Decent gym for the price you pay. Owner either doesn't know when machines/equipment are broken or doesn't care to fix them.

Je suis nouvellement abonné depuis vendredi 24 novembre, en fait, je me suis abonné à ce gym car il est ouvert 24 h.
Je suis satisfait avec la quantitée de machines qu'il y a.
Surtout beaucoup de machine cardiovasculaire.
Le step master un grand atout!

I have been to other gyms also but this gym doesn't have that professionalism in their staff that how to respond their regular customers. I feel very bad about this. That's I gave 1 star to it. Cancelled my membership

One of the Best Gym in terms of Quality and Ambience. Prices are Reasonable. Staff is very friendly. All Equipments in good condition. Must Visit.

À voir les review je me pose des questions sur la gestion. Un membre de ma famille à travailler pour ce gym. Appartement lorsque vous n'êtes plus employé pour eux et bien aucun droit de pouvoir aller s'entraîner dans leur gym. Aucun emploi que j'ai eu mon privé de retourner dans leur établissement après ma démission. Pour un gym qui veut se faire de l'argent pourquoi ne pas avoir accepté son abonnement à en tant que client.

Impossible d'annuler l'abonnement. Ça fait plus de 3 ans que je ne fréquente pas ce gym et je reçois des appels que je dois payer autour de 36$ sinon, mon dossier de crédit serait gâché. J'essaie de rentrer sur le compte qu'ils m'ont envoyé par courriel et je vois mon dossier ouvert et le prochain paiement est dû ce mois-ci! J'avais résilié le contrat sur place, ça fait 3 ans!

Une fois j'ai passé par ce gym et j'ai vu des gens qui font va-et-vient sans montrer même leurs cartes. Et moi, qui n'y vais pas, ils me font charger les frais d'abonnement!

Pensez deux fois avant de signer le contrat avec cette compagnie! Fraude

Buzzfit in LaSalle in extraordinary, the staff is energetic helpful and lively very kind, it's such great place to workout it's fun and clean too it can get crowded because of it's excitement but that gives you a chance to get a great workout and interesting convo with all kinds different people, I think it's a great place to be and it's only going to keep getting better as time goes on ; koodos to the staff the managers and gym members

I know a few people who have left buzzfit simply because your dumbells only go up to 75lbs. I am considering changing gyms aswell for this reason.

The service of the employees need to be improved. Very ruled, someone's performance need to be evalued othervise these gonna have a very negative influence to Buzzift brand.

Excellent ambiance, support team and great customer service. Felt welcomed from the very 1st day. Staff are super kind and helpful. There's plenty of machines to use, so no line ups. Plenty of cleaning products available everywhere you cannot miss it. Love this place

Pas beaucoup de nouveautés depuis l'ouverture, mais au moins il y a de l'entretient.

Il serait bien d'avoir un emplacement pour accrocher les vélos après toutes ces années, non? Un petit coup de téléphone à la ville!?

Le personnel est compréhensifs envers les clients et c'est admirable. Toujours en train d'accomoder tous le monde. Très remarquable, merci!

Le choix de boisson s'est beaucoup améliorée, mais les compléments en poudre reste limité à la marque DSL. J'aimerai voir du HUGO par exemple.

Le paiement annuel des frais d'administration, ca serait bien de communiqué l'information lorsque vous changez la date du prélèvement. Changer une date dans le contrat d'engagement sans prévenir et sans consentement c'est illégal.

The staff are nice and helpful. Got a free day pass before joining the gym which helped a lot. There aren’t usually any waiting time for the equipments. Wish there was more open spaces. There are currently two open spaces but I find them a bit small and overcrowded at times. The equipments, treadmills, etc are very high quality.

Clean washrooms, new equipments, many thread mills, open 24 hours, good prices, professional management

Love it, the staff is constantly doing the best to keep the gym clean. Extremely affordable, one time I was struggling having just returned to gym after years because of an injury. The chocolate guy, who works at the reception was willing to help and motivate me get through it. I gave them 4 stars because of the music it's not that all time as in workout jams but I am there to stay.

Je trouve que le service à la clientèle pourrait être mieux (avoir deux travailleurs pour répondre aux questions des clients)

I am bit afraid to sign up because of the review of some people saying that they got fraud and overcharged with their membership.

I like the fact that there is people cleaning the machine and stuffs.

I think is a decent gym for the price and the quality of the machine even there are like a dozen of them out of service.

I need a gym. But like Iuno I signed up for buzfit the month before covid closed everything. I went once last year. Because all of the restrictions everything was closed. Montréal opened middle of June 2021. I checked my bank and I saw they charged me 5 times through covid. So I simply asked since I’ve payed for 5 months and you were closed is there a way to get a month free. She said no because they opend during covid a few times and because of those days I was charged. Yet NO ONE WAS GOING OUT N THERE WAS A CURFEW AND THE GYM WAS THE BUMBER ONE PLACE NOT
TO GOI don’t even recall them opening or getting an email of them being open. Or I would have closed my account then. Iuno I’m not with scammers n if I’m ganna get scammed I expect a discount when ur caught. Debating ever going back. I gave 3 starts because the price is cheap.

Not this gym.haven't been in since June last year.nor they weren't open got charged 55$ while close insulting.then I needed my 5$ change.they wanted to give it in 5 cent's. Unprofessional. No body really cleaning the equipment.people be careful.

Jamais réussis à me faire rembourser l'argent qu'ils m'ont pris alors qu'on était en pendémie et qu'ils étaient fermés, et ce, même si j'avais envoyer plusieurs messages par facebook et courriel pour canceller mon abandonnement (aucun numéro de téléphone fonctionnait. Belle gang de crosseur!

Staff are doing their best during the covoid. However, what’s the point in having a mask mandate when clients are not wearing mask or not using them appropriately. Obviously when there’s once staff member by themselves they can’t do the job of 3 people (temp check, mask check, hand sanitizer etc.). BuZz fit originality had a sink to wash your hand but has since removed it for this hand sanitizer (doesn’t agree with me) they’ve taken away options. If this keeps up buzz will be a breeding ground if they don’t have more staff to one let clients know what’s expected of them, another one to walk around as well as one to deal with clients.

Nice gym, clean and well spaced out.super good membership price. Devan is a super good personal trainer and there are many others to choose from as well. Sometimes there's a bad odor from people who dont have proper hygiene or use deoderant erant. Maybe management can put spray deoderant in the changing rooms instead of mouth wash? Few sprays of essential oil in the air once in a while would be great.

I'm having a question here, guys.
I tried calling many times to cancel my membership a few months back during the lockdown from March. No one picked up the phone. Nowhere to leave a voice message even. You may notice also there's no email address to contact on the website. On July 1st, I was charged 45.98$ for equipment fees. This is no fair. If this gym cares about their clients.they may consider to reimburse this fee as this is not fair. Will they?

Worst customer satisfaction. I cleared all my balance for the month of feb and they again charge me with penalty the same say and said next month is gonna be free.which in terms i am already being charged with penalty.
Dont recommend buzzfit. They should understand we come here as a student. A little amount matters.

This gym used to be clean when they first open. I don't know if they cut down on cleaning crew but it is getting dirty and smelly in the man's changing room. They should clean it more often and use more air freshener. I have tried the BuzzFit in Brossard and it is superclean. Maybe the owner should go there and take a look.

Great variety of equipment for a decent price. The fact that they are open 24/7 makes it easier for people who couldn’t manage their schedule during the week.

Clean and friendly staff, music is a bit loud but it's a gym lol - machines all work but wish they had more spin bikes

I was shopping today for gyms next to my house. I pass by here today (Saturday, Jul 20) at 14.33. I asked for a tour or information, the customer service clerk was too "busy" to welcome me, show me the place or provide me with information. If this is the customer service then honestly I don't want to do anything here. I did the tour by myself, it seemed clean but machines are old models or the basic ones. I will continue shopping around LaSalle for another gym that at least can offer basic customer service, like showing appreciation to a new customer.

Used to be good last year but air control is pretty bad not much circulation of the air once it gets full. It appears that people often don't respect that its a gym not a chat room & they don't have much consideration for those who come to actually work out seriously. Lotts of people sitting on machines on texting. Carole Zach, Anthony, Eric Sabrina, Mark & Kevin still holdin it down. Thanx guys.love yall to heaven n back again. 10 1/2 stars for above mentioned peeps.

If the owner considers a conventional deadlift hardcore, then you should probably not go to this gym. You might get assaulted anyways for trying to further your fitness goals by a wanna be fitness douche who ironically still reps the ''Animal" supp attire, frank McGrath would be very disappointed (for those who know what I'm talking about). Big fat zero in my book.
