I like this organization, it is so helpful in any thing you need to. I have came here multiple times and I always get served, they also offering fantastic French classes to help you integrate with the society in Quebec.

Very friendly and attentive, the facilities are in good condition, the staff is very friendly, I got there since I had previously gone to another center where they did not give me any guidance (CLAM), the CACI staff did their best to help me and They requested staff who will speak my language to explain my situation, I met them at the job fair and the person who guided me reminded us and asked how our case was going and guided us a little more, I hope it will be closer to my home good job CACI

(bad experience with reception service), cuz I respect the appointment that was given to me, I came on time to discover that they did not arrange their appointments well, Then they accuse their client of making a mistake, must respect people's times and punctuality, unbelievable, But honestly, the services after the reception are very wonderful and useful, Please pay attention to the receptionist, because she is at the front of the organization, in my opinion, and it is the first impression that should be balanced on the services of this wonderful organization.thank you so much for your efforts.

Je vais parler uniquement de l'expérience qui me concerne moi uniquement, je me suis déplacé aujourd'hui a la CACI pour faire une inscription en francisation, j'ai changé d'avis sur place à cause d'une personne qui travail a la réception qui m'a parlé d'une façon non professionnelle qui ne reflète pas l'image de la CACI et son personnel, contrairement à l apersonne qui m'a reçu pour la francisation, il été très professionnel mais malheureusement la première impression m'a poussée de changer d'établissement, la réception et l'accueil sont la première vitrine d'un organisme ou d'une entreprise malgré le professionnalisme qui existe derrière cette vitrine. Le premier sentiment est très très important.

Ce matin, on a eu notre rendez-vous à CACI. Nous avions été reçus par Mirna, c'était exceptionnel! Son professionnalisme, son sourire et sa patience nous ont charmé. Merci Mirna, tu as apporté du soleil dans notre journée.

I love going to CACI Ms Letitia is a pleasure to see. Every time my son & I go we are intrigued by her helpfulness, kindness and openheartedness. She’s informative and willing to help as far as her position allows. I’ve never met another person so willing to help and through her CACI shines. Well done CACI on a star team member

I love this place. I wish every country has a place to help immigrants, you ask for whatever you want and they actually help ypu find out for yourself and your future. They help out in all kinds of projects.

The organization has people who do not want to work and do badly with clients. I had a bad experience with an employee there. And I left the papers. And write to the organization to file a complaint, but they don't care.

Une très bonne service, personnes très agréables très chaleureux et professionnels, dès qu’on est venu au Québec on a trouvé l’aide pour obtenir tous les papiers nécessaires, madame mona khankan nous a aidé avec tous ce dont on a besoin

Je n’ai pas apprécié le service dans ce centre a part la formation d’intégration faites par une personne très correcte qui ne fait plus partie du centre malheureusement donc je vous le recommande pas

Service clientèle nul le monsieur qui m'a service ne save pas même utiliser l'odinateur il a pris une dizaine de minutes pour chercher un fichier et enfin il demande l'aide de quelqu' un d'autre je me demande pourquoi il n'embauche pas des gens qui ont plus d'habilité et plus professionnel et en plus il me sert en mangeant du concombre!

Bel endroit pour les immigrants je vous le recommande si vous voulez vous franciser ou si vous rechercher l'emploi ou encore faire la déclaration de vos impôts c'est l' endroit idéal

Très bel endroit chaleureux avec des agents à l'écoute, service impeccable. Je le recommande très fortement pour les nouveaux arrivants.

The woman who responded to me when I called to get information about CACI's services told me it was too "complicated" for her to explain on the phone, and that she had other calls to answer from people who already have a CSQ (certificat de selection permanent). To explain, my husband (who is born and raised Quebecois) is sponsoring me for permanent residence via the inland option, which enables us to live together while waiting for my permanent residence to be approved. This is a known program, created specifically for Canadians with foreign-born spouses. After you submit your application for permanent residence, you have what is called "provisional status" while you wait for immigration to process you, which takes months before you even get a number assigned to your file. Apparently the woman had never heard of this program and she treated me as if I had no right to be here. Not only was her reaction inappropriate and unprovoked, but it was jarring at a time when I am struggling to integrate into this society, am emotionally vulnerable, and was reaching out for help. I am appalled, especially to think that my husband's tax dollars (and eventually, mine) go to support such an unprofessional and uncaring organization. I can only hope this woman is removed from her post and does not do more damage to such a vulnerable population.
