a different dryer. ” And then sat on her usual seat.
Without putting a note on the dryer “out of order” or anything to acknowledge.
Please be careful as you are also spending time and your hard earn money for these services.

Watch out, the last time for starting laundry is at 20: 30h! It doesn't say ANYWHERE, but you are not allowed to start laundry later and you have to be out by 22: 00h. The guy inside was very rude, too.

I agree with the others. He is the rudest person I have ever seen. He needs to be domesticated urgently! Since it is not possible after this age, he must be fired!

Machines are washing really nicely. Staff was very kind and helpful. Never had to wait, there are always available machines.

I come on a Saturday, staffs were nice, available for assistance, helped with changing money. They have drop-off services for a small fees in case you want to leave the laundry. Some machines are out of order however. Plenty of deps nearby available for a quick snack.

Pros:
- Clean location with plenty of machines ($1.50 to wash, $0.25 for 10 mins of drying at high or low heat)
- Able to buy laundry detergent there ($1.00)
- Friendly staff who speak good English
- Instructions for how to use machines very clear

I came to this laundromat at around noon and it was very quiet. I can't imagine how busy it must get but there are a number of machines out of service or closed off. The staff seemed very hardworking to get dropped off laundry completed. No complaints!

The Bulgarian guy and lady are nice. The big guy is an idiot. Won't exchange coins with me so that I can use the machines. Machines are always broken. Dryers don't dry your clothes properly so you end up wasting money. The big guy won't give you your money back even though the machines are not working.

I have been coming here for years. I usually come in the weekend mornings it’s quite and nice. The people that work here are very nice and helpful. This place is very clean every time I come. They offer a drop of service.

I come here on the weekends. This place is very nice and the people are very helpful to me all the time. They also provide a drop off service for small fee and which is really great. I've been to other laundry Mets and most of the places don't have all the machines working & I know it's a common thing so it's pretty normal w machines out of order. A lot of valuable stores like Starbucks and Adonis shop are really close to this place. Come down and try this service:)

The man inside is very rude. He is racist and sexist. Next time you face him being rude to you call police (not 911).

This place got real shity fast. Half the machine don't work. Service is not courteous but there is service. I don't know how is managing the place but wake the f*** up!
