Le +: espace de reprographie. Lieu idéal pour les listes de fournitures scolaires et la panoplie du télétravailleur. Tarifs un peu plus chers qu’en grande surface mais la qualité est au rendez-vous. Vaut le déplacement!

Man, I'm not sure what happened to this location. Is it closing? Shelves are bare. The store looks beat up. Employees were friendly and helpful, though

I went to bring an old phone and printer for recycling. It doesn't specify this service so I asked the lady and she said yes and even printers "just leave next to the recycling boxes". She'll ask the highers up to put it on their website. 2 women answered my questions and they were both Very well situated and well organized and clean. The only caveat-wasn't able to confirm by that they have the recycling service cause no answer. Must've been busy.

Great service by Julianne at the printing station. Had to print multiple posters - she was efficient, resourceful, and very kind. Thank you for your help!

The store is really compact, cozy and is well organized. You can find what you're looking for most of the times.

The staff are the greatest asset in the store. They are knowledgeable, helpful and very respectful.

They do even help you to choose and help you to place an order for items on the website when they don't have it in stock.

Next door parking is another good point.
I have been costumer there for years and always happy with the quality of their products and services.

You will have good experience with this store thanks to their behind the scene hard work.

Awful experience they are unreachable by phone they literally never answer. They overcharged my credit card and it has been mission impossible to get refunded!

Has a parking lot (hence the 3 stars…), otherwise staff is quite slow. If you have the option to go to another Staples, that’s what I recommend.

Very close to Atwater metro station. All printing services like photo, copiers, printer, luggage, lamination, mailing and office supplies available. Friendly staff and wide range of products for office supplies.

This is what it looks like when a business begins a slow slide into irrelevance. One week ago, I ordered eight sample papers to see how they would look with my content. I had already decided to buy my own paper slicer because the per order cost of $15 seemed unreasonable to me. After a few days, I called the store to ask if my order was ready because I had received no updates online. Unfortunately, the phone seems to be broken in the copy centre. I decided to go to the store to see if my order was ready. I arrived and was told that they didn't have my order. Four days later, with still no updates online and with the phone still not working, I went into the store again. This time I was lucky enough to get the attention of an employee who clearly knew what he was doing. When I asked about my order he told me that they had had it ready for over a week. I received no updates online (it was always "in-production"), I tried calling, and I even visited the store multiple times. How am I supposed to trust this business with my printing needs? Well, I decided to do the printing myself. Not only can I not trust this store, but I also spent so much time waiting that I just decided to print and prepare my document needs myself.

Came to print a few documents, it got a little complicated although thankfully Anasthasius was very helpful in the process and helped me print my documents. Kind guy, patient, good service overall

It's not a busy outlet but doing well on its own.some things may be out of stock but staff are helpful.

Found what I was looking for: J-Cloths at a good price, for some crazy reason Canadian Tire has been out of stock for the last 7 months?

I had an urgent / last minute printing job for my wedding and Athanasius handled it with great care. He was very friendly and made us feel like we were a top priority. The print job was excellent as was the customer service. I highly recommend Athanasius and the Bureau en Gros in Westmount for your printing needs.

Just a quick note about the recommendation made by the attendant in the Copy Center of the store. Mr. Athanasius (apologies if I misspelled) helped with some shredding I needed to get done and that went well. But I also had more to do and he gave me the exact URL address on the Staples site and mentioned that Iron Mountain would pick-up at home. At my age, I really didn't want to carry so much stuff from my home to the store. With the exact internet address, I was able to make arrangements quickly with Iron Mountain, their service provider, and be done with all that junk. Thanks much for your help.

Purchased a pair of skullcandy earphones. The person at the counter highly suggested buying the warranty as he said it would be good for 1 full replacement for any reason. I thought this sounded great and took the warranty.
9 months later I dropped one earphone into the snow and couldn’t find it.

I returned to the store for an exchange and then i’m told the warranty is only good for hardware problems. Why would I buy a warranty for hardware problems on earphones? !

Was very frustrated. Will never waste my money here again

It seems to be a good Bureau en Gros (Staples) in terms of items you're looking for, but you cannot find staff, if you have a question!
I had to run between the isles for a while to manage to find someone to help me.

Le côté le moins agréable. Le stationnement. J'ai dû attendre dans ma voiture quelques minutes le temps que de la clientèle sort du magasin.

Extremely helpful staff, their self serve printers wouldn't read my flash drive and the staff did everything to help me without charging me a crazy amount extra.

Terrible customer service! I arrived 25 minutes before closing and I was waiting for an employee to help me use the scanner but they were busy helping other customer. While I waited, I walked around the store, but then the employee took another person. I waited 10 minutes more or less but then I was told to come back the following day because it was 6pm. I told the employee that I have been waiting for a while, but he insited that I returned the following day. I found it extreamly disrespectful since I was inside the store long before closing.

Nice store but they don't have a large inventory they recommend you go on line, good service and friendly

Poor service because their printing pictures service was bad. The manager was impatient and arrogant. He didn't care about my customer experience. He wanted to charge me for a service I paid already. Very disappointed of the manager attitude.

I have never posted any reviews positive or negative anywhere about anything, but I feel like people should be warned that the the manager is a complete Karen. Go there if you want to see what it's like when Karen IS the manager. She abuses the microscopic amount of power that she has been given. I would suggest going to another office supply store, or even to the Bureau en Gros downtown or in Westmount instead of here. I have shopped there many times because it is close to my house, but today I had an extremely unpleasant experience, and I will never be returning

I went there to use the computer to transfer some photos from a CD to my flash drive. The computer won't read the CD it doesn't even shows and i asked for help and he just said I don't know why and i told him i should not be charged for this session he said you are already charged just logg-off and he left. So, i logged out and went to the photos counter they would not help they just asked me to go to the technical counter so i went there.the lady was helping someone and took a long time and nobody else was at the counter for almost 20 minutes and i just left.i lost time and money for nothing. Bad customer service

Terrible service. Called and waited on hold 10 minutes for an in store tech rep only to be transferred and put on hold again. Asked for a specific laptop which they did not have in stock. Asked for a comparable one that I could pickup today. Was told to go in store and shop for one myself. Advised trying to avoid going in store shopping due Covid. Was told to shop online as he "Jason" did not have half an hour to waste trying to find a comparable laptop in stock, despite being on the phone for 3 minutes. Wow.

Nice staff, a good selection of products and great location with free parking. I particularly am fond of the service I receive at the printing department. Very kind and patient staff! Sometimes it’s hard to get someone to help you though when you are looking for something or would like guidance. Maybe they are understaffed.

The associate Raphael was extremely helpful! He had many clients and was busy but helped me pick the right product. 10/10 would recommend this location, the staff is very nice.

I like to stop by to print things once in a blue moon. Nice self-serve features with their printers. They have a cool feature where you can video call a customer service representative in the store, pretty neat innovation!

C' est que j' aime de ce magasin. Ce sont les imprimantes auto service. On peut envoyer un fichier par courrier de son téléphone à l'imprimante et imprimer. Ce que je n'aime pas ce que les toilettes ne sont pas ouvertes au public.

Last night I went there. I was on harry and I needed to spiral bounding my book ASAP. Nice lady helped me kindly. I really appreciate her help.

Large selection of electronics, office furniture and supplies. They also offer copy service but I've never used it so cannot comment on its quality or reliability. I like the location because it's on the edge of downtown so while it's still easily accessible by public transportation it's not as crowded as other more central electronics stores. Service is so-so. It's not always easy to find someone to help and they try to push the store warranty when you do make a purchase. They have weekly sales though so you can often find good deals. A decent place to buy affordable office chairs although the quality is not always the best.

I've been shopping here quite often now and the service here is just perfect. You can pretty much ask any employee about certain articles and they help you out right away. Especially this younger employee, called Raphael I believe, who seemed like he's been working there for years just by his attitude and common sense.

I always had great service there, but I was worried when I went today to return a purchase that was ill-advised - but after a quick check they gave me a full refund even though I bought the item offline. That took a lot of stress off of my shoulders and I will continue to shop there regularly!

Nice staff, clean and convenient location. I highly recommend this location for printing services. The staff are very kind and efficient. Athanasius is one of their best employees for printing services.

Great service not only from management but the cashiers are also Great and very helpful and polite.

I went there to print on a specific paper, the employee refused as she can’t print on paper not provided by bureaux en gros (understandable), So I proceeded to choose from the selection of paper they offer.after choosing, the employee told me that they don’t have this paper, but I can find it at bureaux en gros old port. I went to bureaux en gros old port, and they did not have the paper:)

La beauté de ce magasin réside dans l'emplacement. Situé dans Westmount, il n'est pas trop achalendé mais vu qu'il est sur 2 étages, ils sont bien fournis. Ils ont tout le necessaire de bureau et le classique service d'impression. Vous trouverez facilement du stationnement.

Never returning to this store ever again. I bought a laptop 2 months ago, and this week the screen ceringe literally broke appart, it wasn't a cheap laptop either.

I was impressed by the speedy, courteous efficiency of Athanasius, who cheerfully performed my requested print service.

Très mauvaise expérience! J'ai dû attendre 55 minutes pour voir la gérante. Je ne l'ai pas vue et je suis parti. Je l'ai appelée, mais en vain. Aucun professionnalisme. Aucune initiative de sa part pour trouver une solution. Je n'y mettrai plus jamais les pieds.

Terrible online ordering system. You order, get the confirmation but once you get to the store they tell you they have no idea what I'm talking about. I had to cancel the order and go back home but once I got home it got even worse. After checking my statement, I see 3 approved transaction when I only ordered one tablet and they weren't able to give it to me. Jeez, all I got to say is that Amazon is going to rampage them, Bureau En Gros's tech is far behind.

Horrible customer service. They email and call you to tell you something is ready for pick up. You get there and there's no record of your order. When they finally locate it, they still don't know what name it is under and when you ask so you know for the future you're told "I'm too busy for this". Yes, it's my fault you're not organized and waisting time on this.
