À prime abord, j'étais satisfaite de la qualité d'écoute de Dr Walker et elle a prescrit le bon traitement.la réceptionniste est très aimable. Toutefois, vu que mes symptômes persistaient j'ai demandé un autre test et de me référer à un gastroenterologue. Elle a refusé et m'a dit qu'il est normal d'avoir des troubles digestifs à mon âge.j'ai 60 ans. Je vais voir gastroenterologue et je passerai gastroscopie. J'ai eu bactérie Hectobacter pylori.difficile à traiter. Je dois aller au srv public car pas de médecin de famille mais mieux que Dr Walker.au moins je ne paye pas pour mauvais diagnostic

Unfortunatly I have had a few bad experiences with this doctor. There were errors in communicaiton between her receptionnist and her and I had to return for blood tests twice because sections of the form were not correctly annoted.
She had to cancel my yearly appointment because of COVID in her family: she did call me for 15 minutes to take care of the most urgent matter and rescheduled my appointment 6 weeks later. Her receptionnist informed me due to circumstances, she could split the cost of the annual in 2 payments, oneafter the phone consultation and then at my annual.
When I saw Dr Walker for my annual, she argued with me that I owed her for 1 regular appointment (15 minute call) + one full payment for 1 yearly appointment. She followed in her reception area, in front of other patients insisted that I pay 2 appointments because of the time she had spent with me.
I was so shocked, I would've thought she would follow up with an apology but never did.

Excellente docteure et sa réceptionniste aussi.service rapide et toujours efficace, personnalisé et très à l'écoute. Elle a même prit le temps de me présenter ses sympathies pour ma grand-mère qui était décédée plusieurs mois avant mon rendez-vous (ma grand-mère était aussi une de ses clientes.) Une délicate attention que j'ai fort apprécié.
