Medium roast would mean evenly roasted even at medium level. Every bag of whole beans I have tried shows an unevenly roasted beans as shown in the picture, you can even see raw beans in the picture. This usually produces a bitter and unpleasant flavour. I have to also indicate that your Colombian Supremo Beans, which we have tried a couple of times, come with different sizes of beans with supremo mesh sizes at around 40-50%.

This is one of the best coffee brands I have tasted so far and it deserves 5 starts to me.
