If you close your doors before 6: 30pm and your closing hours say 7pm, please just change your hours instead of making people drive to a closed location.

I usually love the print services at Bureau en Gros. I go to print documents and get them bound and the service is quick and courteous. However, I had pictures printed there and the quality was just garbage. The pictures were professionally taken and the print result was pixelated and the colors off. Very disappointed by the quality of the photo service.

Vicki at the print center is really great. During a busy day, I had a rush order that needed to be FedExed before the deadline. She handled it quickly and efficiently and put everything neatly in a box to keep from getting wet outside due to the weather.

J'ai dû retourner une imprimante (achetée en ligne et ramassée en magasin) le jour suivant l'achat (les logiciels inclus étaient défectueux). Je m'attendais à avoir des problèmes, étant donné l'achat en ligne, et le fait qu'il s'agissait d'une imprimante assez dispendieuse, mais non! Le personnel a été extrêmement courtois et serviable et le retour s'est fait rapidement et très facilement. De plus, on m'avait dit que le remboursement sur ma carte de crédit se ferait en 3-4 jours, mais le lendemain j'étais déjà remboursée. Excellent service, je recommande ce magasin!

C'est un bureau en gros plus petit que la plupart des magasins du même nom mais vous pouvez y trouver à peu près tout ce dont vous avez besoin!

They dont match price ink even though they claim to do so in their policy. Wanted to by ink and found a canadian website that sells the official brother ink but still refused to match price it because it is "recycled" ink. Weirdly enough, it is the official brand, official ink with the same yield.

Ended up ordering online.

I would have given 5 stars if I could have found what I wanted, but Christopher was extremely helpful in trying to find the items both in the store and online. We finally did find what I wanted online and we did everything there. The last time I would have given only one star as the young lad who served me appeared to hate his job and did not want to be there or be helpful.

The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because there was one girl this morning when I went that was not happy that she had to help me with the photo copy machine, she helped me but she definitely wasn't happy about it, but the service is usually pretty good

This morning, I was going to print some returning labels and ship a parcel internationally. An employee named ‘Laura’ helped me a lot. She’s very kind and patient. When I decided not to get the parcel shipped because of the carrier’s shipping rate, she even didn’t charge me for printing! I could ‘see’ her eyes smiling although we were face masked! Thank you Laura! I had very positive experiences in this Bureau En Gros!

Comprend pas pourquoi vous dite sur votre répondeur que vous etes ouvert avec des heures restrictive mais qu'en fait vous etes fermer.tout les entreprises on ouvert le 11 mai.mais vous etes toujours fermé. On doit faire rouler nos entreprises et nous avons besoin de fourniture

Best place ever! Great services, great staff, place is clean, professional. It basically has everything that you need! Got the 6.99 protection plan for 2 years! What a deal!

Have a wide range of products in stock the store is well organized and it's easy to find what you are looking for. Lots of free parking and just a few blocks off highway 20 and a bonus they give Air Miles rewards

J'ai vu bien d'autres Bureau en Gros mais mon dernier passage ici m'a vraiment fait plaisir parce que les aubaines informatiques étaient de vraies mines d'or. Même le niveau de service client avait de quoi en redemander parce que les employés semblaient avoir la connaissance et la compétence.

Staff is great and knowledgeable with what they do. They have a printing services for anyone who needs help with that. I bought a laptop here which they did not have in stock and they asked me how I would like to get it and gave me the option to wait 2business days or to get in touch with the store for pickup. The whole purchase took only about 40min with a financing approval.

The store is well organised. Its staff is welcoming and professional. The print order requested, was quickly understood and the final work was perfect. The associate assisting me was very knowledgeable and efficient.

SCAMMERS! I brought my computer in for repair, paid $60 for diagnostics (which I should have known better not to do). Had a bad feeling from get-go as guy was giving me the worst most expensive scenarios as to what could be wrong with it. A week later they told me that my hard drive and fan needed replacing. $230 on top of the $60! They said if i wanted my old hard drive back, there was ALSO a fee because it became their property! I said it's MY computer, how could it be their property!? I told them I wanted my computer back, no repairs. Took them a week to return it from the depot. Brought it elsewhere, next day the new place told me it was working fine but fan was noisy so they replaced it THE SAME DAY. Stay away from any Bureau on Gros for computer repairs! Wasted 2 weeks for scammers! Thank goodness my instincts kicked in and I went elsewhere! NEVER again, they lost a good customer!

Well it's staples. Not sure what sort of review you expect. I asked the man for blue pens and he gave them to me. 5 stars

It was easy to find the product i needed online. I ordered it and pick it up in store. Fast. Simple.and great quality.

Staples advertised and still advertising the Epson WorkForce ET-4550 EcoTank printer, they have had the same add online for weeks. When you try to verify inventory a message comes up, Only available in store! When you visit the store, the clerk said it’s been discontinued. At this point Staples will try to sell you something else at a much higher price. Not fair to the consumer, waisted of time. NOTE, When a product cannot be verified on line do not waist your time.
