I had a terrible experience at this store The staff was rude and unhelpful (no one wants to help not even the manager of the store who was DISRESPECTFUL: rude, discourteous, inconsiderate, impolite,) they say al kind of things for you to buy then they do not come through when you need help. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Expérience difficile dans cette succursale de bureau en gros. Le gérant a menti sur une commande et ensuite me dit que je manque de respect si je suis excédé! Je ne comprends pas pourquoi cette escalade et ce manque de compétence surtout en ce qui à trait au commande à récupérer sur place (soit disant 2 heures de délai et 3 jours sans nouvelles) et c'est au client de s'arranger avec le problème.et en plus il ne faut pas montré qu'on est insatisfait. Ouf je suis encore toute émotive de cette expérience.

Wanted to get some 4x6 printed off a USB drive. The person at the printing center told me it's best to print it at home but not to select the fast printing option because the quality isn't good. I asked for a test print so I can see the quality myself. She said she'll print me an "equivalent". It cost me over 5$ for the this test. It was 2 prints. Not even 4x6 format. Not on photo paper. Matte cardboard. Online I see that photo prints are 19cents each and printed on gloss photo paper even for the rush option. So not sure what I just paid 5$ for. This is bad service. Waste of money and not at all advising customers correctly. Feels like printing photos isn't even a complicated photo job. To boot, this is the second time I come in store to get this print job done, the first time there was other issues with their system and they told me to come back. This time the "advice" I got was completely different. Why tell me to come back in store only to then advise me it's better to do it online? Just a waste of money and time.

Been to one Staples in Québec, seen them all. They are great for office supplies, chairs, etc. Check out their specials, but price check bigger priced items as they can be very competitive, but not always.

I needed to increase the size of some letters and received step by step instructions from an employee. She showed me exactly where to place it on the glass so the items would fit onto the paper sheet size I needed from the trays below.

Unreliable service and staff is unhelpful and rude, after waiting 30 minutes on a call to get simple confirmation where is my order (that was supposed to be same day but it's already been 10 days without any updates) and then getting flushed when i tried to call again so now i cant even reach anyone.

Achat protecteur d’écran otter box. Censé avoir deux vitres et deux wipes. Une seule vitre et un seul wipe. Boîte était ouverte. Magasin peu rassurant. Employé malhonnête ou clients paumés? ! Vérifiez tout ce que vous achetez….

Very friendly and helpful staff. Shelves are well stocked and organized. Large parking lot and well located about a block off highway 20.

J’ai attendu pendant 15 minutes pour avoir des conseils sur les cartouches d’encre. 1 commis occupé. 4 derrière le comptoir. 3 autres ailleurs dans le
magasin. Personne n’est jamais venu m’offrir de l’aide. Service pitoyable. Les. Ommis font semblant d’être occupé.

Horrible service. They never call you back to inform you that your order is ready. They never answer the phone as many times as you call tell. It’s like the staff don’t want to be working there. Other staples are better, but I’m disappointed with this one.

Waited 25 minutes in line just to pick up a photo that was already paid for and printed. Definitely need more than one staff at the counter.

Cool store only missing a revamp, it's looked the same since about day 1. Some modernization wouldn't hurt it.

The store is very good for basics as it is not a large location. If you're looking to try out office chairs and desks do not come here. Other than that they have a place in the back to drop off wires electronics and markers. I was very happy to see that.

J'y suis allé pour trouver une chaise de bureau et il n'y en avait aucune en magasin. On n'y vend aucun bureau ni aucune chaise. De plus, j'ai regardé autour pour poser des questions et personne n'est jamais venu m'aider. Tous les commis semblaient ressemblés autour de la caisse.

Very helpful staff who do always go beyond and above and all this! Whenever I go there, either for shopping or printing/scanning or even the post services, I leave with complete satisfaction! Last time there, I was looking for a face shield and I told one of the staff I need it for a flight and he told me he has never heard it being obligatory and that it's not a bad idea to make sure first! He literally saved me about 30 bucks! Really appreciate it: D

Friendly service, staff are very knowledgeable. I do all my printing at the print centre. Never had any issues.

If I could give a 0 star review I would. The manager (i think named Michael) at the store implied that I broke a product I wanted to return and told me to not argue with him about the return policy when I am within the 30 return policy of the store since he claims the store will lose money on the return. Terrible customer service and I was able to return the product no issue at another store. The whole experience was simply terrible, avoid this store to save yourselves time and headache.

The manager called Michael offered terrible customer service. I wanted to return a computer screen and he refused to take it and told us to go to another store. He also gave us a lot of attitude. I then went to the bureau en gros on another location and had 0 problem returning it.

I went there to print some documents. After printing two pages from a PDF file I tried to print 4 pages out of 7 pages from another PDF file, but it didn’t work! I tried several times but no success! After two days, I see they charged me $4.69 for just 2 pages! (The price is $0.12+tax for each page) I realised that I tried 8 times to print 4 pages on two printers and they charged me for nothing! I don’t have the proof as I didn’t print the receipt.

I often stop in this Bureau en Gros. Store is clean.if you need office supplies, good chance they have what you need.
The staff here are helpful.
The store is generally well stocked, including sale items. They offer great deals on school supplies every year. We can get everything on the supply list in one stop.
Pricing isn’t the lowest, but the convenience is excellent.
Worth a visit if you are in need of office equipment, cameras, printers, routers, school supplies or backpacks, computers, headphones, speakers, landline phones or office furniture.

Very friendly greeter who helped me print my documents while I waited in line to enter the store.

Brought my laptop in to get checked and they told me I'd get a response within a day. It's been 3 weeks without any news and I am behind on many projects because of this. Even after calling them numerous times, they kept lieing to me saying I'd get a response within a day or by the end of the week. If I wouldve known it would take so long, I wouldve done business elsewhere.

Wow. I had packages to send and was told to go there. Online, it had its reduced hours up and said 12pm-5pm OPEN. Was rudely stopped by Luc, the manager, that said I no I cant go in. He said its closed and I explained online it says it's open and I just need to send my packages. He rudely replies "no. " No explanation or nothing. As if I'm a child. We're all confused in this time and a little info you have, Luc, would go a long way. He also said he wouldn't update the online info. Thanks.

I would give no star if it's allowed. Extreme poor service by this Bureau en Gros on Sherbrooke. My mother went there to buy ink and lease. Firstly, the sales person was very impatient about the fact that my mother was on the phone. The the sales person tried to write on top of the lease. My mother pointed out that he cannot write with the lease underneath as it will transcribe onto the pages below. The sales person got upset, and told my mother that she is NEVER ALLOWED TO BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE. He also made comments about how my mother dressed in a very discriminatory way. When my mother asked for the name store manager, the sales person initially told her that there is no store manager. When she went back the second time, the same sales person told her that he is the store manager, and gave her this card with the name Nozar Shabani on it, and told her to "go ahead and complaint, I will not serve you in the future. " My mother ended up returning everything she bought there, and made them write down the reason being "poor service". Honestly, I have never heard or witnessed such behavior in my life! I am more than upset!

Update on this unpleasant incidence: my friend who overheard the entire conversation between my mother and Nozar Shabani over the phone had helped my mother to report this encounter to the complaint department of Bureau en Gros. My friend had asked a formal, in-person apology from Nozar Shabani. Unfortunately, the regional manager has refused. I'm not sure the reason behind this refusal. I'm disappointed that Bureau en Gros allows discriminatory behaviors from their employees. I'm especially saddened to see that such overt discriminatory behaviors in Canada, a country that prides itself for diversity, openness and tolerance. My mother lives close to this store, and we have been shopping there for years. They can be reassured that we will not be going back to this store, or any Bureau en Gros stores.

Service pitoyable pour l''achat d'ordinateur. Ils ne sont pas intéressés par vos besoins. Si vous voulez faire améliorer (upgrade) un ordinateur que vous achetez chez eux, ça ne les intéresse pas de vous offrir ce service. Eux, ils vendent des ordinateurs tels quels seulement et vous envoient (paître ailleurs) vers des ateliers de réparation pour faire faire les améliorations.
P. S. Il y a deux (2) ans, j'étais allé à cette succursale pour acheter une caméra et le service était pitoyable. J'espérais qu'ils s'étaient améliorés depuis ce temps. Il semble que non.

Always enjoy visiting this store; it's well stocked, personnel are always friendly. The only thing missing is parking (but I guess you can't have everything).

Friendly & knowledgable staff (Chantale & Aaron) helped me set up my new computer in a timely, helpful, patient and professional way.

Nozar helped me buy an HP Printer and gave excellent service and great advice. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. His customer service was greatly appreciated.

Staff could be improved, they do not have good knowledge of store inventory. Asked where fine point markers/pens were, was told that they didn't have any. Found a very decent selection ten minutes later. Thanks for the excellent service!
