I had a great experience with Yazen Mashael, he helped me with everything I needed and thanks to him I bought my phone from your store bell, I really want the manager to take care of him well!

Worst service ever… they chrges me 20$ extra and look way longer than the store in kirkland… in the printing department the lady employee with glasses is very rude and the other african lady took so long for just cutting. In the middle she was attending other customers even when i was waiting for my order…. Worst experience

Manque de personnel mais certains sont sympathiques.

Very nice, drop off the package is faster and more convenient than that of Kirkland Branch

The manager is incredibly rude and disrespectful.cut me off from talking to the employee who was serving me to give me attitude in front of other clients.from what i see in these reviews this seems to be the norm there.

Excellent poster quality
I printed large posters (90x120 cm) for conference twice and they were excellent. The price varies depends on how fast you want to have it done (50-80$). Victoria at the printing desk is awesome, she knows her stuff well. Dany was super helpful as well. THANK YOU both!

I recently had to replace my wireless router. I bought one at the store in Galleries des Sources. The clerk who I dealt with, Danny, was extremely helpful, especially when I went back because one of my home laptops wouldn't see the new network.

I had been in Bureau en Gros in Boul. Des Source, I had been waiting on the cash longer that I could imagine and no one is attending, and couple were also waiting behind me. What a store if no one is on the cash register?

Terribly understaffed, rude manager. Store was empty, waited in line to pay for paper. I left to go make a key in another nearby shop, came back 10 minutes later, was still in the exact same place in line. Cashier was processing a return with difficulty. Asked the manager if perhaps the photo person can ring up my purchase since I have been waiting over 15 minutes…”nope, we are all too busy, wait your turn! Nothing, I can do. ” Really, I think your manager needs to go for some customer service training. Useless!

Lady at the printing counter this morning was very nice and was doing her best with all the work that she had.

I would give a star or two less if I would have to rate speed but I think many companies are suffering from employee shortages.

So good job to her for working a two person position solo!

I put in an order to print 7 pages at 10 am. At 3 pm, they still hadnt printed my order and the store was empty. Not only were they rude, especially the woman serving me and another client after, but not one person there knew what they were doing.

They have a good selection of whatever you need AND they have a Purolator outlet if you need to ship anything

I had gone to avail photography service for passport. It was their closing time, 5 min were remaining to close, but still, the staff at the photography counter took photos and printed for us. Such a nice gesture that lady shown to us.

I visit yesterday waiting too long nobody help and when I ask again no one show up even the ladies show me the eyes and she told me after 15 minutes we have to finish our orders then we see you she was tottaly rude. I tell her atleast you have to answer me nicely and the senior lady told me I have to calm down even she talk rudely.
So such a bad experience. I never ever go again. V v v rude staff
