Horrible experience for me unfortunately! I received my brand new car with 1/4 gas in the tank, half washed car and paint swirls everywhere! I brought it back 2 times for them to fix the paint and they only made it worst. I had to get it fixed myself at a detailed and spend 600$ as the detailed at Cadillac did not know what they were doing. Not only the service was unorganized, they make you wait even when you have an appointment. They never have loaner cars! I have switched to Cadillac Pincourt and let me tell you it’s night and day! You can learn a lot from them as they are clean, organized and very professional!

Très malhonnête et pas sérieux ce concessionnaire. Ils m ont vendu une cadillac xt4 2019 avec les suspensions et amortisseurs complètement endommagés alors qu ils vous feront croire que la voiture est inspectée. Ce n est pas agréable du tout.

Ok so I purchased a 2019 Buick encore from a different dealer but the car is still under warranty with Cadillac west island. I have a check engine light to be fixed. I was provided with a phone # and contact person and was told this person would take care of my car. For 2 weeks I was calling and leaving messages and never got a call back so I decided to drive down and see what was going on. I was finally able to talk to someone and was told that they had no loaner cars and could not take my car in for repairs at that momment and they would call me back with an appointment. That was 5 weeks ago and still no calls. Not sure how they run their Business but treating customer like this is disrespectful. I was not sure about purchasing a Buick due to the bad reputation they have but I took a chance that I now regret. I have been diving this lemon for over 2 months with a check engine Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever seen from a car dealership. If you in the market for a car, do yourself a favor and stay far away from this dealership

I was wondering the engine of my car running ruin and noisy, so I went to GM sources to buy Tensioner bolt longer a quarter than installed bolt, and it's fine solved the thank's God solved the problem.

Pire expérience qu'il est possible d'avoir. J'ai commandé une voiture neuve et j'ai laissé ma voiture en échange. Deux semaines plus tard, on m'appelle pour m'aviser de venir chercher ma voiture puisqu'ils n'en voulaient plus. Supposément que la transmission glissait. Lorsque j'ai déposé ma voiture, il n'y avait aucun problème. Ils n'ont pas inspecté la voiture et ils n'ont même pas démarré la voiture à ce moment là. Ils n'ont pas respecté leur engagement malgré le contrat. J'ai tenté de trouver une entente à l'amiable, mais aucune ouverture de leur part.

Had an appointment at 9: 30am for oil change (XT5). Arrived at 9: 20 and it took over 4 hours for my car to be ready. What a disappointment. It's dealers like that that make GM look bad when it comes to service.

The Sales Team at Cadillac West Island is the best. Very knowledgeable.
I dealt with Giovanni in 2018 when i purchased my 2018 Chevrolet Traverse 8 passenger. I loved it but the truck itself had issues, BUT that had nothing to do with my sales guy Giovanni -he was there and ready to help. The Service department at Cadillac West Island that is another story will review that another time. So fat forward and 2020 Covid 19 pandemic and i get 2 notifications asking to trade in my 2018 Traverse for a 2020 Traverse. I said lets see i dealt with this time from Sales Team Bradley R.this guy was the best, very easy to deal with and he delivered he found me my 2020 Traverse in no time. I decided to Lease. Its great i got the best service and will recommend the sales team of Cadillac West Island to anyone. Now lets work on the SERVICE DEPARTMENT. My Service agent is Costa ever since he joined Cadillac West Island i regained my trust in the Service department still could do better but Costa goes over and beyond to make sure his customers are taken care of.
2020 has been a hell of year but if your looking for a new car go see Bradley and Giovanni they will take good care of you.

Vraiment les meilleurs en terme de prix et de service. J’ai essayé d’autres concessionnaires, ils n’étaient pas en mesure de me trouver un XT4. Let me just start off by saying WOW! The service here was impeccable, i was greeted by a very pretty woman by the name of Kelsey with a smile so infectious I'm still wearing it as I write this review! As soon as I walked in I felt comfortable enough to walk around and look at all their amazing inventory without feeling any pressure. Once I've made my potential decisions going forward I was helped by a remarkable man by the name of Ayman! I'm not the most knowledgeable person with cars so with his help and friendly customer service I will be buying from this place and this place only! THANK YOU to the whole team!

Worst experience when buying a used car. Told that whateveer is wrong with the car will be fixed and covered for the certified gm inspection. The inspection was a joke a list of problems that were found after a few days of driving the car. Told by a salesman that everything will be fixed upon receipt of the car. A non mechanic should be able to do a better inspection then a certified mechanic. No care when it came to the inspection.if i knew all the problems the car actually had i would of never bought the car. Car wasnt even a week in my possesion before calling to get it checked. A month later im still waiting for all the problems to be fixed. In my opinion these guys shouldnt even sell used cars with a promise if your not going to stand by anything you say. Horrible communication between staff. Appt for 7: 30 two hours later im waiting for authorization for a rental when i was told there would be on. No manager to authorize it. Overall most unpleasant process when it comes to buying a car. And even now after picking up the car i still have problems that the these certified mechanics cant detect.

Messages are left and not returned. The parts department tries to charge more for the parts then what is listed on their own website.

I have been picking up brand new cars for the last 36 years for Tupperware Brands and never received a service as bad. Car was topped with snow, didn’t offer to help remove the snow, car had zero gas, one thing is for sure I’ll be asking my company to deliver our brand new cars elsewhere.

Best dealership in Montreal! Five star rating for Giovanni Apuzzo, the best sales advisor for Cadillac cars. He is friendly, well informed, and very calm and patient. The staff were also friendly and everyone makes you feel comfortable, without putting pressure on you. If you need a Chevrolet, Buick, or GM car, then West Island is the place to go.

I will never be going back to this dealership again and I am also extremely turned off with Cadillac/GM all together. I had my car towed to this dealership after having ruptured my tire on a pothole. The service i received by GM Roadside Assistance was absolutely horrendous. They made me drive on my ruptured tire to get my car onto the Cadillac dealership premise. I also asked for a courtesy car as I work and needed a car for my work day. Cadillac West Island essentially told me to figure it out on my own and since the job to replace the tire would take less than 4 hours, I would not be deem-able for a courtesy car. All that being said, the job took 8 hours to do and I had to fend for myself transportation wise. I will be buying German from now, Cadillac roadside assistance is a SCAM, Buyer beware. The service was terrible with Cadillac, they essentially mocked me on the phone when I was talking to their roadside assistance team and the dealership left me out to dry when having to have my car fixed. I pay a lot of money and have been with GM for a while now, however, this dealership and GM as a whole absolutely turned me off and treated me like i was worthless. STAY AWAY!

We went there to look for a pick up. Sales manager and staff in general were very nice. Pricing is very competitive. We havent decided if we are getting a pick up or not yet but if we buy a GM, this is where we are getting it from.

Came here at 8h15 for winter tires and oil change. At 10h00 they recommended to change link kits and it would only take 45min so I said ok. Now it’s 13h00 and I’m still waiting.

Mauvais service lorsque je suis allée voir des véhicule d'occasions. Le vendeur n'avait clairement pas le gout de nous aider et de faire une vente. Nous somme finalement allé au concessionnaire GM de L'ile-Perrot (ou le service était exceptionnel) et avons acheter un brand new Silverado Trailboss 2019.

AUX GENS MALHONNÊTES DE CE CONCESSIONNAIRE APPELÉ CADILLAC West Island! Une plainte sera déposé directement chez Cadillac Canada. Ces gens ne méritent pas de représenter une marque de prestige! I've been there twice for service, twice I made my appointments at 7: 00 am, and twice it takes over 5 hrs to complete the task that is scheduled for 1 hr of work. Very unorganized garage. I will never return there

En date du 24 juillet 2019, RDV pour un lavage à savon. Le travail dure une heure, on me confirme qu'on me rappel pour venir chercher le véhicule la même journée. Aucun appel de la part de GM. À 17h, revenir chercher le véhicule. Il est toujours sale, ce que le directeur de lavage m'a répondu:
-C'est normal que votre véhicule est sale et que c'est impossible de le rendre propre après le premier lavage;
Les commentaires de ce genre selon moi c'est inacceptable, vous êtes des spécialistes et c'est votre travail de faire le lavage car le client a payé pour le service. Et de plus vous devez faire un suivi après votre client. Les commentaires de ce genre, vous êtes mieux garder pour vous même.

On me dit de revenir demain, déjà j'ai manqué une journée de de travail. Finalement on me donne un véhicule de courtoisie. Jeudi le 25 juillet j'appelle pour le suivi, aucune personne disponible pour répondre, je tombe sur les boites de vocales et sans retour d'appel de la part de GM. Je suis allé en soirée pour voir la job, j'ai trouvé que mon véhicule est dans le stationnement. La réceptionniste me confirme que le département de lavage est fermée car il est 18h00.

Je trouve dommage que le service relation client-job n'est pas la priorité pour cette concessionnaire. Une amélioration de la part de GM sur ce point sera appréciée.

I bought a few weeks ago a used car for them. A Mercedes 2011 with a lot of problems! The car is a beautiful lemon! The dealer didn’t inform me for the car’s problems! He wasn’t honest and I am very disappointed with them! They are not fair and honest with the deal!

The staff tries to steal money from you. I had a noise with my car and my insurance is still available, the employee stayed 1 hour only to remove the right wheel and put it back, the problem was only a loose bolt and they still charged me. Never coming back or recommending this place

Bought a car a month ago with a 3 month insurance, and they told me everything is covered. Had a little noise in the car because something was loose and came to fix it and i was charged the full price. Totally unacceptable, never using or recommending this branch

What is the point of getting an apointment if you arrive and have to wait at least 1hour to talk to the service tech and then wait 1,2 or more hour to get your oil change done.every time it's the same. Absolutly hate having to go there. And would never recomend this place

Go there and u will get rod with time and money, had a appointment at 8: 30 am left at 2: 45 PM for a fuse for a door. The bill came out to 254.89 cause the lady in charge make you sign for things that you dont ask for when she well know you wont have time to read. I told her I only wanted to get the door fix but she charge me for a check engine light. Do ur self a favor Dave your time and money by not dealing with such u professional dealership.

Third time there for a recall, reserved a courtesy car 3 weeks in advance and for the 3rd time no car. Called the head office in Toronto and was told " not their problem".
No offer of an apology or at least a discount on oil change or something. This would never happen with Toyota which I owned before.
Do not buy GM, they do not care about their customers.

Service courtois, mais au delà de la courtoisie, il m a écouté et a pris un peu de son temps pour me dire et surtout expliquer le bobo que j avais dans mon véhicule. Nous croyons bien faire quand nous achetons des pièces pour nous véhicules mais c est cette crainte de ne pas faire le bon pas qui nous accompagne tout le long de l' achat est insupportable. Alors, quand nous recevons de l'aide de quelqu'un qui connait son métier ça nous aide grandement. Merci et encore merci M. Daniel.
