The almond croissant was delicious that I went back in the afternoon to get some more for the trip. The chicken wrap was also good. However, I didn’t like the pistachio coffee as it didn’t taste anything like pistachios and the coffee was dark roasted which probably overpowered the pistachios flavour.
Little too pricey given the location of the cafe. It’s close to all the touristy places in old city.

We have become addicted to Maison Smith over the time in the area. First on Isle Orleans, then in Quebec City. It has got to be one of the best coffee houses around. I don't generally like chains but these folks know how to do it right.

Pas de la grande boulangerie. Bien en dépannage mais c’est pas le meilleur endroit pour prendre un bon petit déjeuner à mon goût. Je vais être plus précise dans mes explications. Pâtisserie sèche pour la gaufre et le croissant. Et pour la brioche à la cannelle il y a une sorte de pâte marron quand on le déroule, bizarre, et qu’on vienne pas me dire que c’est la cannelle qui fait ça.

They serve cold coffee and when I ask for it they make it hot as hell. I order waffle and macarons, I think they forgot to put fresh once to the display like since 3 days.bad experience worst bakery and poor coffee

Good coffee, excellent pastries. Popular, so be prepared to wait in line a bit for your order. I prefer this location (Des Jardins, upper city just below the Chateau Frontenac) with its limited bar seating, to the Notre Dame location, with outdoor tables that always seem to be completely occupied.

My cappuccino is quite delicious. As for the cake, I've never eaten it anywhere before so it's hard to rate. However, there are many very attractive looking cakes to choose from.

Love this place! We visited Quebec City last year and hit this coffee spot twice. When arriving this weekend it was one of our first stops! It is by far one of the best iced lattes we’ve been able to find here after many attempts. Staff is always friendly and baked goods look decent but have never tried them. Small inside but I believe they may have an outdoor terrace/patio area you can enjoy on the warmer days.

Les croisants et pain au chocolat pourraient être améliorés: plus moelleux à l'intérieur et bien croustillant à l'extérieur donc plus de beurre dans la préparation. Les autres produits sont bons.

Ce n'est pas la grande gastronomie, mais l'ambiance et l'équipe est chaleureuse

Nice place, with good coffee, but I ordered the “pecan pie” and found it too sweet for my taste. I only ate the Pecans and threw the rest in the trash, unfortunately.

Had an Americano and oat milk latte, both were great. They have really good coffee.

I was disappointed in the one vegan option, a cookie that might have been raw. They had so much pastry, it would have been nice to have a few more vegan options.

Visited this shop 3 times while on vacation. The London fog was very good and the almond croissant was excellent. The cafe has a nice atmosphere with seating inside and on a patio.

Trés bon café mais aucune table normale permettant à une personne à mobilité réduite de s'asseoir. En 2013, avoir seulement des stool, c'est rétrograde.

En réponse à votre commentaire comme quoi la terrasse est accessible, j'ajouterai qu'il y avait des averses torrentielles cette journée-là et que j'ai effectivement dû aller chercher moi-même une chaise mouillée sur la terrasse, déplacer une de vos tables hautes pour y placer la chaise, prendre une caisse de lait qui trainait sous le comptoir (haut) pour en faire une table afin que nous puissions être assis pour prendre notre café.

Nice little cafe opposite the city hall with a lot of breakfast and pastry options. There's a cute little outside seating area but make sure you sit under the umbrellas to avoid the birds. There's a lot of construction going on in the area. So the entrance is a little hidden, but easy to find using maps.

This place is a tourist trap. The croissants were okay but not worth the $5.50 each. The coffee and lattes were too mediocre, and again were very overpriced.

Very nice ambiance and atmosphere. Nice outside patio and indoor space, really nice to study at! Coffee tasted very rich and was nicely warmed. Pastries was tasty, but wished there was a toasted option available. Otherwise, I would love to come here the next time I’m in Québec! Would definitely recommend:)

A beautiful courtyard out back and two coffee stations, one in back of the clothing store. Delicious pastries. I wish I'd found this sooner!

This place was open in the tourist area Sunday morning. Like a local Starbucks. Pastries we’re not fresh, fyi. This is not a coffee lovers place. If you are deep into coffee, walk to Rue Saint-Jean and check out Cantook.

I was there in the morning and ordered coffee and a croissant. The croissant was hard and clearly a leftover from the previous day. The coffee was flavorless.

Unfortunately, the taste of the drinks was not convincing.
The first impression of the store was good, however the walls and corners are dirty and unkempt. A pity
