Café Saint-Henri (Quartier Latin)

Très bon service et bon café
Endroit petit avec beaucoup de monde, pas grand place mais ça confirme qu'on est plusieurs à aimer

Friendly staff, delicious muffin and latte to go. Would like to dine in the next time I'm in the neighborhood. =D

Super coffee, delicious pastries and a great atmosphere with great music. The barista was really kind and helpful when choosing one of the delicious coffee varieties as a present

Their vegan cookies are delicious, staff is kind and the general location is great (super close to the metro)

There were only two issues: one, the music that was playing was super loud, fast EDM which kind of broke the otherwise calm atmosphere and made it a bit harder to focus (even with headphones)

And, there's only a handful of plugs (which are hoarded by people who arrive earlier in the morning and in larger groups) so we had to leave once we needed to plug our devices.

Otherwise, a good place to work or study (my partner went on a different day and said the music was not as loud so maybe it was a one-time only thing)

Very good coffee. They have a beautiful and diverse tea menu as well. Coffee is delicious in here because it is well done. Staff is young and cool. The coffee shop is not busy during the day (morning/noon time) which makes it a very interacting place to have a break or to come and read your book in a very calm environment. Not so far from a lot of restaurants. Use the subway to get to it… parking is not available. Feels warm and cosy inside. They also have a fair choice of sweets if you want to have a bite with your coffee.

The cafe latte tastes like dust but like, a good kind of dust? Hard to explain, but it is addictive and makes me go back there often. I like the fact that not only do they offer actual lactose-free milk (aside from almond, soya, etc.) but that they do not charge you extra for it (let's face it, their coffee is expensive to begin with).

I just wish their sizes were bigger, coffee was hotter, and the staff was more friendly. Literally, they look like they hate their jobs? And the few times I have gone back, they just ignored my request for a hotter beverage.

Overall an expensive cafe (a sandwich and cafe latte cost me about 18$ or so.) but I do go back and recommend it. I don't know why.

P. S. They use a sandwich maker to warm up sandwiches. May I recommend a microwave? Lol

Bon matcha, service assez lent; la dame était dans a l’arrière, donc j’ai attendu 10 minutes avant de passer ma commande. Sinon, c’est super bien situé et le local est très beau.

Le monde gentil et accueillant travaille ici! L’ambiance décontractée du quartier d’études et du fun. Bien sûr, du café de qualité incontournable. Et des brownies framboise de ouf!

Bien placé, de la place pour travailler. Le café est très bon, la décoration est un peu austère. Quelques plantes vertes supplémentaires seraient les bienvenues?

True artisan coffee. Excellent coffee variety, freshly roasted, moreover, pour-overs and alternative brewing methods are available without fuss.

The double chocolate raspberry muffin was second to none.

Highly recommended for anyone who loves GOOD coffee and appreciates the intricacies of the world of coffee.

Cool place. Atmosphere is a bit cold but the staff is friendly and I always like the idea of sharing a table.

C’est ok comme endroit. Le café était correct, mais sans plus. L’endroit est cute, mais assez bruyant et plus ou moins confortable sauf si tu pognes un pouf. Tout le menu est assez cher.

Nice lively atmosphere. There are plugs along the outside tables so I was able to get quite a bit of work done. Staff was quite friendly.

Un autre favori à Montréal. Maison de torréfaction artisanale. Le café est délicieux. Comme un bon vin on veut faire durer le plaisir de sa dégustation. Le barista a même pris la peine de refaire mon cortado, après l'avoir goûter avec ma permission car il soupçonnait un problème avec la machine à café. La qualité est de mise.

Ça fait plusieurs fois qu’on ne me fait pas le café demandé. Un cortado, ce n’est pas un café latté du starbuck! Si je demande du lait d’Avoine, c’est pour pas utiliser du lait de vache. Alors si on le jettes sous mes yeux, parce qu’on se rends compte de l’erreur, c’est épouvantable! Si je paye 5$ mon café c’est que je m’attends à ce qu’il soit fait avec un minimum de compétences. Qui plus est, le staff est bête!

Très belle place tranquille pour prendre un café ou autre boisson et discuté. On peut y faire ses travaux tranquillement ou lire un livre.

Vaisselle malpropre, et quand je dis malpropre je veux dire gros spots de brun de café/cacao dans ma tasse, traces de gras laitiers sur les bords de verres et taches d'eau sur toutes les assiettes; les toilettes sont épouvantables aussi, je vous passe les détails (et il n'y avait pas de savon dans la distributrice quand je suis passé)

Beau petit café à deux pas de Saint-Denis. On y va principalement pour le très bon café plus que pour les viennoiseries. Ambiance propice au travail quoique légèrement bruyant.

Café impeccable. Cependant, à deux reprises je m'y suis rendu et les heures d'ouverture n'étaient pas respectées. Dommage.

Café propice à l’étude et le travail, avec quelques prises pour l’ordinateur. Surtout bonne sélection de cafés et produits à boire (kombucha, thé, jus pressé, soda). Vente de produits pour le café. Quelques viennoiseries en vente et plats de Aux Vivres. Machines à bonbons. Il pourrait augmenter l’offre de nourriture pour grignoter / manger. Le meilleur café dans le coin de Berri-UQAM.

Consistently great coffee. You can always grab a seat for a coffee and yummy muffin. Jumpers and t-shirts are also available (and pretty cool)

I’ve been living at this area for almost 2 years but it’s my first time coming to this coffee, reasonable price, tried their iced matcha latte, it’s good but to bad they dont have skinny milk

15 minutes pour payer un jus et un sandwich c'est nettement trop long. Un 2e employé est nécessaire!
