Burton Montréal Flagship Store

Merci, encore une fois, pour l’excellents services. Nous avions une veste AK avec une fermeture éclair défectueuse. Je suis entré dans le magasin il y a 3 semaines et je n'avais rempli aucun formulaire de réclamation avant d'apporter la veste. J'étais pressé et l'équipe du magasin de Montréal a tout fait pour moi. Je m'attendais à ce que la réparation soit terminée en octobre. Le 18 août…. UPS était à ma porte avec la veste réparée. Merci Burton et un merci spécial à l'équipe du magasin de Montréal. Ils sont toujours accueillants et serviables lors de mes visites.

Thank you, once again, for the excellent services. We had an AK jacket with a defective zipper. Walk d into the store 3 weeks ago and I had not filled any claim forms before bringing the jacket. I was in a hurry and the Montréal store team did everything for me. I expected the repair to be completed by October. August 18th…. UPS was a my door with the repaired jacket. Thank you Burton, special thanks to the Montréal store team. They are always welcoming and helpful when I visit.

Nice cute shop. Very few in Canada. It's got a little bit of everything. I got mittens and a merino wool neck warmer. Didn't cost me as much as I thought I would, and the sales woman was super helpful and helped me figure things out no matter how small or big my question was. No pressure and informative and very honest with helping you with your needs.

Staff was not very knowledgeable or helpful compared to Empire staff, even for Burton products. Most likely won’t come back.

Après avoir déposé ma commande, il a fallu presque 2 mois afin de recevoir mes fixations, qu'ils renvoient 3 fois le même colis? ! Quand même. Et aucune compensation. Pas mal déçue! Je ne recommande pas.

Visited Burton last month to buy a new pair of snowboard boots. There were a lot of customers and few staff so I had to wait a while to be served (around 20-25 minutes or so). I ended up being served by Josh though, who was extremely helpful. Answered all my questions about the different boots and was very patient as I tried on and compared different pairs. Thanks Josh! Unfortunately, stock was limited so I had to purchase online for my size in the end. I received the shipment within a few days. Overall, great service by Burton. I gave 4/5 instead of 5/5 due to limited inventory in the store and the time it took for me to be served, but I appreciated the quick delivery by mail.

Burton sur la rue Notre-Dame à MTL n'est pas qu'une boutique spécialisé en snowboard. Le service que j'ai reçu par l'employée était au delà de mes espérances! L'employée était passionnée, connaissait très bien ses produits, a pris le temps de replacer les fixations sur la planche de mon fils (elles avaient été installées au départ par un employé d'une chaîne de magasin de sports vraisemblablement qui ne s'y connaissait pas du tout) et ce, sans savoir, si nous allions acheter et ce malgré qu'il y avait beaucoup de clients dans la boutique. C'est certain que je retournerai à cet endroit pour tous mes besoins en snowboard! Ma note pour la boutique: A+
