Had the worse experience with bureau en gros.
I ordered 3 individual posted 50$ each. Which was purchased online through their website, you create your design on canva which is easy as i use it daily. When it came to picking up my order, which I didn't pick up the same day. I picked it up 2 days later, there was only 2 posted printed and it was 2 of the same design. This was for a funeral overseas and my mother was leaving the following day by plane. I had to go home resend them but because it was done through the website it was timed out and the design was gone, I had to recreate it and save it, go back to the store and have it printed again. Only for the border to be completely different from the first print. When I got home with all three prints, 2 there ripped on the sides. Very disappointed.

Very, very terrible experience and I will never shop at this business ever again, honestly I'm not even sure how this business is kept alive. I bought a headset from this company and with it comes a non refund policy which is understandable but on day one the headset had a defect and didnt even work correctly on one of its sides. I return to the store the next day wanting either an exchange or a refund for a product that obviously has a defect in it. Here comes the biggest hassle of my life for returning a product that was broken before purchase that I bought online. I had go to 4 different Bureau en Gros stores to finally get my issue fixed and at 4 different locations the employees told me completely different excuses on why they couldn't solve my problem.

Excuse #1: "Sorry the system won't let me refund this product at the moment come back 48hrs later" (When the refund command was clearly visible to me on the stores computer and it was very apparent that the employee didnt wanna deal with my issue.)

Excuse #2: "Sorry our tech testing specialist just left a few minutes ago we need to verify that the product actually has a defect please come back at a later date"

Excuse #3 "Sorry we don't do refunds on these products even if they have defects on purchase, online or bought on store, its like this everywhere even at Walmart & Best Buy. (Obvious Lie) But you can try going to the original bureau en gros you bought this product from to try and refund it. "

Excuse #4 "We normally never refund these things and its not something we do, but ill do it just for you this one next time please purchase our protection plan so you can avoid this. " (WHAT? If its not something you do then why are you doing it? I know my consumer protection laws and by law this is covered instead I'm being fed that I should purchase their over piced and unnecessary protection plans.)

For all these reasons I will never buy from this company ever again, I rather go to Walmart, Amazon and Best Buy where Ive never had issues like this.

Mauvaise gestion du personnelle il y a la quête a plusieurs caisses et des employés attendent les bras croisés au lieu d aider.

Pas vraiment de stock 2 produits en exposition que je demande 2 produits indisponible.

Les prix sur les produits exposés ne sont pas toujours affichés

Found an excellent Roots backpack for a great price (it was in sale). When paying, however, I was initially charged the full price and had to guide the cashier toward the stand to show her the special. Careful with what you are being charged

Super inefficient staff who aren’t trained on how to do their jobs or answer questions.
I was sent from one staff to the next and no one was able to help me with my shipment even though they are an authorized shipping center for FEDEX.

Not much choice during back to school shopping especially for pencil-cases and other accessories/stationary. They sell out fast although cahier canada's/ Hilroy in abundance. Not many staff on hand to direct you to the right aisle, help you find what you need.

Très très bon service, le Gérant Mr Nabil ainsi que l employé Nadim très courtois et patient surtout pour l achat d un ordinateur cela prend du temps quand on ne s y connait pas et de plus un problème d air miles au moment de payer.bref ils ont été très serviable, et patient je le répète. Merci à vous 2. J espère que votre directeur régional reconnaît sa chance d avoir des employés comme vous 2.

Very bad costumer service nobody answers the phone. I bought a extended warranty just in case I have problems with the laptop. And when I went to tell them the laptop was to slow and that there was a problem with it they send it all the way back to the factory and they told me that I have to pay for the repairs. Why would I pay I have extended warranty. The service after sales is realy bad can even upgrade my laptop ram without losing warranty. When you go shopping for a new computer there isn't enough selection and the computers are realy cheap I don't recommend going there.

It's a big box chain store. You know what to expect. Good selection, decent prices, staff that is friendly enough but not knowledgeable.

I went to buy ink cartridges and the box was empty when I got home. I came back and they treated me like a thief and made me wait 20 minutes. The manager should not even work in customer service.

Worst service ever. Store manager told me to take extended warranty and that if something went wrong within the first year that they would just exchange it outright. Liar. When something did go wrong I was told to contact the manufacturer.

Very frustrating I had to wait half an hour to get some papers printed because the the girls on the printing section are having a conversation with other people it's the last time I go to bureau en gros next time I'm going to some small local printing place. I wish you go bankrupt very frustrating

Pire service de réparation que j'ai vu. Attendu 4 semaines pour s'entendre dire.nous n'avons pas envoyer votre ordinateur à la réparation nous n'avons plus de boite pour colis! Pourtant il y a une semaine vous m'avez dis qu'il était au service de réparation: menteur = plus confiance!
Repris ordinateur avec alimentation manquante etc etc.un conseil: fuyez ce magasin!

Store manager super rude, arrogant, and impolite. I called to ask something about printing he said I don't know you have to come ask. I asked of he could transfer me to the employee printing station. He said they're busy can't receive calls. I said when can I call they said they're always busy no time for that? Anyway went there both employees were free!

Worst service ever coming from the store director, Claude.
Multiple copies of the item I was buying were on the shelf without being in the system, thus not scanning at the register. The store director, Claude, kept insisting that he could not sell those items to me nor that he could add them in the system. He told me in a very rude manner to go shop else where because my business is not important to him.all of that in front of his employees and other customers!
Never going back there.

Went to take pictures for visa. The camera battery was dead. Took 15 min to recharge it. After I told them I need it for Chinese visa and need electronic copy. Said no problem.only could take one picture and battery dead again.then scan the picture and save it to my USB. After went to embassy, find out picture are not right and he saved the electronic copy in PDF which could not do anything with.
I need a specific resolution.

J'aimerai prendre le temps de dire que le technicien Antoine a bureau en gros méga centre notre dame excellent service il a rendu mon ordinateur comme neuf même mieux. Je lai amener au départ a un technicien qui s'appelle Stéphane qui la rendu pire qui l’était il voulait juste me charger tandis que j'ai acheter une garantie exprès il me mentionne que j'avais un virus mais au lieu de me nettoyer mon ordi comme Antoine me la faire il ma juste installer un anti virus par dessus mon virus la même journée de cette situation je contacte le magasin je parler avec Chloé directrice du magasin qui me dit venez demain je vais vous rembourser l'anti virus et l'installation je rappel le lendemain elle dit a Stéphane qu'elle ma jamais dit je me suis senti insulter arriver sur place ont l'appel a plusieurs reprise pour qu'elle vient au département technique elle n'est jamais descendu elle a même pas prit la peine de rappeler son collègue Antoine peu importe mauvais service intense mais Antoine vous a sauver une cliente qui va retourner puis l'employer Claude aussi qui donne envie de revenir grâce a son magnifique service.

Je tenais absolument a partager mon expérience
