Buffalo Bill Wings

This is the worst wings resto I've ever been to. Ordered 20 lemon pepper and they gave me about 16-17 regular wings with lemon pepper shavings in a cup to dip them in. I've honestly never seen that anywhere. It's not even a Buffalo Bills Wings way of doing it, the locations in RDP and Laval make them correctly. They just seem to have bad staff here that doesn't know what they're doing. Definitely won't be back here, it’s REALLY bad.

I just bought some wings at 90avenue location and the gave me stale wings the wings was not fresh and paid money for it I will never recommend this buffalo bill’s restaurant

The food is usually good. I just wish that when I specify "no lettuce, no tomatoes, no dressing", the person taking my order would listen and make sure I get just that. I feel the dressing, lettuce and tomatoes spoil the whole purpose of a Philly cheese steak. Also I had specifically ordered onion rings instead of fries. If you want to add something, add mushrooms: they go just well with that kind of sandwich. Putting lettuce, tomatoes and dressing, is like putting ketchup on a filet mignon, absolutely not good. I thought the price was a bit steep and I saw why when I got my order: both fries and onion rings. Give me what I ask you and you will not hear me complain. When they get it right, it's absolutely delicious.

I have never received my order, it was never delivered and did not receive refund. I called the restaurant and explained the situation, they just hang up on me. They are a bunch of thieves! I hope they go out of business.

Very bad service call them at 5: 46 pm at 7.15 pm still did not get my order call them waited over 30 minutes said they were checking with driver never came back to tell us what happening it 9.30 pm and never received anything or a call so sorry last time calling there. Very very bad clientele service

I visit many of time this place and eat buffalo wing regular and boneless as well as sub all food very well and tasty and atmosphere is very good inside i suggest to everyone please visit this restaurent and enjoy the food

J'ai commandé par Skip, 1h30 plus tard je n'ai pas reçu ma commande.
J'ai communiqué avec le restaurant, mais aussitôt que j'ai demandé ou en était ma commande, ils m'ont raccroché le téléphone et ils ne répondaient plus par la suite. Même le centre d'appel de Buffalo bills n'a pas réussi à les rejoindre.
Le pire restaurant à Montréal avec le pire service à la clientèle que j'ai vu.
J'aurais mis 0 ou 1/2 étoile si c'était possible.

Bought a Poutine but received fries with hardly any gravy and a few grains of cheese curds. Unacceptable.

Update: gave them 2 more chances, since the fries are good. Not to be rude and ask them to put gravy, I politely asked for extra gravy hoping to get at least some. No gravy again, just a drop. It's not poutine without gravy. It's French fries & curd cheese. Also looked like mush when I opened it.
Obviously, they just don't care.

Horrible service, they miss items argue with you and make things up. Terrible terrible service and some don’t even speak English and argue back with you.

Never order from them. They make big mistakes and then refuse to fix or refund. They also gave me 8 wings instead of 10. They always seem to scheme someway or another. It's also pretty dirty in the store. Customer is never right with them. They suck.

Delivery was a late and forgot my drink… not a big deal. Called them and was told “I know, I know” … hour later call them back. It will be 30 mins. 90 more minutes go by… I call back, phone rings 10 times and goes to fax. Call back. It be 10-15 minutes. 2 hours later I drove to the store for my drink.

Most disgusting food i have ever taste on top of not being what i ordered wimgs where extremely dry so dry there was almost no chicken on it supose to be waffle frys got regular ongion ring not cooked and to top it al off paid 60$ ridiculous never ordering again

Ridiculous. I have always order food around lasalle. Never had a problem. For a place thats 6 min away from me. Took almost 2h to finally call me and telling me they place somewhere else.and telling me its my fault of putting montreal. How does every other places i ordered found my place?
