Je ne connaissais pas cet endroit avant ce matin. Je peux vous confirmer que c’est réellement la meilleure place à déjeuner de Sherbrooke.

Si vous aimer le café (pas du café qui goûte l’eau de vaisselles comme presque tout les endroits déjeuner à sherbooke) vous serez agréablement surpris.

La nourriture est juste excellente! J’ai pris la recommendation de mon serveur et j’ai été vraiment vraiment surpris positivement.

Définitivement ma place à déjeuner à Sherbrooke! Merci à toute l’équipe

I love this place. It's like eating at a friends house. Very warm and inviting. Food is great.

J’arrive de ce resto. Incroyable de se faire dire par la proprio «  prend ton gaz egal »alors que j’attendais a la caisse pour payer, sans aucun commentaire. Et je me fais dire ca! Je n’en reviens juste pas. Meme si c’est suppose etre une blague ce n’est pas un commentaire a dire a un client! On a pas la meme definition de la diplomatie!

La nourriture est correcte.
L'attente est très longue.
Le service devrait être amélioré.

Le meilleur service & les meilleures crêpes! Ils ont accepté de nous prendre à la dernière minute & nous étions un groupe de 15 personnes. Le déjeuner était excellent & le personnel très très gentil. Merci encore!

Omellette chevre et bacon lethale, superbe mocha et la petite trempette au pomme maison.oof.seul petit bemole les patates manque quelques minutes.

Super bon service! Chaleureux et serviables, l’expérience était vraiment plaisante! La nourriture était tellement bonne, avec des portions très généreuses, à un prix très raisonnable pour la qualité, je recommande à 100%!

Endroit sans prétention,
Idéal pour les journées où l'on ne veut pas faire la vaisselle.
Plats réconfortant avec possibilité de faire des rencontres intéressantes et des conversations enrichissante.
Ma dernière a été avec George un cuisinier là bas qui en plus fait des origamis.

Les déjeuners sont différents des chaînes de restaurants et vraiment très savoureux. Avec un café un peu plus corsé, ça aurait été le paradis du déjeuner

Small intimate ambiance with lots of natural wood. Excellent service. We went for breakfast on a Friday. Our server explained that everything on the menu was available except the eggs benedixt which was only available on weekends. The breakfast was served with a homemade apple spread that we were told was meant for our toast, but I ate it by the spoon. It was delicious, not sweet, a bit bitter in a way that was very tasty. My friends ordered sausage and it was served with a small serving of what looked like homemade honey mustard which they said was very good. Their meal came with a vege pate, which they noted contained beats. Despite the fact that they had been hesitant to order the dish with the veggie pate they were actually pleasantly surprised and loved it. My eggs (over easy), were served just right. None of that brown overdoneness that can sometimes occur to fried eggs. The bacon was smokey, which you don't find very often at many restaurants. There were only 2 bread choices.brown bread or gluten free. I had visited this restaurant several years ago and recalled that they use to have an excellent homemade bread. I was very disappointed to see that their brown bread now seems to be generic store bought bread and was nothing to write home about. The coffee was quite good, and the potatoes seemed to be made on the grill (not deep fried - I do prefer my potatoes on the grill). They had a special seasoning which really set them apart from other breakfast locations. Definitely one of the better breakfasts in the Sherbrooke / Eastern Townships region. I'd say one of the top 10.

There isn't a parking lot and the restaurant is located on a one way street so it might be good to show up early to look for available street parking. I got lucky and managed to find a spot very close by but I remember this being a challenge during busy weekends when I visited in the past.

Beau petit restaurant populaire de quartier, chaleureux et sympathique. Le personnel est gentil et prévenant mais en nombre insuffisant cette journée là. À l'heure de pointe, l'endroit était bondé et bruyant. Le menu est simple et les prix sont abordables. La nourriture est délicieuse et les portions sont généreuses. Nous y retounerons certainement.

Recettes du jour qui sortent de l’ordinaire, bien travaillées, bien assaisonné et surtout bien garnies! Belle surprise et lieu chaleureux avec du personnel de qualité!

Tout simplement exquis de la patronne aux plats et à l'atmosphère sympatique du café européen jovial, bon vivant, épicurien. Très bonne réception et service impeccable. Nouveau menu quotidien avec produits locaux. Cuisinière exceptionnelle, tous les plats sont savoureux en plus d'être copieux. J'y inviterai tous mes amis n'importe quand.

Je suis tombé amoureux de ce café dès ma première visite! L'atmosphère est chaleureuse et accueillante, et le personnel est toujours souriant et serviable. Le menu brunch est fantastique - j'ai opté pour les pain perdu bacon chocolat et je n'ai pas été déçu. Ils étaient moelleux et délicieux, et j'ai également apprécié mon café latte qui était parfaitement préparé. J'ai également remarqué que le café offre une variété d'options végétariennes et véganes, ce qui est fantastique. J'adore venir ici pour travailler ou pour rencontrer des amis, car il y a toujours une ambiance animée et agréable. Je recommande vivement ce café à tous ceux qui cherchent un endroit convivial pour profiter d'un délicieux petit-déjeuner ou brunch.

The side that faces Montreal street might be mistaken for a general store. Around the buildings corner a new brick facade extends away from the street.
Through the front door guests have a view of the bar and register. Cooks work on flat tops facing the east side. The action invites customers to begin to settle in. The sound of coffee grinding, the intense aroma carrying to the farthest tables. Under foot are boards that resemble repurposed gymnasium hardwood, rustic, rugged, unassuming. One review I read caught my eye: "the best omelette I have had in my life". It made me wonder what that would be. I usually go Benedict over an omelette. I ordered the smoked salmon omlette with a side of sausage and a cafe au lait. The link sausage was light and had a chicken flavor, nice but not the star of the show. Skin on potatos were warm not quite smashed with rounded corners. Soft, herby, gentle, earthy. The texture was amazing, flavor, the same. I will order a side of them next time! Cream cheese melted into velvet yom yom over a bed of spinach, the prize above: a big hunk of smoked salmon. The egg was fluffy, not browned, not crusty, and had no after taste common with the use of commercial releaser spray. Whoa. I looked at Eileen and shook my head after each and every bite. I think this is the best omelette I have ever eaten. If you go: bring cash. They accept local debit cards, but not from the USA

Highlight of our trip to Sherbrooke! Atmosphere was great- hip yet not pretentious and warm. Super staff were attentive, friendly and kind. Food was absolutely and prices were great. Delicious omelets. Our 7 year old ate everything!
