Café Myriade - Le Plateau

This used to be my go-to coffee spot, conveniently close to my home. I frequented it 2-3 times a week for three years. Unfortunately, the coffee quality has significantly declined – often over-extracted and burnt, resulting in a consistently sour taste. When the owner is working, it's slightly better, but for a coffee-only place, a reevaluation of brewing techniques and shot recipes is due….

Their latte was delicious. Milk and espresso made well balance.
Besides coffee, they also offered different baked goods.
A good place for hangout, work, or study. The interior was fancy and relaxing. If there is sunshine outside, sitting at patio and sipping a cup of their good coffee will be perfect!
By the way, I like their aesthetic logo

Café un peu trop corsé pour mon goût personnel. Le personnel est +/- sympathique, mais l’endroit est agréable et les viennoiseries sont délicieuses

Ce matin, je suis entré à cet endroit pour acheter un café et quelque à manger. Je me suis présenté au comptoir où j’ai poiroté 5 minutes sans que personne vienne prendre ma commande. Pas le moindre petit bonjour. La jeune femme sensée prendre les commandes était trop occupée à jaser avec ses amis sur le plancher au lieu d’être derrière son comptoir à accueillir les clients. Je suis donc ressorti sans rien acheter en me promettant de ne plus jamais remettre les pieds à cet endroit. C’est dommage car j’habite à proximité et ça aurait pu être un café où je me serais rendu souvent. Mais devant tant de grossièreté dans le « non » service, je vous déconseille fortement ce café.

Coffee is top notch. Perfectly roasted beans and reinvigorating. I liked the interior which has a casual and trendy vibe. If you’re coming on weekends be aware that seating will not be available. Thankfully the people here are friendly and we shared our table with another couple.

Love this place, great coffee and staff. I am devastated that they have stopped doing the pistachio croissants. Please please bring them back. The pistachio croissants were the best!

Ma note générale est de 8/10 pour ce café. Leur lattés et leurs cappuccinos sont excellents! Points à améliorer: difficile d’y aller pour étudier ou travailler avec son laptop car c’est assez bruyant, il y a un mauvais choix de musique d’ambiance, les tables sont trop basses, les bancs sont inconfortables et le wifi disponible n’est définitivement pas assez rapide.

Pire café en ville, rien à manger sauf des pâtisseries! Matcha goûte l’eau tu demandes 3 shots de sucre liquide toujours de l’eau! Service médiocre je me suis fais dire d’aller dans un autre café pour manger un sandwich déjeuner puisqu’il n’y a absolument rien à manger! Endroit minuscule il faut s’asseoir sur un simple banc sur le rebord de la fenêtre!

Great coffee, good croissant. My only "but" is how bad an slow is your WiFi connection.
Not the best place to work.

Good coffee, excellent staff and great comfortable atmosphere whether you are meeting for business or friends. Cafe Myriade is even a great place to work on your computer between meetings! (while you enjoy a coffee and snack of course) :).

Toujours un plaisir de venir au café Myriade, excellent flat white et service souriant et agréable. Je recommande fortement.

The other Myriade locations are far better than this one. The street is too loud for the patio to be enjoyable and the tables/seats inside (besides the 2 large ones) are not ideal for working from. I still love Myriade but would recommend their other locations.
