Bureau en Gros

This place has stolen Purolator boxes from me. Tthe manager is ultra rude and the staff is incompetent. They STOLE from me and they also say im not the only one. They steal packages. They are a drop off. How many boxes have you stolen

Long line of customers at printing and shipping and no other customers in the rest of the store. Yet they have one employee here while the rest of the staff just stand idly by.where are your priorities?

Went to get some printing done the lady there was awesome and helped me with whatever questions i had.

Ne soyez surtout pas pressé et surtout il ne faut pas avoir envie d’acheter un ordinateur. Après 40 minutes d’attente on attend encore! Byeeeeee

Store not open long enough to make purchases outside of regular (9: 00 - 17: 00) office hours.so much for office supply stores. Rather buy online (Amazon) and have it shipped next day with Prime. Retailers should stop blaming online shopping for their decline in sales and adapt and cater to longer business hours and better streamlined shopping experience.

I needed an oversized photocopy at the Bureau En Gros location on Jean Talon. The service was excellent and fast. Unfortunately at the time I wasn't able to get same day or hour service, but the next day it was ready, which suited me fine.

The employees are really helpful, they helped me find every weird item on my back-to-school list! Also they did my labels right away which was unexpected and very appreciated!

The workers are very accommodating! They were very efficient when I had to print my documents. Reliable place. Will come again!

It's a regular staples, cordial staff, and decent selection. But Bestbuy better in every way if you want to get tech products. Not five stars, beacuse they didnt actually do curbside pickup, I had to go inside.

Not alot of helpful goods inside this store. Also, it's expensive compare to any other store. Everything you find here can almost certainly be found online or at another store at a lower price.

Good people work here. Unfortunately it is a fiver for every page faxed internationally so I used a carrier pigeon instead.

Attempted to purchase a computer chair there twice with no luck. Site claimed they had the model in stock, I went to the location to purchase and bring it home. According to the staff there, the model was still in it's shipping package and they would be able to get it. Offered to ship it for a fee which is not why I actually wen to the store for. Told me the chair would be available tomorrow. Went the following day as the staff member said, the staff on duty THAT day said the same thing (we can ship it, they should be available tomorrow). Left the store and will avoid it in the future.

The most fun I have a bureau on Gros is there sales circulars that sometimes feature fabulously priced gadgetry and other products and they also keep a discount bin which is sometimes also a liquidation been or two. One for General products often stationery stuff and often another section 4 price reduced computer stuff. Whenever I drive through valleyfield Quebec I tried to go to their bureau on Gros as they have a great discount Ben and their store is absolutely huge! If I'm buying printer paper I go to Costco without anyquestion however, the sales circulars and their discount bins are the best features for me and of course it's a big place we're early school year shoppers go for supplies. Plus they also have a print shop and photocopy centre that is very Andy and they all have parking lots to make it easy for the consumer.
Actually I should give it a four-star but I'm not the biggest fan.

Horrible j'y suis allé et j'essaie un ordi et y a un gars qui me menace d'appeler la police car il pense que j'ai volais une carte bancaire donc je suis sorti et je ne reviendrai plus jamais

My experience was a complete waste of time; starting with the staff chatting with other people for about 20 minutes, I patiently waited until he talked to me and after my first question he started to get distracted and called me “impatient”, he didn’t answer me well and kept getting distracted by other staff and by letting other people pass their order while I still had technical questions. My repair order was promised to be sent the next day and I still don’t have any updates until now, two weeks later.

The best Staple store that I have visited. People are so friendly here, thanks to Simon who is great general manager. Although my home is in outremont, I prefer to go there instead of other branches. With all due respects to other branches, I give them five star because they are really helpful and Simon himself does everything he can for you.

Grandement nécessaire pour les fournitures de bureaux et durant les ventes pré-rentrées. Ils ont de tout et les prix sont dans la moyenne. Le gérant est d'un humanisme et d'une empathie flagrante donnant un réel plaisir à déambuler dans les allées.

Difficile a croire, mais personnes ne parle français pour me répondre dans ce magasin! A la caisse ça se passe également en anglais! Triste de voir qu'il n'est pas possible de se faire servir en français au Québec. Par contre il me fais plaisir vous dire en anglais, SHAME ON YOU!

And your order can't be cancelled or updated after been places, even 5-10 min later
Its bad consumer experience.
Amazon will take them over soon!
