Service VIP! Philippe et Lothar connaissent vraiment leurs produits. D'une patience infini, ils ont toujours une solution. En plus, ils sont tellement sympathique! Ça rend vraiment le magasinage facile et agréable!

Very professional customer service. As we were visiting the store, a young child ran up to the sunglasses rack and started grabbing a bunch of items. The employee politely asked the child to put the sunglasses down and the parents replied very rudely, “You don’t talk to my child. You tell me and I will talk to them! ” The employee was very professional, dealing with these rude, disrespectful and seemingly self absorbed customers. Well done Burton store. This employee deserves Employee of the Month Award.

I have been riding Burton snowboards for over 20 years now which should speak enough about how I feel about the brand. What Id like to share with you is how awesome the brand makes my 5 year old daughter, Isabel feel every time we go into the store whether to pick up some new socks, board pants or a new board setup for my wife on valentines day. The entire crew at the Burton Snowboard store in Tremblant is absolutely amazing! Thank you so much for helping me show my daughter how much fun snowboarding is. You guys ROCK!

Burton shop at the base of the slopes! All the gear you need to ride. Local staff know the ins and outs of Tremblant. Lots of spare parts. Nice board demo selection.

Came to the hill to ski for the day, and I decided to rent the Burton Step ons. Staff was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful but the rental price was almost double of what I was quoted on the phone.
I was also planning on picking up the step on bindings here because they had the colour I wanted, but I was told I couldn't buy them without buying the boots in the same transaction, even though both items are priced separately and not as a pair, and other locations sell them separately with no problem. I told the staff member that I was planning on picking up the boots somewhere else because I could get them for 120$ cheaper and they just flat out refused to sell me the bindings.

My binding strap broke on the mountain and I took it in and they fixed it for free. Certified beauties working here.
