The staff on duty are super racist and doesn't help if you are a different ethnicity. Very bad experience from staff

Très mauvaise expérience encore une fois. J'y suis allée un jour de semaine. C'était le bordel dans le magasin, tout était éparpillé. Sur le site, l'article que je cherchais devait être en stock (25) et il ne restait plus rien selon l'employé sur place. Il n'a pas voulu m'aider plus qu'il faut, j'avais l'air de le déranger.

Went on the web site to see if they had a hard drive in stock. It said that they had it in stock. Then I drove 15 minutes to go get it, but then bureau en Gros tells me that it’s not in stock. So I wasted my time here. Thanks!

The 3.8 star rating they have right now does not do it justice. And I’m saying that because it should be at least 4.5 stars! And if we’re talking about the printing department, then that’s 5 stars
This is the only Staples I can go to and KNOW that they will take care and deliver high quality printing services for a very small price and in a quick timeframe.
Had name cards for my wedding printed here and now needed some more name cards (back to back) for an event. Went to 3 other Staples stores before coming here because those were closer but none of them were able to help me with what I needed.
A fairly new employee helped me but she did a fantastic job! And a big part of that I think is because she was trained by someone who’s been working there for a few years now and that I’ve interacted with before.
