I LOVE this Bureau en gros. They are well equipped (user friendly self-serve machines) and well supplied (always have what I'm looking for), but more importantly the staff are AMAZING. Every person I've encountered, in all departments, has been helpful and friendly-every time I go! More than that, I am especially impressed with the printing & marketing department-the staff go over and beyond the call of duty to ensure the order is done perfectly-every time! And they're super nice! I HIGHLY recommend this store.

They have more staff than customers. Yet, when you call you might wait 45 minutes. So decided to drive there still connected to their answering system which said there are experiencing higher than usual volume of clients.
I get there and three young people at the front cash looking at me with no work to do, yet no one in line, no one in the store.
My product was ready the day before for pick up but no one bothered to call me even the next day to pick it up.
Store should only hire the best people (like in my days) who want to work and I mean work.

Beau grand magasin, mais peu de stock. Pour renouveler le matériel scolaire durant l'année, je ne trouve jamais ce que je veux. Le service d'impression est bon!

Nice place, went there to print some construction plans. Got some attitude from the young female employee at the printing counter for some reason (possibly because I came in at the opening), I was the second in line at the printing area, patiently waiting my turn about 6 feet from the counter behind the current customer and she asks another employee at the mailing department 12 feet away to ask me what I needed. I'm standing right in front of her and can clearly hear her, she could have just asked me directly. What was that about? Who knows? Anyways I didn't say anything and went about my day, but maybe a re-training on customer relations is needed there.

Been calling them for 5 days straight about the status of my order. I am only coming into town tomorrow. And don’t want to wait to find out it wasnt done

Absolutely abysmal organization and customer service from the staples print centre in kirkland. I've never been this frustrated and stressed out - and all over a simple order.
If you can avoid them, please go elsewhere!

1. The calendar i initially ordered wasn't going to be delivered in time

2. Contacted store, who told me same thing. I asked to cancel

3. Store told me to order it with different location instead, that it would be done in time no problem. I ask them to cancel my order with them and they confirm they will

4. I order with other location, call them and ask if it would indeed be okay in the timeframe

5. They confirm, i believe all is well

6. I call monday to check in, only to be told by different associate that the type of calendar i ordered cant be rushed as they don't even make it in store

7. I ask them to cancel it then, they say they cant do that either, that I have to email customer service

8. I go online to see my orders and find out that my first order was never cancelled either.

9. I contact customer service, they say it is cancelled, but to refund me I must go in person to each store

10. I refuse, as that's simply ridiculous (one is in kirkland, one is in ddo, going to both would take me at least half a day literally). They say they can't refund me because they dont keep card info 'for security reasons'

11. I refuse again and finally they agree to refund me.

12. I find a different type of calendar that has a 'same day' option. It says orders before 12pm can be picked up before 6pm, and that orders after 12pm can be picked up before 6pm the next day. I put my order in last night.

13. I call around 2: 30pm to check on the status and see if i can go pick it up. The employee says they dont know and that the print department is too busy to take calls, and that I should call back in a few hours.

14. I call back at 5pm, with no one answering the phone. I alternate calling the store and calling the print dept of the store. Neither answers at all.

15. They close at 6pm. Still no answer and no updates by email either.

16. I call staples customer service (number given in email) only to be told to call the store. I explain what I've done and that they are closed. They say they can write them an email, and that they should respond within
2 business days.which would be too late. They also cannot cancel my order or do anything.

17. I wrote another email to customer service, no response

18. I wake up to an email telling me my order is cancelled.by customer request! I did no such thing!

Worst service ever! Not one customer in store and I see three associates yet no one can give you service. Went there to bring a package for Fedex. Somehow the guy working there was "too busy" to come to the counter and says to leave the package. The next day I see they still haven't scanned the package. I called from 9: 00am straight through to 10: 45am and no one at any extension answers the phone. I've had similar experiences in the past with this store but now I've had it and leaving a review.

The store opens at 9 AM and i have been calling the printing services dept since then, non stop (its now 9: 30) and no one has answered yet. Then it says if you need customer assistance, dial 8 and there also.no one answered. Great service eh. I guess i have to drive there to get answers to my questions.

Service center: unfortunately like most businesses there is a lack of staff but the ones that were there were great. Dave was funny and helpful although very busy. You could see that he wanted to do more but was stretched to the max. The help was still appreciated. Love the self serve options for photocopying and printing. I would recommend that the store displays the instructions in front of the photocopiers instead of having to wait in line.

While bureau en gros itself is a good store for office supplies the photo printing centre has terrible customer service. The online photo centre to print pictures is decent and easy to use you can order photos online, pay and go pick them up they send you an email when they are ready but when you get into the store to JUST PICK UP your photos which are already paid for there are always a bunch of employees standing around in the back of the photo centre talking and/or a big line up where the cashier doesn’t ask for one of the employees talking to another employee to come help but just makes you wait. I have given them a couple chances and say “maybe next time it won’t be bad or I won’t have to wait” and sure enough I have ordered photos at least 4 times and each time I wait over 15 mins at the Cash while other employees are doing nothing! Terrible service won’t print pictures there again.

I went to this office to scan some documents. So at first I was referred to selfservice scanner. The first thing they do is that they charge your credit card and while you are being charged (it is based on how long you are using the pc) they explain which printer to use, and guess what! The printer was out of service, and the guy working there was trying the turn it on while my card was being charged.
Then they told me to go to the counter and ask the person for scanning. I had to wait in line for 20-25 minutes only to be told that she did not have enough time to scan my documents and I should’ve used the self-service scanner.
The only reason I am giving one star is that the place was nice and tidy. Otherwise, customer service was below zero, And yes in the end i got charged for the service that was never done.

I am officially done with Staples online ordering.they currently sport one of the most frustrating online order systems I've used in years. I've been running into many inventory issues with them, purchasing something their website says is in stock but then the order fails immediately, gets cancelled, or like what just happened - I get to the store for curbside pickup and they just don't bring out part of your order and don't tell you.you have to ask to find out they don't have it.it's not clear when something is not being fulfilled. That's enough of my time wasted Staples, I'm taking my business elsewhere

I go here regularly to shop and print documents & small posters for work. The staff if helpful and friendly, they seemed to have always followed COVID protocols, and I'm usually in and out very quicky.

Love the store, needed stationery, purchased stationary. Check their website before you go, there are afe often offers that you would miss casually walking through.

The DDO location is a little older, but staff are much more friendly and they usually have everything in stock. The Kirkland location has limited inventory and staff are not very 'interested' in helping out.

Always has quality and variety in products. Was looking for a specific monthly agenda for 2022-2023 with a specific layout and found it finally there! So happy!

We have an old Brothers laser printer for more than 10 years. It still work fine except not able to connect WiFi at 5G speed. This is the store having the most selection of printers available. The salesman is very knowledgeable and able to explain the difference between different brands and design. Finally we bought another Brothers laser printer with paper feeder and scanner. Took no time to setup and is working beautifully with PC and air streaming. This venture worth absolutely five stars for quality and service. Will definitely choose this store again.

Bureau en Gros Kirkland is a decent Office supply store with many things to see and buy. It is more technology and less about the supply. It is located in front of the Highway so it is easy to get to by car. The only thing that bothers me is that Customer service can be a difficult place because there is not a lot of people there to help you when you need it the most.

All in all a decent office supply store. I hope to see changes and improvements. All in all it is one of the smallest Bureau en Gros in the city and I hope that they will change that.

This is my go to place for office supplies and on occasion electronic devices. With available coupons and a price matching policy (+10% of the difference) and a friendly staff you can't go wrong by shopping at this Bureau en gros/Staples location.

Been there numerous times. I've had good service from their employees. You can return electronics and printer cartridges without any hassle.

2021/9/30 - Went shopping today for an office chair. Half their chairs had no price. How hard is it too put the price on a product? Took my business elsewhere!

Having gone there this morning for school supplies I was very disappointed by the amount of empty shelves. Many advertised items were not available. And I ended leaving with next to nothing and going to Edition Vaudreuil to get everything. Previous years they were much better.

Very disappointed with their customer service. I came the day before to laminate items. The employee reassured me that all my items would be ready the next day for 1: 00 pm. However, I received a call the next day at 10: 40 am, informing me that unfortunately my documents would only be ready at 5pm even though I was guaranteed for 1 pm. The employees had nothing more to say than "I understand" without finding a better solution than an hour earlier. I have explained to both employees from the day prior and today that my school closes at 4: 00 pm and I will not be in town for the next days. If you are a teacher, I encourage you to go somewhere else.

Up until 10 minutes ago, I would have given this store five stars. I am a small business owner and have bought almost all of my office gear there. And I have never had a problem.

Now I give it zero stars. I bought a wireless set of headphones because my new phone does not have the 1/8 inch (3.5 mm) jack. I asked the salesman for a nice set of wireless headphones to listen to music.

So the salesman recommended a $200 set of headphones. I got home and tried to pair them with my phone. And nothing. The headphones are only for PC. I needed headphones for my new phone.

I went through the process a few times. Nothing. So I went online and the first video I watched trashed these headphones because they do not connect to headphones via the phone Bluetooth! I specifically stated that to the salesperson.

So exactly 24 hours later, as I attempted to return the headphones, I told the sales manager the phone connectivity problem, plus the fact the side access panels fall off when you put them on.

The manager told me they won't accept a return and will not refund me.

I told him I won't shop there. As a business owner, I have spent tens of thousands of dollars there, over a couple of decades, on office furniture, computers, IT accessories, printers, ink, paper, etc.

Now, I will shop elsewhere. You made $200 but lost a loyal shopper.

Customer support is imperative for success.

And 24 hrs after the manager would not accept my return item, I went to a rival West Island store. I bought a USB C to 3.5 mm dongle. It wasn't busy there and I had an opportunity to speak to the manager at the rival store about my headphone issue. I told her the salesman who sold a set of headphones that did not connect wirelessly to my phone. She said COVID is why they don't refund them. However, if a salesperson sells the incorrect item not to the customer requirements the she would have refunded my item with no question whatsoever.

So shop somewhere else. That Beareau en Gros manager was totally ignorant to my need and requirement as a customer.

Excellent customer service, now how rare is that? The past few months with the pandemic has made shopping feel like a chore and not at all enjoyable, but being in Bureau en Gros, Kirkland has made my day twice now. The greeting at the door makes you feel welcome and all's well. It makes for a pleasant shopping experience when the staff is helpful and polite.

Went to this location to buy a Samsung Tablet and I was told debit/ credit card machine not working and that I should go cash. So I drove to my nearest bank got the cash and came back only to he told register not working so can't sell the tablet to me.
So yeah thank you for wasting my time and my gas and above all thank you for helping me realize that I am the customer and i have the power.so Amazon you're up.

«On a beaucoup étudié les besoins de nos clients et on croit que ce nouveau type de magasin très axé sur les technologies va les séduire», a indiqué au «Journal de Québec» le grand patron de Bureau en Gros au Canada, David Boone, de passage au Québec samedi.

La première mouture de cette nouvelle génération de succursales de Bureau en Gros a ouvert ses portes à Kirkland, dans l’ouest de Montréal, au cours des derniers jours.

Le détaillant ne cache pas que, pour gagner des parts de marché, il doit prendre un virage technologique, alors qu’il a toujours été perçu par les consommateurs comme un détaillant traditionnel de fournitures de bureau et de matériel informatique.

«Or, avec ce nouveau concept, les consommateurs qui vont venir chez Bureau en Gros vivront une expérience différente. On veut les aider à évoluer et à apprendre avec les produits et les formations que l’on offre», a précisé David Boone.

Le slogan de ce nouveau concept de magasins s’articule autour du monde du travail, de l’apprentissage et de l’évolution.
Unique au monde

Selon le PDG de Bureau en Gros, ce nouveau magasin de la chaîne se veut à l’avant-garde des pratiques des détaillants de fournitures de bureau.

«C’est un concept unique au monde, où l’apprentissage est mis de l’avant dans toutes nos sections», a-t-il fait valoir.

Le nouveau concept de magasins renferme des nouveautés pour les clients. Par exemple, Bureau en Gros a fait aménager à l’intérieur de son magasin une mini agora qui peut accueillir des conférenciers et des ateliers.

Parmi les autres particularités, Bureau en Gros dit avoir regroupé ses produits dans cinq nouvelles zones, selon les besoins de ses clients.

La zone Solution permet notamment aux clients de Bureau en Gros de résoudre tous leurs problèmes technologiques et d’imprimantes auprès de techniciens sur place.

Staff was helpful and friendly. I really didn't feel pressured while I was there looking around. Their new store layout was easy to navigate, and looked awesome. Free coffee was a plus too, and the staff even remembered me from my first visit over a week ago. Stores and staff like this are going to save the retail industry. Good job guys! I hope you read this!

The new Location for this Staples / Bureau en gros is nice, open and bright. A completely different feel to other stores as the concept is more interactive with clients and not so much a "rowed-shelf-warehouse" feeling. The staff was extremely helpful and proud of this new location (as it opened yesterday on December 4th) and all wore bright smiles. The managers and staff were greeting clients as they walked in the store and even had complimentary coffee for customers (rather awesome Starbucks brewing station with 3 type selection).

The staff was very helpful in assisting me with my needs and questions and would definitely recommend this new, more accessible and easy-to-get to location.

Would Def recommend this location!
