Employees a la caisse désagréable et arrogante au plus au point qui insiste a dire que je ne sait pas se que jai commander et qui ne veut pas changer ma commande. Heureusement la gérante a regler la situation apres 5 minute d'argument

Tres mauvais restaurant les frites étaient verte la boeuf sentait le poisson et il y’avait un cheveux dans mes frites

Absolutely everything about this restaurant is gross. The food made both my boyfriend and I sick, the employees were extremely rude and arrogant about speaking English, and I just about vomited the second I walked into the public washroom. Worst fast food restaurant I’ve ever encountered. Wish I could give it zero stars…

30 min au service à l'auto. C'est le mercredi Whopper donc beaucoup de monde à l'intérieur. Très très long. Par contre la nourriture était bonne.

Best burger, staff very flexible, especially the Cashier is very active smart, but I think they need to train more the ladies (when client asks for ketchup 2 pcs enough no need to give more).
One point I would like to highlight as all the fast food restaurants in Canada, they should focus more on cleaning the tables.

Had no burgers at all. Only chicken. Took over 15mins to get my order when there was nobody ahead of me. Looks like the owner is telling them not to cook anything and do one order at a time. They're getting a review of some sort but they dont seem to have any of the proper ingredients. The manager seems more concerned about their review than providing any type of good service.

Just waited 30 minutes in drive through. I get that it's a little busy but this is an unacceptable amount of time to keep a customer in a one way trap.

Ce resto devrait fermé pour de bon au lieu de la rénover. En passant, plusieurs clients se rendent au resto sur Gréber sans savoir que c'est fermé pour réno! Pas indiqué sur la site web et pancarte par terre dans le stationnement. Il y avait toujours de la chicane dans le staff et la nourriture froide infecte. Attente interminable mêne quand le resti était vide. Très très mal géré. Pas une grosse perte si ça ferme pour de bon.

I just love going to that place. Way better than the mcdonalds next to it, the staff is super friendly and the quality of the food is very good for its value.

Went inside to order and I’m glad we did because we definitely saved ourselves from getting food poisoning. I’ve never seen a dirtier chain restaurant. The pop station had days old dried pop stuck to the stainless steel, the floors were disgusting, And the whole place is just a disaster. By the time we got the food out to the car we decided we couldn’t eat it and went back in for a refund. I don’t know how this place is passing local health inspections or how management or BK corporate allows it to still be open and serving food. Based on other reviews it looks like quite a few people have gotten sick here.

How this place can have any stars? Did you go inside.never seen restaurant so dirty and smell like bathrooms were not cleaned for long time.it's the worst place I ever been to. I'm suprise it doesn't get shut down by health inspections cause it's definitely not up to any standards at all. And by the way.all Burger King's in Gatineau or Ottawa are gross.very dirty and slow. I love Burger King but they should be all closed.

I would give a 0 star if I could. The doors are always locked at 9 PM when the sign on the door says closes at 10. There's people inside but the doors are locked. I'm never going there again.

Tres decu. Ten qua servire de la VIDANGE comme sa fermer boutique! Meme pas mangeable! Tres mal propre et ne mettre meme pas les ingrediens afficher. Le pain goutais le vieu et les frites/ognion rings et batonais de fromage hors du commun GRAS Je parle pas du normal gras mais bien decoulinant! Mon pain de sandwish au poulet etais renplis dhuile Et tout sans compter de la mal propreté de lendroit Serieusement fermer votre commerce Je ne remettrer plus JAMAIS les pieds dans cette endroit Je comprend meme pas pourquoi vous ne vous avez pas faite fermer pour inssalubrité Vous me degouté au plus profond. BURGER KING Etais tres bon avant. Je dirais meme allé a Ottawa si vous voulez en manger du potable. Celui ci est une vrai honte a Burger King Ni allé pas vous allé etre malade.

Food is quite good, burgers taste good, fries are excellent, and prices are still ok for what you are buying (still everyday deals). Downside is that the Restaurant is planning a remodeling so the current building looks a bit rundown, and the owner seems to have a very low staff count (two people on shift at some times), so the drive-thru is never open. Hopefully the owner can fix these issues, because the food is nice, the convenience of it is a bit lacking.

This particular bk I was at was horrible. They were seriously understaffed (3ppl) 4 ppl were served before I was and I ordered before them, as my order was a little more complicated.waited 40 minutes for my order to be made. I will not be returning

Food was terribly cold since it was placed through Uber eats. Uber driver was late picking up order from BK and yet they didn’t have the common sense to remake the order. Best to go in person and pick up only.

Employés non motivés, je ne les voit jamais nettoyer les tables. On m'a remis mon breuvage et j'attendais pour mon sandwich qui était prêt mais les employés jasaient au lieu de me la remettre.

Well, it's totally what I've come to expect from any BK location. Unexplainable darkness (I don't know if they're trying to add ambiance or something along those lines), young adults who just want to finish their shifts and soda on every counter. Foods okay, overall experience is meh!

For some reason, my double whopper was there, and then it was gone, no matter where you go, the whoppers live up to the name. But, but this location, the owner should be ashamed, of themselves. You don't pay your employees enough, if you did, there would be more pride in the condition of the store. The people here, three staff, where the rest of the staff. #owner beware

Mauvais service. Ma commande n'est pas exacte et quand j'appelle ils ne répondent pas. J'ai appelé 4 fois de suite, sans aucune réponse. Inacceptable.

The best burger king in the area, the environment is really clean, the staff working here are really social and kind, it’s quick service with quality food.

Slow drive through service. Small drive through order of three items was missing one when provided bag. No acknowledging error or apology.

Just ordered from here on UberEats, it was my first and last time for sure. I ordered a few sandwiches and some sides. They substituted my onion rings for fries without even bothering to inform me. I probably wouldn’t have cared if they weren’t the saddest fries I’ve ever had (they were definitely sitting at the restaurant for an hour before being delivered). The mozzarella sticks were so dry I could have rubbed them together to start a fire. Uber refunded me and I still feel like I got ripped off. This place is exactly why Burger King is a dying chain that no one bothers to eat at any more. Score: 0/10, should have ordered McDonald’s.

Javais mis auparavant 2 étoiles, mais j'ai constaté que ça en mérite qu'une seule et encore là très généreux le bonhomme. On rentre en dedans pis on peut manger des bibittes sur le plancher, vous serez servis si vous aimer les insectes. En plus, je fais du Doordash et c'est le fast food à Gatineau le plus lent à faire les commandes. En moyenne 10 à 25 minutes! Sans blague!

Very bland burger. This is not a good location.

Cons:
Whopper tasted and looked terrible. No char or taste of grill on it at all.
Order was messed up - I ordered a sandwich but got a combo.

Just went there and stood for ten minutes. There was absolutely no one there to take our orders. Horrible place for food, very lazy workers.

Pretty nice! It's got an old style feel to it, which I love, but is a bit rough around the edges and whatnot. But hey, it's a burger king, they get your order right, and the employees are pretty nice!

Requires better organization of duties between drive thru and counter. Myself and countless other customers were not served, much less acknowledged, for over 10 mins standing at the counter.

Someone needs to take leadership and delegate.

Nobody in line yet it still took forever. Couldn't break a 20 without the manager. I'm still waiting in line as I type. My Uber will rate me 1 star I'm sure, nobody wants to wait this long for anything. Terrible

Burger King as a whole usually has some of the best fries. This is the only Burger King that is the exception. There must be something off about the oil they're using or the cooking time, because they're disgusting at this location. Cold fries and burgers are not uncommon when getting food from this location

Ordered online. Went to pickup my order, and told they did not have the salad I ordered, or any other salad. Would not refund me, told to contact support. Support is ignoring me. After getting home, order was missing a drink and customized burger, was not customized. Will never order to this location again.

Absolutely disgusting. Off taste to the fries, always Cold and soggy, burger is never warm either. Order from skip and always missing half my meals, or an entire meal, or given something I didnt order in place of what I ordered.

The place is really badly maintained and the food is gross. There’s holes everywhere in the parking lot and drive thru and the signs are in such bad condition. I can’t imagine what the kitchen looks like just by seeing the outside.

Always a great experience. Drive thru is usually pretty quick and the team is perfectly bilingual! Ordered a few times on Skip and food is always packed with care. Best fast food in the Gatineau area. We make the trip from Hull at least every month or so just to treat ourselves to the great service here!

Order a whooper with cheese and bacon and when looking at. Burger there was half a slice of bacon. This was the second time it had happened in a row. I order same on the previous Saturday and same thing So upset no point ordering a whooper with bacon and cheese.

If it wouldn't take so long to get your food, I would of definitely gave 5 stars. (approx. 35min at drive-through)

BK sur Greber: il me semble qu en plein Covid, les personnes qui touchent ton manger devrait porter des gants, non? Pourquoi que tout les employes sauf celle servant le service au volant en avaient? En remplissant les frites, tes mains salles touche toutes les autre frites, degueulasse! Surtout en plein Covid. Celle qui nous a servi au comptoir etait super bonne par contre.ceci etait samedi vers 2h30

Service au volant toujours fermé, au comptoir l'employé qui sert les clients a l'air bête si tu arrives dans l'heure qui précède la fermeture. Le restaurant a l'air délabré, toujours vide.malgré tout, mon repas était correct mais les frites pas très chaudes. J'ai déjà vu mieux!

Je vais de temps en temps. Habituellement je suis satisfait. Par contre vendredi, lorsqu'on est aller, on a remarqué que tout les tables étaient salle. On demande à un employé s'il pouvait passer nettdes tables. SA RÉPONSE: non on va juste passer quand ça va être mort.
Pourtant, il avait 1 client après nous.

J'aime Burger King depuis de nombreuses années, mais ce n'est jamais assez chaud pour moi. On aimerais en avoir un plus près de chez nous, car ici on a juste des pizzas et des shawarma et Du beau.

Je suis aller chez Burger King sur Greber a la commande a l auto jai demander deux ordres de croquet de poulet avec frite et liqueur et celle qui ma servie a dit que je n avait pas droit a 2 commande par auto seulement une jai dit bin voyont on est 2 sa veu dire quil y a seulement une personne qui peu manger elle ma faite réponse cest le fun quand on paie le lunch a quelcun donc mon mari a manger et moi jai pas eu le droit cest quoi la joke on va toujour manger la bin cest fini jirai manger au Mc Donald au moin la tu a le droit a 2 commande par auto cest vraiement stupid votre loi jaimerait bien savoir le pourquoi quon a droit seulement a une commende pas auto merci

Le personnel est impatient. Ils ne nous ont pas regarder du tout. Aucun bonjour, aucun sourire.
Ils favorisent le service au volant lorsqu'il y a beaucoup de personne à l'intérieur.

Place has really gone down hill. Food quality has seemed to have slipped, restaurant has seen better days. Wife and I had whoppers and they looked like they were just thrown together without care and smashed into the bag, fries were over-salted and tasted of old oil. No drink trays for the drive-thru and the employees seem to have lost focus. I had to confirm my order 3 times at the window.

I wonder how come the place isn't close yet bad service, took 30 minutes in drive thru, order wooper with cheese of course got any, fries half filled, staff playing like they are in kindergarten, worst place to go!

Plus jamais j'y retournerai, il y a un manque d’hygiène vu la forte odeur d'huile que dégageaient les frites et nuggets je suppose que cette huile n'a pas été changé depuis des mois, c’était ecoeurant, je déconseille.

Je suis très content du menu et de la qualité des produits. Le service est rapide et poli. Il sont mainteneant supérieur au autres chaines de restauration rapide.

Très mauvaise expérience le restaurant est désuet pas de glace dans les machines les breuvages chauds sans pep. Côté nourriture très ordinaire. Le staff a l'air de vouloir mourrir et sans intérêt pour la clientèle mais la gentille sophie w nous a très bien servi en revanche

À éviter. Entrée du resto non déglacée et la rampe pour handicapée est inutilisable pour ceux-ci. La nourriture est froide. Pas de glace pour les boissons qui sont pas froides. C’est sale et il y plein de choses défectueuses.

J'ai pris un trio whopper c'était correct sans plus et le restaurant à besoin d'être rafraîchit. ça sent le déclin.

Burger king is my favourite by far. But not this one. No napkins. No ketchup. Went to leave but couldn't. Stuck to the floor. Felt a little sick after eating there

This restaurant was filthy.
The service was very very slow.

One of the overhead menu boards was missing.of course, it was the one with the burgers etc. Unless you knew what they sold and could guess what you wanted to order it meant you had to ask the cashier.this of course made the line go even slower.

There was only one cash open at lunch time.
They also ran out of medium sized drink cups which they didn't mention until after you ordered and they handed you a small drink cup and said we could get free refills.

I would definitely not recommend this restaurant.

Drive thru closed at 4: 30pm (during dinner rush) no indications anywhere about it. Burgers were cold, lids for drinks are so cheaply made they barely fit over the cup and my kid was missing his toy.
