They served us quickly, from time to time their drive through is an alternative until you get there but otherwise a good place

This used to be a great place to grab a quick bite. I stopped by today and ordered 2 chicken sandwiches through the drive through. At the window, my sister peered through the window and said it looked dirty inside. The area outside the drive through window had quite a bit of litter. I opened the first sandwich and noticed the bun was dry and flaky, I ate it but noticed it tasted off. I unwrapped the second sandwich and looked it over - there was mold on the bun larger than a quarter, I’m not sure how his was missed when making the sandwich. I called the restaurant a few times but no one picked up - by this time I was 20 minutes away. I threw out the sandwich as I was feeling grossed out knowing I ate the other one. I finally got an answer at the restaurant, the person who picked up apologized for the mouldy bun and asked me if I was close by to return the sandwich - I wasn’t. But I let him know that I wasn’t interested in a refund just to make them aware of the situation.
I doubt I’ll ever return to this location.

Don’t eat there terrible I paid and I left without the food it was so gross. Very unhealthy place should be close down. Dirty dirty dirty a shame for BK

Was there for about 8 mins. The girl at the register was on the for about 5 mins. She took the order of the guy that came after me (of course she was entertained with her phone call). Rather than saying anything, I decided to leave unserved. Posted date. Around 5: 15pm

Absolutely terrible service and terrible food. My $14 chicken burger looked more like something you’d pick up for $2 off the kids menu if you didn’t like your kids. The burger looked so depressing. The bun was squished and the lettuce was angrily thrown on there. My hopes weren’t high to begin with but this was really bad. I would not recommend.

My friend and I stopped there for a quick bite to eat on the way home. It's right off the highway with other popular fast food chains. The facility is clean and convenient with washrooms. The staff was polite and efficient. I would eat there again.

Disgusting restaurant! The staff is rude and unwelcoming. One of them even yelled out how Disgusting the kitchen was, while preparing our meal! Avoid this place! It has gone downhill!

Ce lieu devrait fermer. TOUT est servi froid, rien de chaud, donc je me questionne depuis quand la nourriture est fait. Lieu insalubre et non seulement malpropre
6 jeunes en cuisine tout de même, toute la cuisine sale. Jeunes cuiniers sans filet et qui jouent à se battre ou être sur leur cellulaire.

The prices are ridiculous. The whoppers without fries or drink start are between $10-$15. Add $3-$5 for a combo. The washrooms are unkempt and the stalls are broken in the men's washrooms. Just go elsewhere! There is a Harvey's and McDonald's nearby who have way better prices and cleaner.

The girl at the cash looks like she would rather die than be there. Never seen someone working in service look so rude.

Our family of 5 dined in here today. This place has really gone downhill. Looks like it has been forgotten with all the broken and damaged fixtures. The Burger King prices are terrible. Combos are about $13-17, kids meals $7-8. About $2-5/combo more than the Harvey's across the road. The pop was flat, warm, and tasted off; I didn't even get ice. In addition, we were given unwrapped paper straws that looked like they'd been personally purchased. The bathrooms are in even worse condition. We will not be returning.

Update: Even throughout Covid, this place still managed to keep the service 5/5.

No long line ups, no shortages on what's on the menu, basically no excuses! Thanks again for the amazing service!

It's the only Burger King in the area and they're doing a great job here! Service is fast and the food is good (always consistent).

They have several good deals in the app which don't require a mobile order, simply give a code at the drive-thru and you'll get the deal.

Sorry i had the most horrible meal yesterday and my husband took over 50.00 burgers were cold mozza stick too the cheese was me verlted in the Rigaud location. Very disappointed we went saturday at 1h15 all the tables were dirty and food was super cold.

Mobile app doesn't allow you to order ahead at this location. I think they have it turned off at this location.
Building is set up with Subway & Pizza Hut in a food court type of environment, but Subway was closed and looked possibly permanently closed.
I asked for a straw, and they pointed to a container that had a handful of straws without any wrapping.definitely weren't BK straws.
Overall, it is a sketchy environment.

Not more, but not less than one expects from a roadside burger king, but that was done fast and well.

They seemed to be short-staffed but the overall experience was great and the food was good!

I was there at 8 pm wait 15min at the drive then they told me the drive was close.i guess im eating harveys tonight
