Why this useless office should remain open for useless agents and staffs?

Tried to start my business and they nearly ruined me instead of helping me. Steer clear from here if you are looking for help to become self employed. Luckily another company saved me. Worst experience I ever had looking for help.

Poor service. Unable to communicate well in any language.
Semi racists.

They lost my sensitive documents 3 times, they claim to never receive my mail, They did not follow up on documents I personally sent in resulting in loss of financial support. They do whatever it takes "not to help you". They did not return my phone calls. They expect you to live on 700 a month and declare any support "borrowed funds" from family as an income and state you must declare this so they can reduce your support. They are now harrassing me stating the borrowed funds were from employment even when I am clearly not employed at this momment. They only contacted 1 out of 4 persons whom I borrowed funds from to help me pay my rent and hydro. They have a -5 star review in communication or understanding your case. Better off taking a loan from a 3rd party webpage than dealing with this """support"""". Wate of space and funds.
