Four Uber Eats orders with these clowns and four times I got wrong items. Everytime had to get a refund from Uber Eats. How hard is it seriously to be careful to customer's requests?

The indian guys make this place like heaven, great food.amazing service and superb atmosphere.

Disgusting sandwich, bread isn't fresh, even fries tastes very bad. Soft drinks was just sugary water. I have no idea why this place call itself a restaurant.

Le manager a refusé de me donné les frites sans sel, et il m’a traité du maniéré impolie, en plus il s’est moqué de moi lui et les équipiers. C’était un dimanche 3 sep 2023 a 23h45, c’est vraiment frustrant cette expérience

Burgers were absolutely disgusting. Order was also wrong. No cheese in the hamburger with cheese

One week I order something, the next I am told I can not order it that way and the following week I can order it but am charged almost twice as much. It makes no sense. I do love the Hershey pie so I can't entirely hate the place. It is always dirty in the dining area. I can never find a clean table to sit at. Kitchen seems under staffed while cashiers are standing around doing nothing. Runs out of foods sometimes.

Those 2 employees stall orders from deliveries on purpose
Both extremely arrogant and trying futile attempts to intimidate.

They both stare people down with contempt, provoke and even yell at them to shut up several times.

Absolute craziness!

We ordered food from this store first we ordered chicken nuggets and we were missing some of them and when i visited again so they behaved rude & with attitude and nuggets tastes like hell bcus the oil in which those were fried was already burned and and smelling so hard

Service can be slow and impersonal, and their iced coffee sucks (or perhaps Burger King should just give up trying to sell iced coffee already!)

Very dirty and disorganized. There is never any ice in the dispenser, the trash is overflowing, and 2 homeless guys walked in and started eating from the trash. Go to another branch and save yourself the trouble.

Service minimum! Tres en-deçà du standard Burger King. D'habitude, je réserve mes commentaires au personnel mais la réponse m'a sidérée. J'ai signalé que le sol était très collant et sale; l'employé m'a répondu que je n'etais pas la première à leur dire. En plus, ils ne donnent pas de plateau après 14h. Bien que les employés soient aimables, l'endroit est à éviter.

Terrible service this thursday morning, it takes forever to get the food. Staff is very unprofessional and should be retrained.

Very dirty dinning room. Very poor service at the counter, having fun amongst themselves rather then cleaning the place.

It's like someone dropped a soda everywhere the floors the seats and the tables are all very sticky.
There are two great things about this location I got hot fries and the staff were extremely pleasant but my burger was cold.
